Our loan representative did not listen, but constantly interrupted our questions. It was not made clear that we did not have 3 days to rescind the loan. And when we tried we could not get to a person for 3 days, only emails and left phone messages. Will never use again.

Set up my personal loan on 06/10/23 with disbursement to my credit card account with "in 3-5 days." It's now the 20th and both my credit cards still haven't been paid. However it dispersed a little over $500 to my bank account on the 15th. Hope I didn't fall for some sort of scam.

This was good in the beginning and when I tried to payoff my loan they now can't find my check. I have talked to them repeatedly and always another excuse even after I have provided tracking numbers etc. A month in and still no result. I say try another company.

I was told I could pay an additional amount to be applied to principal. I did this and the additional payment went to interest. I called and was told any additional payments can only be made on the due date of the payment. I asked for my extra payment to be allocated to principal and was told no. Be aware of this.

I regret using this to spend up my FDR program. I can not log into my dashboard and they say that with the loan they are there to help, but they are not flexible with paymenta at all. In the end I wish I would have stuck with my FDR program. This was a big mustake using them

Representative gave a quote and raised interest rate at the last second. I have a very good credit score and got screwed last minute with a rate over 15%. My fault for not double checking paperwork but I should have been informed. One star because there isn't 1/2 star.

I agree with Scott on interest rate I’m bad didn’t ask about the interest. They are pushy on phone, sales made me think I would be paid off sooner for less money. They never tell you about their higher interest rates. Do not go with Achieve hind sight is 20/20 I would try Trinity Consolidation I hear that they are very good.

I was told I could change my payment method to any form I wanted by Jason C. He done this just to push the loan on me. Now that I have the loan come to find out I cannot change to any payment method I want. They are pushy and lie to you just to get you to take the loan out.

I would like to leave zero stars but that is not available. I applied to have 2 loans paid off. They funded me with the amount to pay the 2 loans but only paid of one, leaving me holding the bag. Terrible customer service. Try another loan consolidation option. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

Adversarial, unempathetic and customer shaming. The rates are criminally high. You are better off using your credit card if you have one. Currently I have a loan with Consolidation Plus and I could have gotten a better rate with a loan shark. BE WARE

The salesman flat out lied during the application process. When I found out about it, I called customer service and the agent listened to the phone call and agreed he lied. She seemed amused that he lied and said well you can pay off the loan, but I can't help you. I would never work with this company again.
