By placing trust on the shoulders of your workers, they will feel part of the company's family and so give their best work. The staff are the most essential part of any company and should be included in making the decisions that determine how they work.

People like to be involved, so take care to ensure that all staff members have a voice and a platform to raise concerns or offer suggestions.
