Overall I had no issues until I needed to change my payment method due to an impending divorce. Now for 6 months I have had no replies to my emails nor answers to my phone calls, all I get is crickets. Now the account is being canceled that they have received payment from and I have no way of setting up my new account which means I will be delinquent for the first time in 46 years.

First payment was suppose to be an auto pay from our account. YOU people did not take the payment out and i received calls to make a payment I MISSED!!!!! NEXT PAYMENT YOU PEOPLE DOUBLE BILLED ME!!!!!! I WAS TOLD IT WAS MY RESPONSABILITY TO GO TO MY BANK AND FAX A STATEMENT TO YOU PEOPLE AND IT WOULD BE GOOD IN 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!! Then to fix this problem I decided to do paper billing....UNTIL!!!!! YOU PEOPLE TOLD ME IT COSTS. ME $15 EVERY TIME I WROTE A CHECK!!!!! Sooooo im waiting to see if you people double bill me again....... Can you say ATTORNEY!!!!!

The application was fast I’m not complaint about it. My concern was after we receive the money they need to explain better that they take a certain amount of what you gonna loan for example 25000 they just deposit 23,275 in you account but you still paying the 25000 plus you first payment is in 42 days after you open the account what means if you paying 856 every months they gonna take 798 just for interés and the 62 goes to the principal In the end they take all you money . I’m not satisfied.

Most loan contracts have a 3 day grace period in case you change your mind...Adan N said that he covered every detail, But FAILED to tell me that once you sign this contract that there is NO GRACE PERIOD and that the loan agreement and contract can not be canceled..........Another way to rip you off...Plus there is a up-front fee that is non-refundable...

Very friendly, but they lie. They said they locked me in at 5.99 interest rate, and told me to hurry up. So we it came down to it with no communication, it was 12.99 interest. I have great credit and could of gotten better rate. But she told me the other company charge more for transfer that's why it's a better interest rate, which I found out it also was a lie.

Recently I got my loan everything was fine until I set up auto pay .My first payment went through after couple days later they charge me again and negative my account, I got overdraft charge plus I couldn’t pay my rent my landlord also charge me late fee because they hold my money I can’t pay my rent now and I can’t get my money back , Soon as I have my money back I will refinance with other company.

It started off well but now is a big concern. They take longer than other companies. They require ten business days to pay creditors on top of three business days to fund. In my case, the payments to the creditors still haven't been made and they can't explain why. I'm frustrated and upset the confusion this is causing my finances.

Have never felt so frustrated and never spoke with a customer service representative that cared less about their job or the customer. Compassion and understanding should be the hallmark of customer service, even if nothing can be done the customer service rep should show this. The customer service specialist I spoke with was snarky, rude and seemed to take joy in not being able to help.
