Good and friendly conversation. But the answer is always no when you are trying to consolidate your credit cards and I feel that they will find any excuse to reject. Like mine was with 668 score that I am on a "HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT FOR STATED OCCUPATION" because the name of my company sounds like a Landscaping Company, but is not. Related to my Spanish name they just assumed that. If the verify more it will Turn Out that I am 14 years on that job, no way I can be unemployed very soon because I am the Manager. Very disappointed

They say they are a consolidation company and here to help you, but when you have no negative remarks on credit and paid and not asking for anything but to clean up and consolidate and they say NO. To me this is misrepresentation. Do waste your time as you will be turned down unless your perfect and if your perfect you don't need them. They couldn't even tell me why just no and I have good credit.

I have been waiting over a week now for a return phone call from the manager I was dealing with to return my phone messages. Calls were answered immediately and returned immediately until they decided not to fund the loan. Now they have no use for me, therefore no return call. I guess I should be thankful they turned us down, since I wouldn't want to support a business that treats people like this. Still it would be nice if someone would take the time to explain.

My first payment I was double charged. My bank had to get my money back because they refused to provide my second payment when I made an early payment for my first installment. Then they charged me an NSF fee when both payments cleared. Management always unavailable. Yet to speak with one. No assistance over the weekend to make a payment. No online password assistance when they are closed.

... I contacted them for a credit card consolidation loan to pay off my debt once and for all. My credit score was around 750 and I even sent them a screenshot of it... so clearly I'm able to make my payments and they declined me for my loan...total waste of time. Not helpful and they clearly don't understand what the value of a high credit score is.

I had a terrible experience with Freedom Plus! They have no right of rescission once the loan docs have been sent. I tried to cancel only hours after returning the docs because I found a MUCH cheaper loan. They said they would "try" to cancel it. I was surprised weeks later when it wasn't canceled and the funds were sent anyways. I was given unreasonable dates to return the funds in order to wave the origination fees. I was charged for money I didn't want, didn't use, and I wouldn't recommend this company. Watch out!
