Would recommend to a friend and already did! I was a bit nervous about using aligners and no consulting my dentist. Needless to say that I am really pleased with the results so far and the overall experience with BYTE. Process to receive aligners was faster than expected. Aligners fit perfectly and don't hurt (of course you have the 'pressure' feeling on your teeth for about a day but that is normal). They are also practically invisible when worn. BYTE has been a delight to deal with: they check on you regularly and, most importantly, get everything ready to fill the claim with the dental insurance. BYTE is a safe and quality option!

I purchased impression kits from every company offering aligners to compare their digital plans and choose the best. I tries Candid, Smile Direct Club, invisilign visit, and Byteme. Only Byte team was the best in every part of the process. They re adjusted and re-made their plan 2-3 times based on my wants and desires. I am soooo happy. Their customer service is amazing every step of the way! Super fast resposes, super professional. They make you comfortable, feel appreciated, and satistied. I am waiting for actual aligners to come in and start my process. I am sure it will be amazing and I will reach my results

The service was way more interactive and helpful than what I expected it to be. 100% remote support and there is always an associate assigned to you for any questions that I may have along the way. The responses have been very prompt from the support. The kit I received was very easy to follow, the How To videos made it even easier to perform the steps and get the teeth and gum impressions back to Byte. Quicker turnaround that what I expected from Byte, they reached back to me with my current state and future state smile comparison and I made the payment over the phone (split the payment between HSA and the Credit Card). Super helpful so far... Waiting for the aligners to arrive so I can begin treatment.

My experience with byte was phenomenal. 10/10 in my opinion. From fast delivery to fast results! After the 1st week of wearing byte aligners i had notice a difference in my teeth. What made my byte journey more east & enjoyable was a Whitening spray that not only helps cleans your aligners but also whitens you’re teeth!! But wait! There’s more!! Haha , a device was also included that helps speeds up the process. Cutting my result time in 1/2 making it more fast. Simply by just using the device for ONLY 5mins each day. If I had to say what I dislike it would be : My 1st time around wearing my 1st set aligners I had a lisp, yikes! But came to realize that’s normal for a few days until your teeth gets shifted right within the aligners. My confidence level hit an all time high with byte . Honestly could say byte helped changed my life! :,)

I had questions up front and the team at Byte got back to my right away. I appreciate that. I chose to do the night only program and I'm glad I did. I'm in week 11 and I'm right on schedule with my teeth as the plan showed. The instructions were simple to understand. My regular dental checkup was aces and I'm glad I finally ordered these to move a couple teeth back where they belong that was affecting the quality of my smile. In the process other teeth are straightening as well. Looking forward to the end result. I would recommend anyone that wants to straighten their teeth use this company. I researched a lot up front and I've made the right choice.

From the beginning, everything was simple, easy and fast. My impressions came pretty fast and once I mailed by impression, they received it super fast. I got my results in less than a week! I liked how Byte showed my treatment plan and showed me various angles of what my new smile would look like. But I wished in my treatment plan, it would tell me how long my treatment would be instead of asking my advisor how long it would take. Other than that, my whole experience was great. Also, advisors are super friendly. I ask a lot of questions and all the advisor were super patient and answer each of my question. Great customer service so far!

I have seen wonderful results and am currently on my week 11 aligners. I had very bad crowding and overbite on my top teeth and a few teeth on the bottom that needed love. I started seeing a difference a few weeks ago and now I am on the road to having a new smile with completely straight teeth! I love the whitener and breath refresher bright byte. My friends and family have commented about how white my teeth look. I did not give up coffee but I am diligent about flossing, brushing and using my bright byte foam in my aligners. I cannot wait to see how my smile will look when I am done! Byte is awesome and I recommend it!

Byte have been amazing since my first enquiry. The impression kit was easy and stress free. Once they sent my virtual before and after images I knew I had come to the right place. I was assigned a byte advisor Sabrina, who was always quick and understanding with response to my emails. I felt safe and assured that I had chosen the right company after a lot of research into other options. My retainers arrived within 2 weeks and after 3 weeks of using byte at night my teeth are already so much straighter and whiter!!...thanks to the whitening foam included with the kit. I have been telling anyone who will listen how amazing the process with byte has been so far. I'm so excited for my end result!

