Buland Mahmood Huntsville, AL

It had acceptable service and data download speeds till 2018, now it has constant problems and constant drop in internet and TV signals. Particularly during business hours and from 6 pm to 11 pm at night. On weekends the internet speeds and TV Signals are worst. Modem and connection was checked 2 months ago. Slight improvement; but constant signal degradation is very disruptive for work and TV in the evening.

Had a good experience while I had wow until I cancelled because I was moving. I paid my last bill and they sent me to collections saying I never paid it. I called with receipts and confirmation numbers and somehow the line would go dead. Never again.

This has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. I’m only giving them two stars because usually customer service people are friendly. Services shotty and their billing is atrocious. But I will say that every time I have to call customer service I get an American person inside the United States, and they’re always very kind. But I will never go back.
