This is my first experience with FreedomPlus and it went very smoothly. Once my application was submitted it took roughly 3 days to complete, quick turn around. Celeste L, my loan consultant, was amazing. She talked me through the entire process, was very attentive and overall just very pleasant to work with. FreedomPlus will pay your creditors directly, that can take up to 10 days. However I have the confidence this will be completed without issues.

Being so hesitant in taking out another loan was laid to rest with speaking with both David and Brian. David with talking me off the fence and explained everything to me SO clearly that it just clicked and made sense to me that what I was about to do was the right thing for me and my family. While the rates were on the high side, many of the cards I was consolidating were even higher; so, overall it will save me money. This gives me the freedom to pay once a month, instead of 5 separate cards, and at a rate I am comfortable with. I will be debt free in 3 years and can focus on a house.

We had an easy, stress free experience. We were paying so much every month on our high interest credit cards and our credit score was being affected by the high percentage of balances we owed. Outstanding Customer Service from Joseph S, my Loan Consultant. He was very empathetic towards my circumstances and the loan approval process for my debt consolidation was very quick‼️ The interest rate is fair compared to what you pay on credit cards and the optional loans are fair with no prepayment penalty. There is a loan origination fee and I would have given them 6 stars if there was none. The fee is a small cost, yet the loan is a tremendous help to me so it was worth paying.