I've been interested in aligners for a while now so I took some time researching options. Many online reviews and forums suggested Byte so I decided to jump in. I made a great decision. After I ordered my mold kit, I quickly received an email and a text with instructions letting me know when I could expect the kit. Kit came in 2 days as advertised and I got a text asking whether everything was fine with the package! The mold instructions were very clear, making the process easy. I sent the kit in and waited for the progression plan. All the reps were really reinsuring regarding the process. After I paid, I believe I received my aligners in a little over 2 weeks - record time! I'm currently on week 3 of 14 of the aligners and all is well. First 2 days hurt like hell, but no pain, no gain! Can't wait to see how I look at the end.

What a great experience so far (4 weeks in), I've started right away with great customer service, whom all kept in contact from even before the day of purchase (molds). Even after receiving the kit, the team kept me updated with procedures and how to use the aligners correctly with recommended practices. I'd opted in getting the night time aligners due to the fact that my job requires me to actively communicate with my team members, unfortunately I was laid off due to the impact of COVID-19, but Byte customer service reassure to me that I was able to wear these aligners even more than 10+ hours, which I find that it fits snugly, comfortably and the convenience here is undervalued, all I need is 10+ hours. I actually enjoy wearing them. So far my experience have been great, don't be embarrass about your smile, be embarrass you didn't act right away! What do you like about the company? Great customer service, actively keeping in contact, repsond promptly and laid out the steps needed to self-care without the dentist. What do yo dislike the most? Besides the aligner box, it's rather small to keep the aligners in, it should have a separate spot for top and bottom aligners. Also I'm not really sure how well my progress is, I have been taking weekly photos myself, but there should be a way to see if we are on the right track i.e. progress reports; suggestion maybe, have users, each quarter of the total duration, take a snapshot of the alignments so far with another mold of our teeth and send that in; unless Byte have virtual visits that I am unaware of, but that would be great.

I was nervous to start Byte. I had invisalign in the past and for the crazy amounts of money I spent on the aligners there was limited customer service, retainer care information, or involvement from my orthodontist besides handing me the kit. With Byte, I was quickly drawn by how simple yet comprehensive they make their set up steps. For an online service I felt just as, if not more, comfortable than I did when seeing my orthodontist. My Byte advisor communicated with and informed me about the process like a friend would do another friend. She made me feel comfortable and conversed with me openly about what I can expect from the process. I am excited to receive my byte aligners. If they are anything like their website, kit info, and advisors I am sure they will work great.

So glad I went with Byte. Contemplated for two years. Originally started with the orthodontist to set me up with Invisalign, but $5k + was hard for me to come around, let alone I had already paid out of pocket for the prep work for the aligners. My Byte aligners fit outstanding, and so comfortable for me. I can totally feel and see that the aligners are working. Can’t wait to see the outcome. Oh and the byte customer service has everyone beat in that category. People that depend on reviews regardless if one want to think that these reviews are paid or not. I’ll tell you right now, I’m definitely not one of those paid reviewers. The customers service has been prompt on any concerns or questions. Though I don’t have a lot ever since I started my procedure, but I sure did prior too. And every single question and concern was answered within that day or BEC at the very least. To me customer service is huge regardless of where I’m at or what I’m doing.

