Amanda, our loan representative was so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed working with her. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because we paid a loan origination fee. We did it, because we needed this opportunity to consolidate; however the experience was not all positive because of that fee. Otherwise, this was as easy and painless as it could get. Again, Amanda was very pleasant to work with.

I can only go by the beginning stages since i havent even made my first payment but can say they are fast at getting what you need and paying the debts you needed paid off. My only draw back would with the APR. Stated it would be 16.2 but after not paying close attention after i signed everything it was actually 19.2. A little devious but still happy since the loans they paid off were much higher.
