I have been with WOW for at least 10+ years with the senior friendly computer and their VIP service and I have been quite satisfied with their customer service as well as the computer. The product is well worth the small monthly fee for their tech support. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I like being able to talk to the technicians concerning equipment or setup issues and actually getting good conversation and having good dialogue with them. I also like the stability of the services they provide. I have not found much that I dislike about WoW.

WOW used to be the best at it all - consistency, strength, customer service, bu recently, they have started to fail. The internet fails, the strength is weak. The customer service is still good once you get through to them, but I am beginning to look at other options.

I have used WOW in the past and it was truly great service. They now have all new options and plans that is very competitive and cost effective. TV, Internet and other options and bundled. Great support provided as well. I recommend that you look at this before buying your final package.

I’ve found WOW! to be one of the better ISP providers to work with from a setup, equipment support, and overall experience perspective. I’d pick them over Comcast / Xfinity given equal service, but Comcast / Xfinity happens to provide better service in some areas of our state. In areas where WOW! has good local reviews, I’d pick WOW! over other options.

Consistent service,, fair price, and sufficient customer service staff to actually answer the phone when there's a problem. But I have rarely had a problem. I've had ATT and Comcast in the past, but I find WOW is the provider that aggravates me the least.

It had acceptable service and data download speeds till 2018, now it has constant problems and constant drop in internet and TV signals. Particularly during business hours and from 6 pm to 11 pm at night. On weekends the internet speeds and TV Signals are worst. Modem and connection was checked 2 months ago. Slight improvement; but constant signal degradation is very disruptive for work and TV in the evening.

This has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. I’m only giving them two stars because usually customer service people are friendly. Services shotty and their billing is atrocious. But I will say that every time I have to call customer service I get an American person inside the United States, and they’re always very kind. But I will never go back.

WOW has been a reliable choice for my family and I for the past few years. The internet connection has been consistent, with no issues whatsoever. We've also had good customer service whenever we have had to make enquiries. All in all, I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable provider at a good price.

Good connection. Sometime (every couple of weeks) my computrr lags i am not sure if it is from the computer or the network provider. The only issue i had was that at first i was paying a small amount of money but them after a while the price almost doubled. This is part of the contract i am sure but this was not clearly explained to me from the begining.

Absolutely loved my WOW internet in my apartment. Their pricing is extraordinarily competitive compared to the big guys out there. Nearly 1/4 the cost. Just wish they had a larger foot print so I could still use them today.

Had a good experience while I had wow until I cancelled because I was moving. I paid my last bill and they sent me to collections saying I never paid it. I called with receipts and confirmation numbers and somehow the line would go dead. Never again.

Never again will I or anyone that I know use this company. I had them come out to my sisters house after she got out of the hospital, they just left a package on the front porch, did not explain how this works. I tried to go to Fed Exp and UPS to send it back to Madison Heights, I had to drive out there myself. I do not have good eyesight. It was pure he-- and when I got there a drop box was where you put the package in. I don't see how they can be a company with no offices downriver.

Overall it is good. Have outages and have emails addresses that can't send to. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Think it is a crying shame they don't offer a discount for loyal customers!!!