So for the past 12 weeks I’ve been doing Invisalign through byte and I am absolutely OBSESSED 🙌🏼😁 plus,I’m already almost done with my treatment! I used to be so self conscious about my crooked smile (especially after having braces for 10 WHOLE YEARS, major jaw surgery, and then like all high schoolers- not wearing my retainers 🤦🏻‍♀️). Byte’s customer services is OUTSTANDING and they have great payment plans. I am so glad I did this FOR MYSELF. While I reviewed how much I loved Byte at the beginning of my journey, I have an even better idea of how they conduct business now that I'm at the end of my Byte experience, and I have to say, I am still very pleased. The thing I still love most about Byte is how organized everything is: from their packaging to their website and way they go about communicating business. Throughout my journey I have had insurance form and retainer fitting issues, as well as many questions, but the Byte team has helped me address everything in a timely manner. I read several reviews on how people had issues before beginning my journey, which made me doubtful at first, but after having issues of my own and seeing them all addressed appropriately I have no complaints. Just don't be afraid to reach out! No company is perfect, but with Byte's outstanding customer service, I'd say they're pretty dang close. You can tell that they really care about helping you! And my smile is perfect now, which is all you're really looking for anyways;)

There is truly nothing I dislike about Byte! They have the best prices of any aligners I've looked at, not to mention the absolute best customer service I've ever recieved. Talking to people on my Byte team feels like talking to a supportive friend. There are no questions during the process because they make it so easy for you to follow through and the 3D model of your teeth following your treatment plan helps me know exactly what to expect from my aligners so theres no wondering how itll turn out. I had Braces back in Highschool and had a terrible experience, so after my teeth started to shift again I was incredibly nervous about starting a new treatment plan. However I’m happy to say Byte has exceeded my expectations. I chose Byte because of the convenience of doing everything from home and the all inclusive package that comes along with the Aligners. I cannot recommend byteme enough! I was wary of going ahead without visiting a dentist or orthodontist in person but the care and guidance offered and given throughout the entire process was outstanding. As soon as i ordered my impression kit (which i couldn't believe was so cheap with no obligation) i had a consultant contact me via email (which was great as i didnt want constant phone calls) and this immediate support made me feel confident i had made the right choice. The insteuctional videos were great and i actually enjoyed the whole process. It was all so swift! As a new member of byte, I am very happy with the service thus far. The customer service team is very patient and attentive. I always receive an answer via text or email. I received all my aligners promptly. If I have any concerns I always receive a resolution. I can feel a difference in my teeth after the first 2 days. I liked how we receive a pouch for the aligners, a extraction tool, file, hyperbyte, & teeth whitener/cleaner foam. I paid all in one shot the full price. There were no additional hidden fees. The price you pay is the price you are given when you pay in full. I hope to have my perfect smile after my 15 weeks!

On July 14, 2020, I started my Byte journey. Within a day, I received a text from Joe at Byte who kept in touched with me to make sure I received my impression kit. He also encouraged me to get them completed and returned so I will know if Byte aligners will be a good treatment for me. I received my impression kit within two days with detailed step-by-step instructions and return postage paid envelope. On Sunday, July 19, 2020, I completed my impressions. The instructions were easy to follow and watching the video was very helpful too. On Monday, July 20, 2020, I mailed my impression kit back to Byte. Joe at Byte right there every step of the way. On Wednesday, July 22, 2020, I received an email from Kyle a Byte Advisor confirming receipt of my impression kit and they are being reviewed by the lab. On Thursday, July 23, 2020, Kyle emailed letting me know I will be a great candidate for Byte. His email included a link to view my treatment plan and aligner options with prices and payment options. I viewed my treatment plan and was very happy with what my smile will look like after Byte aligners. I still didn’t make a decision right away. So, I thought about it over the weekend and did more research to make sure this was what I wanted to do. Kyle at Byte was right there every step of the way. He answered all my questions and sent me information on how much my insurance will cover. On Monday, July 27, 2020, I purchased the Byte Invisible Aligners At-Night. So far, my experience has been OUTSTANDING...Byte Care Team, Customer Service, Products and Cost are AMAZING! I would definitely recommend Byte to my family and friends.

