BYTE, has been an amazing experience for me. At 50 years old I thought I was too old for aligners but was convinced by my dentist to give it a shot. The whole experience has been very simple, white team members worked with me the whole way. They did the insurance forms and helped me when my insurance needed additional information. I’m glad I decided to choose bite and would recommend them to any of my friends or family and for me to recommend someone they have to be doing a great job.

My experience with Byte has been great. I went with this company because they had so many positive reviews and also because of the Hyperbyte technology they offer. From day one of ordering the kid I felt supported by customer service. I got an email checking to make sure I received the kit and if I needed help. I have also received emails from my treatment specialist checking in on me. The aligners themselves have been issue free for me. The fit is great and I can use the hyperbyte for any discomfort. I also love the whitening foam that comes with them. I have repurchased because it is so helpful to keep my aligners clean. I am not done with treatment yet, but have seen noticeable results, and would recommend this to anyone on the fence about aligners! I really think this company is great!

My overall experience with this company have been nothing but pleasant. They have an amazing customer service if you have trouble or need help. I'm not at the end of my treatment yet but this far they have been incredibly helpful and honest. Just make sure not to tell them your completely done with treatment if your not happy. Because they will help fix anything that still needs improvement.

I would say initially the process was quick! Then recently I tried to order my remaining aligners and they held on the the order for 3 weeks and then COVID19 hit, if they would have ordered them when I asked there wouldn't have been the lag in treatment! Little upsetting

Great customer service, upfront and in the early stages of my treatment; as treatment progressed, I could easily get in contact with someone about my aligner questions, but had a harder time (had to make multiple phone calls) getting anyone to return phone calls about insurance questions. Once someone did reach me about my insurance questions, they were very helpful. Sadly, my teeth did not respond to straightening with Byte as well as their model suggested; at the end of my treatment and I still have major crowding in two locations. I asked how I could remedy these areas and was told to use my hyperbyte for a longer time, but these two teeth cannot be forced to move when they are wedged up against other teeth. Perhaps my dental issues were bigger than Byte could handle, which I suspected at the outset, but I took a chance anyways. But, the rest of my teeth definitely look better!

I absolutely love Byte. I have been looking into aligners for over a year and am so happy I went with Byte. From day one, the customer service has been incredible. It's great you never have to go into a dentist, the impressions are made at home and sent back for your aligners to be made. The aligners are thin and clear, you can't notice them when wearing them. Using the Hyperbyte 5 minutes a day really helps the aligners fit better and ease discomfort. The Bright Byte cleaner and whitener is also great, keeps the aligners clean and breath fresh! I highly recommend Byte!
