WOW used to be the best at it all - consistency, strength, customer service, bu recently, they have started to fail. The internet fails, the strength is weak. The customer service is still good once you get through to them, but I am beginning to look at other options.

I’ve found WOW! to be one of the better ISP providers to work with from a setup, equipment support, and overall experience perspective. I’d pick them over Comcast / Xfinity given equal service, but Comcast / Xfinity happens to provide better service in some areas of our state. In areas where WOW! has good local reviews, I’d pick WOW! over other options.

WOW has been a reliable choice for my family and I for the past few years. The internet connection has been consistent, with no issues whatsoever. We've also had good customer service whenever we have had to make enquiries. All in all, I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable provider at a good price.

I loved our Wow service which was recently bought by Breezeline. I've heard many complaints but we have nothing but positive things to say about the new company and our monthly bill for internet is fantastic