With all the apprehension, I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service I've received thus far. Starting with my initial inquiry, to ordering & receiving my 1st impression kit in less than a week and rapid delivery & return process. ALL of the correspondence via email, texts & phone I received from Rebecca & Pat has been COMPLETELY PERFECT! They were SO PATIENT with me & trust, I had ALOT of questions! Pat took over and once he received my initial impressions, suggested I do them over with smaller trays which I AGREED. New trays were sent out IMMEDIATELY AT NO COST, and I got an email instantly. Not to mention this process took 4 days to receive, and again, I did my impressions and I mailed them off the same day I received them both times. I waited a week 1/2 to weigh my options and decided to bet on BYTE and purchased my aligners via Care Credit on 7/28/20. I was informed it'll take 4-6 weeks which I have no doubt will get here promptly. This is my total honest experience and yes I'm hyped because it's SO REFRESHING to receive customer service like this 1.) For such a major purchase and 2.) In today's times, people lack compassion and empathy and I truly felt that this was a trusted process. So far SO GOOD! I'll keep posting updates about my process.

I did not know what to think of Byte initially because there are so many companies to choose from. After a lot of research, I went with Byte because of their positive reviews and their lifetime guarantee. I was very surprised that the reviews that I had read turned out to be accurate. Byte has been an excellent company to work with every step of the way along my teeth straightening journey so far! Their communication and customer service was fantastic every step of the way. The entire process has been quick and easy! I initially had some difficulty completing the set of dental impressions, but my advisor worked with me to figure out the problem, which was that my trays were too large for my mouth. They sent me a new impressions kit right away and the 2nd set was perfect! My treatment plan was then created and sent to me shortly after to approve and purchase. The purchasing process was also a breeze and I appreciated the various financing options Byte offers, as I could not afford to pay the full amount upfront. I am on week 7 of 11 of my treatment plan and am very happy with my results to this point. I chose the daytime aligners as they were the less expensive option with quicker results. I find them to be comfortable to wear for the recommended 22 hours per day. I also love the Hyperbyte tool, as it eases any minor discomfort and has allowed my aligners to fit better, especially when transitioning to a new set. The advisors and customer services representatives from Byte have reached out to check-in on my progress every step of the way, which has been great! They also have responded in a timely manner any time I have had a question. I'm so glad I selected Byte and would highly recommended them to anyone looking for a quick, easy, and affordable options to straighten their teeth with great results!

What makes Byte differ from the rest is the great customer service. Right away you are greeted with someone who helps you through the process with your impression. She helped me with any questions I had and got back to me right away. I have tried a different company before but it was hard to get ahold of them. I could talk for days about what Byte has already done for my smile in 7 weeks. It took four years with braces and it was extremely painful and obliviously didn’t have lasting effects so I went with Byte. I smile again! I work in sales so I’m constantly having to seal my lips to suppress my smile because I was so embarrassed, and now I can’t stop smiling. It’s hard to conceal my new grin behind a mask because I cannot express how happy I am with my new smile. From the moment I contacted byte for the impression kit, I was assigned an Impression Specialist, Megan, who followed up with me to check if i had any issues doing the impressions.Then I was assigned a byte advisor, Kimberly, who walked me through the treatment plan and answered any concerns I had. Byte has an awesome customer service. Also, it took 10 days after sending back the impressions to get my treatment plan plus I got a discount on my aligners and I have been promised a free month of whitener for sending my impressions back to them within 48 hours of receipt. All in all, I am very happy so far with the process and looking forward to receiving my aligners.

My experience with byte is a wonderful one so far. I was apprehensive because I'm 60 years old I have crowns and a couple of root canals. All my questions have been quickly and satisfactorily answered by the team. And I couldn't be happier with how smooth things are going. I just finished my first set of aligners and now I'm on to my second set I'm so excited. It has been very easy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to straighten their teeth. My dentist wanted to charge me between $2400.00 and $4,000...but Byte is doing it for half the price and only 3-4 months! It's a great fit for me!

I just received my aligners and so far I have nothing but positive to say about this company. Customer service has been nothing but excellent. Packaging is clever, classy and while some might say « who cares » I think presentation is important. The aligners are very well made and high quality. I was expecting to have to file them and tweak the fit but nope. Now it being my first aligner experience I didn’t know about the discomfort of my teeth adjusting...which clearly makes sense and which I guess is the point after talking to other « aligner wearers »...lol. But in no way is the discomfort coming from the design of the aligners. And the Hyperbyte is super easy to use and helps your teeth along for sure. So high five all around so far! Thanks Byte team!

