I liked the prompt manner that my needs were addressed. I felt that the original amount that I requested, being only $4000 different(more) could have been approved. I had a question after approval concerning deposits that appeared in my account after approval and I didn't feel the same level of courtesy as I received during the application process.

He spent a great deal of time trying to act superior with me when in point of fact he was slow on the uptake. Anyway they got it done and the terms are better than most is all I can say for now.

I fully admit it's my fault that I abused my credit cards and amassed such a large debt. Freedom Debt Relief, and Achieve, have been very helpful in getting me out of credit card debt. I do have a year and a half left of payments, but steady as she goes. The only reason Achieve doesn't get a 5-star rating is because of the almost predatory high interest rate.

Getting started with Freedom Plus was easy. I got started with Freedom Financial and started on the process to pay off several credit cards. After a year of regular payments--also easy because I made autopayments--my entire "portfolio" was restructured under Consolidation Plus. Then, after another couple of years, it was restructured again under FreedomPlus--this time at a much lower interest rate. All of the work was handled online and over the phone and was done in a matter of minutes--not hours or days.

I have been with this company a while now and have been treated well. what i am upset about is when I made the deal with your representive I was told 6 months of payment i would be able to lower my interest rate. When I called to do that I was told i would have to go through the whole application process over. I was not told that, this I find dishonest of the company, now the interest rate is much lower and I am paying a very high interest rate with this company. So now I have to find another company because i am not going with freedom plus if they were not honest in the first place. I do not recommend this company because they are not truthfull. Lisa Mouney

I was solicited for a consolidation loan. I was told that my % would be much less than the % I was paying on the Credit Cards I was consolidating. The loan was easy to get, The company is easy to deal with, and the consolidation did help a bit. However I was paying between 19 & 24 % on the credit cards and I am now paying 19+ % on this loan. NOT exactly a game changer

We did it, because we needed this opportunity to consolidate; however the experience was not all positive because of that fee. Otherwise, this was as easy and painless as it could get.
