The application process was simple as stated in the review. I would like to have seen more information on the website though. After I applied online I was contacted quickly by a representative. I uploaded a few forms via a secure link and made arrangements to speak on the phone the next day. The company was prepared to do more that same day but I was busy and needed the extra time. The rest of the process was straight forward. The phone calls were on time and efficient. After a review of my credit report the representative went over the repayment options and I chose the one that best suited me. I was a bit worried that it might turn into some sort of high pressure experience but that didn't happen. The interest rates were clearly presented to me over the phone and I took a couple of hours to think and choose before committing to one. It was a good experience all together.

The process was actually quite simple. Cory was my loan originator and his rapid response in every step of the process was quite impressive. He left nothing to question. Things happened so fast I had to put the brakes on for a period of time so I could get my wife in the loop. I was leery as a first time borrower but Nancy was extremely helpful and explained everything so well, I felt comfortable taking a loan from FreedomPlus. I even found out that her office was here in Arizona. She was courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The loan process was fast & efficient. I felt the terms of the loan were also reasonable. I was helped out by Cristian and he was amazing. He was a man of his word. Meaning, there were times where he had to call me back and would never fail to keep his word. He stayed late during his working hours to make sure that my Loan application process was completed and I was comfortable with all the terms. I applied on line and received a phone call from Ozzy Lara next. I was approve emailed my documents and received my money 3 day latter. With a fair rate. Fast & Friendly. But they did have a $250 loan fee which they deducted from my loan. I would use them again. Ozzy was very helpful and thorough. Process was streamline. Osvaldo Lara helped me tremendously with my financial situation. I was told by Freedom Debt Relief that I did not qualify for a consolidation loan even though my credit score was 750. I agreed to enter their program, only to find out later , to my great dismay, that the program was going to destroy my credit. By providing me with the loan consolidation option, Freedom Plus has allowed me to get my debts into a manageable state without destroying my credit. Osvaldo was patient and persevering, and although he did not think that he could help me at first, he agreed to try and much to both our delight was able to after all. He rushed through the paper work, answered questions, and praised and reiterated my initial thought that a consolidation loan was in my best interest. He seemed to be as excited as I was that I was not making a huge financial mistake by continuing down the path with Freedom Debt relief, and seemed happy to have been a part of that process. I am grateful to Osvaldo and Freedom Plus, and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future. everyone gets over their heads sometimes when it comes to debt, and I am thrilled the Freedom Plus has agreed to lend me a hand up. Freedom came to us via a Lending Tree inquire. The rep from Freedom was very professional and helpful. He asked for certain papers and files we sent them out very quickly and BAM! the loan was approved. I spoke with the rep on Monday and the funds were in my account Thursday morning. I was shocked. While the rate is high the process was quite easy and now we can move on to phase two. Thank you and if the need should arise again in the future you have our loyalty. and gratitude.

The interest rate was a little higher than I expected, but there is opportunity to lower it in six months, so that is great. If you are in a fix, I would recommend giving them a look see. I was very happy with the service I was provided up until the actual loan was paid out. I was told that 50% of the loan proceeds needed to be dispersed to my creditors directly by Freedom Plus but when they actually tried submitting fees to 2-3 of my creditors, they claimed that they couldn't get the payment to go through and then they had to credit the money back to my account and then I had to actually pay my creditors. We gave them the exact information that we use in our bank account for direct bill pay, so I'm still confused as to why they were unsuccessful. Instead of trying to figure out the problem or whether it was THEIR human error, they threw it back in my lap. My preference would have been for us to handle it from the beginning anyway, so this stressed us out because we ended up double submitting payments because we were scared that we'd be late because they didn't submit the funds for us.

Customer service was attentive not assertive. Explanation of the loan terms and available payment options in relation to the actual cost of money was easily broken down and when the agent knew that I could comprehend and needed a more full detail you converted the explanation to a future value of money discussion. I would highly recommend this company because of the ease of dealing with customer service and my perceived notion that while a business the people behind the scenes actually care about the fiscal well being of the client.

I had a personal loan that was killing me on the interest rate, it was 25.84% (I know, UGH!) and it was for FIVE years. I called FreedomPlus and worked with a VERY NICE gentleman who was extremely attentive to my needs, answered every question I had and left nothing to be uneasy about. I was able to fund a loan for $2,000 more than the payoff of my crushing personal loan at THREE years instead of five and at an interest rate of 18.99%. That cut 6% off my interest rate, gave me $2,000 more dollars and all it boiled down to was $120 more per month. I know that may not be possible for everyone to come up with an extra $120 per month, but I used the extra $2,000 to pay off smaller debts that required a $25 minimum monthly payment, so racking those up, I was able to save $100 in smaller monthly payments, so it came out to be an actual $20 more per month!! I think FreedomPlus is excellent. Sure, 18.99% is not "the best" interest rate out there, but for people who are building/rebuilding their credit scores, it sure is better than some of the "predatory lenders" out there. I recommend them highly!!

My approach to free plus was hesitant, giving that i was introduce by a spammed third party. I made the call just to see the good of the offer, and was surprised by the easy process for approval, which made me more aware of them all. Having the credit karma app, i know my scores exceeds 700 and my income assist with all that's required.. i strongly recommend freedom plus to anyone interested in improving themselves and quality of life. . P.S. take the risk and invest in yourself, i did.

I am grateful for Achieve's help with my loan request. Although I expected my payments to be delivered earlier, they were paid nonetheless. The information about the loan rates was misleading, and the repayment amount was not what I was expecting. Jacob did a great job throughout the process, but I had to slow him down when he was explaining the terms and conditions of the loan because he was speaking too fast. Overall, Achieve is great for my family's needs now, but please pay attention to the fine print and you be as surprised as I was at the end.
