Really easy to understand instructions and process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it takes some time to get a response for help. However with Covid, I believe that is the main reason for the delay in response time. My teeth are 2/3 done with the process and I love the results so far!!! I can't wait for another 5 weeks to see the final results in person. Thank you for your product!!!

It is very new for my preteen son. I wish that they plan was written out in black and white. I like that each week is marked on the aligners. I have a telephone call with the orthodontist on a Saturday evening at 7:30 P. M. After the treatment is complete I can give it more stars possibly. I do not understand why my son only had to wear the aligners on his upper for 14 weeks (his upper have a small gap between the two from teeth) his lower calls for 17 weeks and I'm not sure why? His lower teeth look extremely straight with zero gaps. I curious to see what the orthodontist has to say on the phone conference. I had to wait two weeks to speak with him/her.

Really positive experience. Customer care was fantastic! My teeth are straighter. Things were really straight forward. The only issue I had was the only way I could spread out payments was to open a line of credit, which I did not want to do. So I had to pay for the whole thing up front which was a little painful. Being unable to spread payments out was a little unfortunate. Other than that, awesome experience.

My son’s aligners have never fit properly. They were supposed to be sending a new impression kit but they haven’t and my last email was just ignored. The process and product was a bit cumbersome to get going but not too bad frankly. Treatment seemed to go pretty smoothly with encouraging early results. When the last set had finished moving my teeth however is when it became much more difficult. My teeth did not match the treatment plan despite their claims. The main reason I used byte was to fix one tooth, a front tooth. It was 90% of my concern so I paid very close attention to it. It is to this day still the biggest eyesore in my smile because I have attempted 3 times to play their "guarantee" game by submitting all info requested, jumping through multiple pages of hoops and documentation including fully reviewing the problem while providing all pictures necessary. No resolution, just ANOTHER request to resubmit everything again each time. I have accepted the fact that they are not going to honor their guarantee and that I have wasted almost 3k. Please consider another provider even if you need to pay a bit extra. I have full documentation of everything (correspondence, pictures, treatment plan vs actual results, and more) and they only continue to make me chase my tail. After almost 2yrs I've given up and willing to take the loss, don't do the same thing.

The people I spoke to were nice enough and customer focused, but many were not well trained well. There were catch phases that they were taught, such as "there were air pockets, it happens" . They all used the same words, but couldn't articulate any insight. The insurance department messed up with their assessment if my insurance company would pay for the services. When I inquired about the problem, they went dark for several months. Later, after I called 2 or 3 times to humans, they responded. They made a mistake, and my insurance company would not pay. Byte then credited me this money (which was quite nice). But despite this, I should not had to work so hard to address the issue. No one called me back and I had to keep on calling. The biggest challenge with your service is that it doesn't work very well. I makes your teeth straighter, but not remotely straight. The view finder you provide is not accurate.

This was a very affordable treatment and it improved the issue I was looking to resolve, however, the treatment caused some bone loss in my front teeth and my dentist had to sand them down a little to correct the hard bite so they wouldn't become too mobile. If I had to do it again, I would probably choose to go to an orthodontist so they could check the bite and the progress regularly.

Struggles with many steps: impression issues, not receiving straight feedback when aligners weren't progressing (conflicting responses from various Byte resources), inability to get the rest of my aligners shipped to me when asked (they cancelled original order and it took 3 more months to receive), timing not aligned with expectation even though I've followed appropriate steps. I'm almost hitting the 10 months mark when I was told <5 due to having to backtrack.

Thier response time was problematic. At the end of my treatment, I had to wait six weeks for my final retainer. During the wait time, one of my aligners ripped and I had to go back to a previous set. By the time I received the retainer my teeth had moved significantly. I am still wearing my retainer after two weeks and my teeth are still not where they should be at the end of my treatment.

The initial set up was easy with good costumer service. I think the timeline is very misleading. I've had to wear my aligners for months at a time. Also I'm at the end of my treatment and my teeth are not how I was hoping they'd be. I still have some crowding and it created a few new issues as well. It would be nice if there was an office to be seen for these type of problems. Overall it has definitely worked just not to the standard I was hoping.

It's also my fault I wasn't consistent with Byte, i wasn't doing the 22 hours of wearing after a month and it's taken me maybe a year. I did however did want a few of my "carnivore teeth" to lower bc some of them are more out then my normal teeth, and i thought Byte was going to help with that but I guess it didn't with the aligners. My teeth also don't feel completely straight like when I had actual braces, but then again that can be my fault too.