Great service and very easy! I ordered my impression kit online, and the next day, I received a text from a real person who guided me throughout the impression kit phase. From the day I ordered, until I got my treatment plan was around just 1 week (that includes shipping), I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround! The customer service people I talked with were helpful, and listened to me when I made suggestions and wanted modifications on my treatment plan. After I ordered my impression kit, I was contacted by a person to help me make sure that it went well before it even came in! After I got the kit, I realized it was too big for me, and I reached out to byte and they immediately sent me a smaller impression kit for my mouth! Then, after I sent it back, a different person contacted me a few days later to inform me that my impression kit was accepted and under review. Then, very soon after that, when my treatment plan was made and was personally called and asked about how I felt about the plan. When I approved it, they made payment so easy! To me, a brand is only as good as the people behind it and, though I haven’t finished my plan, I feel like my byte experience has already been worth the investment. I’ve had an amazing byte experience thus far and am excited to come out with a better smile!

This experience is something I’ve been trying to do for years. I always had straight teething, but they began to space as I got older. I’ve tried retainers before, but lost them and never got them again. I want to be more confident again and as soon as I ordered them I knew I made the right decision. My experience with byte has been great. I thought I would be annoyed with wearing them all the time, but I wasn’t. In the beginning, I felt some discomfort, but quickly I stopped feeling it. I would feel it the first day I switched to new ones. Quickly, the discomfort faded away and when I did feel discomfort I used my hyperbyte. Which I believe is amazing! I Have one week left and right now I’m more confident than I have ever been in my life. I smile more and I get a lot of compliments. This was the best decision I made in a long time and very worth it. I have recommend byte to my coworkers my friends and even my twin. My sister has already ordered hers. She sees how my fast smile has transformed and could not wait any longer. I have no doubt that she will love her new smile just as much as I do.

Thus far I"m so very thankful I selected BYTE! A family member went with a competitor and didn't get a 'HyperByte' and she actually was jealous! lol true! As well I myself had gone to Smile Direct over a year ago. When I saw the facebook ads for Byte I did some comparing then called the other guy again. Due to the COVID situation they were not able to help me as you guys did without cost even though I had prior had been evaluated and went far into the initial process. I enjoyed the whole process. It was very easy and smooth. Customer service is on point. The impression kit was super easy. Do note that it takes about 2.5-4 weeks to get your whole aligner kit. I received mine around 2.5-3 weeks. I am currently on week 11. I have 2 more weeks left for my top aligners and 9 more weeks left for my bottom aligners. I already love my smile at week 11. I'm already more confident in smiling with my teeth now! I have to say though, week 1, I had A LOT of pain. I almost quit but talked myself out of it LOL. I could barely eat anything but soup. After week 1, week 2 and up is less painful. I only have pain for 1 day but other people have said they get pain up to 3-4 days. Super excited to see the final outcome though!

There are two things that I want to highlight about my experience. First, the time to receive and hear back about your molds from the impression kit is absolutely quick. The ability to go through the procedure of getting your teeth fixed is genuinely right at your hands with a company that intentionally wants to improve your smile and build your confidence. The second was the staff. The staff was extremely attentive especially my representative Nadia who was extremely helpful and kind. Byte was an amazing experience. During Quarantine I ordered SDC and Byte and was able to compare both companies. Byte color coordinated the clays to ensure the mixing and the mold retrievement was easy to do at home. After the mold, they were attentive and quicker in getting me my treatment plan. The customer service was incredible as they helped me via text and email to ensure I was set up for success. I am finishing my treatment plan and I love my teeth. I have recommended Byte to all of my family and friends. The first week or two of aligners are the hardest and most comfortable but it becomes easier as time progresses. I was looking for an at home option for straightening my teeth for my upcoming wedding. I wanted an affordable option that wouldn’t take several years to complete, byte was the perfect option! I highly recommend! I went with Byte over the competition based on the positive reviews and the quicker treatment time, and have to say that I made the right choice. Their customer service was always quick with a response and a solution to any of my concerns, and I’m really happy with the results of my teeth. I also really appreciate how if you're not 100% satisfied with the final result, they're willing to make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to correct any issues without any additional charge. My only feedback for improvement is that my top aligners required a shorter treatment time than my lower, but this wasn’t made clear to me until I reached out and asked (I received fewer top aligners, so I kept wearing my last pair) that I found out I only had to wear those top aligners at night. It wasn’t a big deal, but my last top pair got worn out from wearing them the 22 hours/day that I thought was required. But beyond that, my experience has been great, and the team at Byte has been exceptional with their service.

