Freedom came to us via a Lending Tree inquire. The rep from Freedom was very professional and helpful. He asked for certain papers and files we sent them out very quickly and BAM! the loan was approved. I spoke with the rep on Monday and the funds were in my account Thursday morning. I was shocked. While the rate is high the process was quite easy and now we can move on to phase two. Thank you and if the need should arise again in the future you have our loyalty. and gratitude.

The Loan Rep was professional and walked us through the process effortlesly. He asked us questions that helped us make clear decision on what would meet our needs. He communicated with us thru out the 2 day process. We docu signed on the third day and they confirmed that our loan would be deposited in our account within 72 hours. We did not have to leave our home!

My representative was professional, very informative, answered my questions without hesitation, and was very easy to contact. Every aspect of this process was prompt and transparent. I was impressed with how quickly he contacted me. Other lenders were calling me the next day. Too slow. Overall a very smooth process. I will utilize this company again for future loans. Thank you.

We are very grateful for the help Freedom Plus was able to give us. The process was relatively simple and the Justin was very helpful. The interest rate was a little higher than I expected, but there is opportunity to lower it in six months, so that is great. If you are in a fix, I would recommend giving them a look see. They will not make you feel like you are a worthless human being because you need money. They treat you with dignity and are very compassionate. Thanks again Freedom Plus!

I just wanted to say thank you to Loretta with Freedomplus Loans. She was very helpful and walked me thru the entire process. She made it very simple. Loretta answered all my questions and responded quickly to my emails. I was dreading doing a debt consolidation. If I had known it was going to be this easy I would have done it sooner!! Thanks again Loretta

Process was quick and easy. We worked with Kirk. He was very informative, personable, and did a GREAT job staying on top of things. We went over a few options to make sure we were getting into a loan payment that was comfortable for out lifestyle to take out a personal loan for home improvements, and payoff a couple of credit cards. I am personally in the lending business for Home Mortgages, and am familiar with the lending process. Having knowledge in how lending works, I was impressed with this Company & its process. Perfect for what we were needing!

I was very happy with the service I was provided up until the actual loan was paid out. I was told that 50% of the loan proceeds needed to be dispersed to my creditors directly by Freedom Plus but when they actually tried submitting fees to 2-3 of my creditors, they claimed that they couldn't get the payment to go through and then they had to credit the money back to my account and then I had to actually pay my creditors. We gave them the exact information that we use in our bank account for direct bill pay, so I'm still confused as to why they were unsuccessful. Instead of trying to figure out the problem or whether it was THEIR human error, they threw it back in my lap. My preference would have been for us to handle it from the beginning anyway, so this stressed us out because we ended up double submitting payments because we were scared that we'd be late because they didn't submit the funds for us.

We needed to consolidate our credit cards ...... amazing .... we were approved in less that 24 hrs. Erich was a great communicator and guided us through a relatively simple quick process. Of course we had to provide the right information ASAP but if you have all your ducks in line the process is simple and quick. I would recommend FreedomPlus toa friend.

Customer service was attentive not assertive. Explanation of the loan terms and available payment options in relation to the actual cost of money was easily broken down and when the agent knew that I could comprehend and needed a more full detail you converted the explanation to a future value of money discussion. I would highly recommend this company because of the ease of dealing with customer service and my perceived notion that while a business the people behind the scenes actually care about the fiscal well being of the client.

I had a personal loan that was killing me on the interest rate, it was 25.84% (I know, UGH!) and it was for FIVE years. I called FreedomPlus and worked with a VERY NICE gentleman who was extremely attentive to my needs, answered every question I had and left nothing to be uneasy about. I was able to fund a loan for $2,000 more than the payoff of my crushing personal loan at THREE years instead of five and at an interest rate of 18.99%. That cut 6% off my interest rate, gave me $2,000 more dollars and all it boiled down to was $120 more per month. I know that may not be possible for everyone to come up with an extra $120 per month, but I used the extra $2,000 to pay off smaller debts that required a $25 minimum monthly payment, so racking those up, I was able to save $100 in smaller monthly payments, so it came out to be an actual $20 more per month!! I think FreedomPlus is excellent. Sure, 18.99% is not "the best" interest rate out there, but for people who are building/rebuilding their credit scores, it sure is better than some of the "predatory lenders" out there. I recommend them highly!!

My approach to free plus was hesitant, giving that i was introduce by a spammed third party. I made the call just to see the good of the offer, and was surprised by the easy process for approval, which made me more aware of them all. Having the credit karma app, i know my scores exceeds 700 and my income assist with all that's required.. i strongly recommend freedom plus to anyone interested in improving themselves and quality of life. . P.S. take the risk and invest in yourself, i did.

Service was excellent. Alan was patient, knowledgeable and made greatly helped with the entire experience of having to get a loan. It was a very tough decision on my part and extremely demoralizing to have to conclude that after the passing of my husband, finances got to a point that I had to get the loan. For me, this was a very low point and I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and helpful Alan was. He made this entire embarrassing event so much easier to handle. Thank you.

Everything was done faster than I expected and went very smooth. This review is just about the loan process. Hopefully everything is going to be fine once I get the loan. I like that I was approved. I do not like that I’m paying interest on part of the money that was given to the company for approving me. I received $37,604 of $40,000. Did I misunderstand and not pay attention that I would be charged a fee for getting a loan? That doesn’t seem fair especially a fee of $2,396. Idk. I’m grateful for the help BUT WHY AM I PAYING INTEREST ON MONEY I DIDN'T RECEIVE ?

I am grateful for Achieve's help with my loan request. Although I expected my payments to be delivered earlier, they were paid nonetheless. The information about the loan rates was misleading, and the repayment amount was not what I was expecting. Jacob did a great job throughout the process, but I had to slow him down when he was explaining the terms and conditions of the loan because he was speaking too fast. Overall, Achieve is great for my family's needs now, but please pay attention to the fine print and you be as surprised as I was at the end.

I liked the prompt manner that my needs were addressed. I felt that the original amount that I requested, being only $4000 different(more) could have been approved.
