I was so disappointed until Kathi F took this over. She was extremely professional and courteous. I was originally told were approved only to be told later we were declined. She took over and went the extra mile and got us approved. She kept us informed in a timely manner. She deserves full recognition for this loan as she made our day. She a asset to your company. Thank you. Bill and Donna Smith.

This is the easiest loan process I have ever done. My loan processor was easy to talk to and very pleasant and very understanding. My loan from start to finish was done in 48hrs. Every step of the loan process was explained to me in detail and I was always asked if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this financial company.

Outstanding Customer Service from Joseph S, my Loan Consultant. He was very empathetic towards my circumstances and the loan approval process for my debt consolidation was very quick‼️ The interest rate is fair compared to what you pay on credit cards and the optional loans are fair with no prepayment penalty. There is a loan origination fee and I would have given them 6 stars if there was none. The fee is a small cost, yet the loan is a tremendous help to me so it was worth paying.

Freedom plus saved me. I was in a position where my debt was controlling me instead of me being in control of my debt. Freedom plus gave me a chance to get back in a position where I could manage all my debts a lot better. The entire process was easy and everything flowed smoothly. I really appreciate Freedom Plus giving me the opportunity to get back in control of my life.

My fiancé and I were trying to get a consolidation loan with a bank and were “preapproved” with rate of almost 28% that was contingent on paying off 1 collection item iao $104.00! We searched online and FreedomPlus had the most affordable, flexible terms. Dejuan is very down to earth, sent an email outline what was needed and we were approved same day! Our rate is HALF of what the bank was charging! The process was EXTREMELY quick & easy! We highly recommend Freedom Plus.

Jihan L. with FreedomPlus made getting a loan with Crossroadsloan super easy. I’ve had many loans in my lifetime, this loan was the easiest to process. It took a couple of days to process, a few more days to fund and mail out checks to my creditors. Two weeks later, my creditors have received their checks. Getting a loan has never been so simple. I would definitely use Freedom Plus again and I would call Jihan L. to process it.

From our first conversation to when the loan was approved totaled two days. Outstanding service. And on the question below, we are not yet paying customers. Our first payment will be next month.

Amanda was very helpful, understanding and informative. She covered all the bases and had answers for any questions that I had. While I thought this would be a very anxiety filled process being a huge financial decision to make, Amanda made me feel comfortable in the process and even went as far as to offer best practices to help me throughout the life of the loan.

FreedomPlus is a life saver. I was drowning in credit card debt due to poor decisions in my 20's and even though I was making payments every month, including more aggressive payments to pay them down, I barely made a dent. I went through the BBB and was directed to FreedomPlus. The process was quick, easy, and Amanda (who helped me through the whole process) was AMAZING! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I'm thankful to finally have some financial breathing room.

Outstanding service thus far! Mr E was very thorough in answering my questions. My credit is fair, and I make a decent living, but the times put me in a position that I let my credit card balances go too high. They have not paid anything off yet as we just started the process, but it is in the works. From the first time I returned Mr. Es call, three days went by, and I signed the contract. My advice to anyone applying for a loan, is ensure your ducks are in a row. Have your intel ready, and they will expedite the process. I recommend Freedom Plus. Thank you Freedom Plus.

The process was much easier than expected. I worked with Mr. B on my loan and he was helpful, supportive, and made the process painless. I've had my loan for about 4 months and I've had no complaints. Direct withdrawal has gone smooth and I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I cannot attest to every detail of the company, but I was very pleased at the communication, truth in disclosure about fees and interest. My situation required additional steps, but Jamie was awesome in being patient and working with me. Every experience will not be the same, but I did not feel like I was being sold a bad product, nor did I feel pressure to rush into something. That was important to me, and I hope others get a representative such as mine, so their experience is equally pleasant.

I was frustrated last week about Freedom Plus, and wrote a negative review. However the company eventually made the situation right. I had made a payment early that was applied to the principal, not that month's payment. The first customer service agent wasn't very helpful—told me that she would ask management about reclassifying the payment but also took an adversarial approach. I had to call again to get someone's attention on the matter. However, that second customer service agent was very friendly and expedited my request, getting the payment reclassified in 1 business day.

I have never used any lender other than credit cards and my bank before finding FreedomPlus, I wanted to pay off a high interest loan and contacted them on an impulse to see what they could do to help me not thinking I would do business with them. My first contact with them went extremely well assisted by a very helpful agent. She conducted her questionnaire on me and said she would get back to me. The results were very pleasing to me and I ended up taking a loan at a very satisfactory rate. I recommend them.

Due to situation where we had co-signed on a home for a family member and it turned out to be disaster, per legal advice the only solution was to declare bankruptcy. This still lingers on credit score and my own bank would not loan me $10,000 even though we own $385,000 home. Freedom Plus had us approved and moving forward in one day and their customer service was excellent. Our personal rep was really great!