I've been wanting to get aligners for a while. I was doing research on all the different companies and saw ByteMe. They had good ratings, so I thought I would give it a try. I got my impression kit just a few days after I paid for the kit. They gave me very clear and easy instructions on how to do the impressions. I loved how I had someone contact me to keep me posted, seeing if I needed anything, making sure if I had questions, and quickly answering if I did. After I sent my impressions kit in, I got to see a whole 3D model of my mouth through each step of the alignment process. I really liked being able to see what my smile would be after, and it made me so ready to get started. ByteMe is super cost friendly and the advisors are VERY nice, helpful, and very quick to respond any way you contact them. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a better smile!

I am halfway through the treatment and seeing a real change! I loved the computer simulation visual plan that was sent to me prior to making any purchase commitments and it shows you how many aligner sets you'll need and how many weeks it'll take for you personally to get your optimal result. I first heard about Byte while browsing on Instagram. I wasn’t sure how to feel about it so I went ahead and visited my dentist, who then referred me to an orthodontist who stated that my treatment would cost double what Byte was quoting and stated it would take a full year in braces. Byte’s team stated I could have a great smile in 4-5 months and were excellent about keeping in touch through email, text and a couple of phone calls. Byte is really good about explaining every step of the process in manner that’s informative and yet leaves you feeling like you have options. I personally love that my treatment won’t cost as much and can be done quicker. I’ve just purchased my treatment plan and am waiting to receive my aligners. So excited to see how well this will work!

My experience with byteme has been absolutely stellar! I could not recommend the enough. I did plenty of research on other similar teeth alignment companies and Byteme stood out to me far beyond the rest. Their website is beautifully laid out and everything was very easy to understand. The impressions kit they send you comes with every you need along side a gorgeous instruction manual that was both beautiful and easy to understand. My impressions came out great! The rest of the process was handled by a rep named Ellis. She was literally with me every step of the way, from the moment they received my impressions, she emailed me and text me with information to move forward. Years ago, I underwent treatment with Invisalign. Unfortunately, my Mom's Dental Insurance dropped from their coverage when I was near the end of my treatment, and I was unable to finish it. My dentist at the time even refused to give us the aligners and retainers that they had in her office. With time, the gaps came back in my teeth. I've looked into possibly doing Invisalign again, but it would've been way too expensive, even with insurance coverage. I had no idea my Mom paid a ridiculous amount of money for that product! Wanting to close the gaps and improve my smile again, I researched other avenues to go to, and I came across Byte. I looked into the prices and the process of the treatment, and it was something that would fit my needs. I originally saw that the impression kit was around $100, but when I clicked on the link for the impressions, it dropped down to $20! This was a surprise, and convinced me to give this a shot. As a member of the Hospitality industry, I know how important it is to make sure a guest/customer feels special, and to make their experience as seamless as possible. I am happy to say that the service provided by the Byte Care Team met my expectations. Once I ordered my impression kit, I received an email from a Byte representative who was there for just for the impression process!! I was impressed with the efficiency with both the representative making sure I was being taken care of, and the arrival of the impression kit. After mailing in my impressions, I had a Byte advisor reach out to me without being pushy or overbearing with a sales pitch. She just wanted to make sure I knew that she was there for me whenever I needed help or if I had questions. I loved that I was able to be a part of the process of my treatment plan. The Steps to Treatment page made me feel like I was in the know with what was going on with my impressions and the proposed treatment plan. The virtual Smile Science that showed what my smile would look like from all angles when my treatment is completed gave the confidence to move forward. After talking through my financial options with the Byte advisor, I decided to pull the trigger. I am so glad that I chose byte to straighten my teeth! I am almost on week 8 of my byte treatment plan and everything is going smoothly so far. I am 2 weeks into my treatment plan and it has been such a great experience so far! Completing and sending in the impressions was super easy, fast and convenient. I decided to use Byte after spending hours researching different alternatives. I ultimately chose Byte for the cost and convenience and especially since they have HyperByte to speed the process along. As I got started with the process, I'm glad I made the decision to move forward with Byte! Almost immediately, my byte advisor reached out to me and was super friendly and prompt with answering any and all questions I had. Likewise, he checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was going along smoothly. Doing the impressions was a little tough since the tray is quite big BUT it helps a ton to practice a little before placing the putty in the tray an getting a feel for holding it there for a few minutes. Looking back it wasn't bad at all! After sending in the impressions, the Byte team was very responsive and quick to make my treatment plan. Even when I had an issue with my payment method, the care team was very prompt in helping me and getting everything sorted out. I'm excited to continue the process with Byte and would definitely and have recommended friends to use Byte!

