Freedom Debt Relief was truly a blessing for my family. We were strapped down due to a sudden health issue, that was permanent. We contacted the 800 number after reviewing what you do online. The process was simple and easy to complete. My loan was approved in less than 8 hours. Several options were explained to me with the differences of each detailed. For example, the differences between a 2 year loan and the 5 year loan with what different interest rates and monthly payments. Jake, the employee I worked with was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant and professional. Excellent at explaining the process, what the different options were and answered all questions patiently. It was clear he worked on my loan as soon as possible. I was very impressed with this company and how quickly my debt consolidation loan was approved and processed. My loan officer, De'Marco Jefferson, was wonderful. He answered all my questions and gave me valuable information regarding the loan process. If he was unable to answer a question, he immediately researched and obtained an answer. I got a loan for 25K that allowed my to pay off all my CC debt, a personal loan, and a 401K loan. All while reducing my payment to less then what my CC minimum payments were. Achieve is probably one of the better loan originators I have worked with to date. They were straight forward on what I could expect and I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Long story short? Need a personal loan? I recommend achieve. Super friendly service and no hassles. My suggestion would be to avoid incentives to those who are able to pay off their balance in 10% of the agreed upon time. Also make it easier to change due dates.

I feel very fortunate that FreedomPlus gave me an opportunity to consolidate my debt. My consolidated payment is lower than what I was paying to each card altogether and I'm now out of a vicious cycle of handling interest on top of my balance. My interest rate is lower than what I was paying, although not amazingly lower...it's still lower and strategically that makes a difference to me. There's no penalty to pay off my principal balance ahead of schedule, so that's advantageous in getting further ahead of the interest rate. That being said, I can rely on a low monthly payment if needed. I considered giving 3 stars because of the interest rate still being double digit, but it's personally meaningful enough to warrant at least 4 stars considering no company is obligated to assist -- it's simply their opportunity. Overall I have some breathing room, and I'm very grateful to be able to have a more manageable method to handling my debt. Had a rough patch, but many more years to work well ahead of it. The process was comfortable, and the old balances were paid in about 7 business days. Thanks again, FreedomPlus!

So far I am satisfied with Freedom plus. When I decided to look for a loan, it seamed like no one would approve me because my credit wasnt the best. I also was skeptical about doing business with companies I haven't heard of before because there are so many scams going on now. So at this point freedom plus reach out to me. I looked online to get some reviews on them. The reviews I read for the most part weren't bad. I did read about the fee they charge up front that they take out of your loan that i wasnt ever told about. So I asked Nancy who works for freedom plus. She explained it to me and I was satisfied with it. I spoke on the phone with Nancy several time to assure she was legit before I moved forward with the loan. I am happy to say that everything has gone good so far. I'm waiting for my companies that I had freedom cut checks out to receive there funds, which takes about 5 to 10 business days they told me.