I originally intended to go with smile direct but after a consultation with them they were not going to be able to move all of my teeth the way I wanted, (they were going to leave my most crooked tooth in place) after that I had no hope that at home aligners were for me. I came across byte some months later and decided to go ahead and try to do an impression kit to see if they could move my teeth the way I wanted and what do you know, they could so I purchased the aligners and they got here relatively fast, towards the end of my treatment my crooked tooth still hadn't moved as much as I would have liked and I reached out to customer support and they got me a second treatment going asap. I had to redo the impression kit and everything but from the moment I reached out they were on it, they even noticed a slight flaw with my upper arch as well and got me a second round of aligners for no additional cost what so ever! Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend byte to anyone interested in at home aligners.

I had a protruding lower front tooth that was really bothering me in both appearance and the way it felt in my mouth. In reviewing different aligner companies for results and for pricing, I came across Byte and am very glad I did! It had excellent ratings and I definitely see why. I am in my 10th week of a 15 week program using the aligners (you apply new ones each week) and my lower tooth is protruding no longer and is almost perfectly aligned with my other front teeth! The aligners are easy to put on and take off each day and are comfortable to sleep in. They are nearly invisible, so wearing them while among other people is perfectly fine and they don't impede talking. I received terrific support from the staff at Byte, especially at the beginning when I was making the first impressions at home and sending then in and whenever I had any questions. Plus, the cleaner and whitener solution they provided really did whiten my teeth! I've gotten a lot of complements on both my teeth alignment and how white my teeth are and I haven't even finished my treatments yet. Plus, I've gotten the added bonus of the aligners straightening all of my teeth! I'm very happy with Byte and highly recommend this company to anyone who would like the simplest and cheapest method to straighten their teeth.

I had done some research on several different home alignment programs. Byte had the best reviews in all aspects. I took the dive hoping the reviews were truthful. I ordered the impression kit end of August and by the end of September I received my program and set of aligners. I was surprised it only had 8 weeks of aligners but what did I know. After the 8 weeks progress was nowhere near what the progression diagram displayed. I contacted Byte and was promptly advised on what to do and a few weeks later I received another series of aligners. Once completed, not satisfied, I was sent another impression kit followed by another series of aligners. Although I would have been extremely happy had the whole thing been completed in the initial estimated 8-week program I am very happy with the results. Personnel are great to work with. Any time I contacted Byte with problems or concerns (some aligners caused serious lisp or didn’t seem to fit right) I was completely satisfied with the rapid and courteous and professional response. They definitely backed up what the advertised and what the reviews were saying. I highly recommend Byte for aligners, price, quality and customer service.
