byte has, by far, the best customer service team that I have ever encountered from a company! After I ordered my impression kit, I was contacted by a person to help me make sure that it went well before it even came in! After I got the kit, I realized it was too big for me, and I reached out to byte and they immediately sent me a smaller impression kit for my mouth! Then, after I sent it back, a different person contacted me a few days later to inform me that my impression kit was accepted and under review. Then, very soon after that, when my treatment plan was made and was personally called and asked about how I felt about the plan. When I approved it, they made payment so easy! To me, a brand is only as good as the people behind it and, though I haven’t finished my plan, I feel like my byte experience has already been worth the investment. I’ve had an amazing byte experience thus far and am excited to come out with a better smile!

This experience is something I’ve been trying to do for years. I always had straight teething, but they began to space as I got older. I’ve tried retainers before, but lost them and never got them again. I want to be more confident again and as soon as I ordered them I knew I made the right decision. My experience with byte has been great. I thought I would be annoyed with wearing them all the time, but I wasn’t. In the beginning, I felt some discomfort, but quickly I stopped feeling it. I would feel it the first day I switched to new ones. Quickly, the discomfort faded away and when I did feel discomfort I used my hyperbyte. Which I believe is amazing! I Have one week left and right now I’m more confident than I have ever been in my life. I smile more and I get a lot of compliments. This was the best decision I made in a long time and very worth it. I have recommend byte to my coworkers my friends and even my twin. My sister has already ordered hers. She sees how my fast smile has transformed and could not wait any longer. I have no doubt that she will love her new smile just as much as I do.

Thus far I"m so very thankful I selected BYTE! A family member went with a competitor and didn't get a 'HyperByte' and she actually was jealous! lol true! As well I myself had gone to Smile Direct over a year ago. When I saw the facebook ads for Byte I did some comparing then called the other guy again. Due to the COVID situation they were not able to help me as you guys did without cost even though I had prior had been evaluated and went far into the initial process. Thankful Ihadn't used them and continuation with BYTE is hopeful and I can't wait to see the smile I've waited many years to correct! Thanks Folks!

I enjoyed the whole process. It was very easy and smooth. Customer service is on point. The impression kit was super easy. Do note that it takes about 2.5-4 weeks to get your whole aligner kit. I received mine around 2.5-3 weeks. I am currently on week 11. I have 2 more weeks left for my top aligners and 9 more weeks left for my bottom aligners. I already love my smile at week 11. I'm already more confident in smiling with my teeth now! I have to say though, week 1, I had A LOT of pain. I almost quit but talked myself out of it LOL. I could barely eat anything but soup. After week 1, week 2 and up is less painful. I only have pain for 1 day but other people have said they get pain up to 3-4 days. Super excited to see the final outcome though!

There are two things that I want to highlight about my experience. First, the time to receive and hear back about your molds from the impression kit is absolutely quick. The ability to go through the procedure of getting your teeth fixed is genuinely right at your hands with a company that intentionally wants to improve your smile and build your confidence. The second was the staff. The staff was extremely attentive especially my representative Nadia who was extremely helpful and kind. She was also knowledgable in the financing aspect of the aligners which made me feel absolutely comfortable in investing my money into Byte.

Byte was an amazing experience. During Quarantine I ordered SDC and Byte and was able to compare both companies. Byte color coordinated the clays to ensure the mixing and the mold retrievement was easy to do at home. After the mold, they were attentive and quicker in getting me my treatment plan. The customer service was incredible as they helped me via text and email to ensure I was set up for success. I am finishing my treatment plan and I love my teeth. I have recommended Byte to all of my family and friends. The first week or two of aligners are the hardest and most comfortable but it becomes easier as time progresses. I highly recommend! I went with Byte over the competition based on the positive reviews and the quicker treatment time, and have to say that I made the right choice. Their customer service was always quick with a response and a solution to any of my concerns, and I’m really happy with the results of my teeth. I also really appreciate how if you're not 100% satisfied with the final result, they're willing to make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to correct any issues without any additional charge. My only feedback for improvement is that my top aligners required a shorter treatment time than my lower, but this wasn’t made clear to me until I reached out and asked (I received fewer top aligners, so I kept wearing my last pair) that I found out I only had to wear those top aligners at night. It wasn’t a big deal, but my last top pair got worn out from wearing them the 22 hours/day that I thought was required. But beyond that, my experience has been great, and the team at Byte has been exceptional with their service.

I've been wanting to get aligners for a while. I was doing research on all the different companies and saw ByteMe. They had good ratings, so I thought I would give it a try. I got my impression kit just a few days after I paid for the kit. They gave me very clear and easy instructions on how to do the impressions. I loved how I had someone contact me to keep me posted, seeing if I needed anything, making sure if I had questions, and quickly answering if I did. After I sent my impressions kit in, I got to see a whole 3D model of my mouth through each step of the alignment process. I really liked being able to see what my smile would be after, and it made me so ready to get started. ByteMe is super cost friendly and the advisors are VERY nice, helpful, and very quick to respond any way you contact them. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a better smile!

I first heard about Byte while browsing on Instagram. I wasn’t sure how to feel about it so I went ahead and visited my dentist, who then referred me to an orthodontist who stated that my treatment would cost double what Byte was quoting and stated it would take a full year in braces. Byte’s team stated I could have a great smile in 4-5 months and were excellent about keeping in touch through email, text and a couple of phone calls. Byte is really good about explaining every step of the process in manner that’s informative and yet leaves you feeling like you have options. I personally love that my treatment won’t cost as much and can be done quicker. I’ve just purchased my treatment plan and am waiting to receive my aligners. Years ago, I underwent treatment with Invisalign. Unfortunately, my Mom's Dental Insurance dropped from their coverage when I was near the end of my treatment, and I was unable to finish it. My dentist at the time even refused to give us the aligners and retainers that they had in her office. With time, the gaps came back in my teeth. I've looked into possibly doing Invisalign again, but it would've been way too expensive, even with insurance coverage. I had no idea my Mom paid a ridiculous amount of money for that product! Wanting to close the gaps and improve my smile again, I researched other avenues to go to, and I came across Byte. I looked into the prices and the process of the treatment, and it was something that would fit my needs. I originally saw that the impression kit was around $100, but when I clicked on the link for the impressions, it dropped down to $20! This was a surprise, and convinced me to give this a shot. As a member of the Hospitality industry, I know how important it is to make sure a guest/customer feels special, and to make their experience as seamless as possible. I am happy to say that the service provided by the Byte Care Team met my expectations. Once I ordered my impression kit, I received an email from a Byte representative who was there for just for the impression process!! I am 2 weeks into my treatment plan and it has been such a great experience so far! Completing and sending in the impressions was super easy, fast and convenient. I decided to use Byte after spending hours researching different alternatives. I ultimately chose Byte for the cost and convenience and especially since they have HyperByte to speed the process along. As I got started with the process, I'm glad I made the decision to move forward with Byte! Almost immediately, my byte advisor reached out to me and was super friendly and prompt with answering any and all questions I had. Likewise, he checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was going along smoothly. Doing the impressions was a little tough since the tray is quite big BUT it helps a ton to practice a little before placing the putty in the tray an getting a feel for holding it there for a few minutes. Looking back it wasn't bad at all! After sending in the impressions, the Byte team was very responsive and quick to make my treatment plan. Even when I had an issue with my payment method, the care team was very prompt in helping me and getting everything sorted out. I'm excited to continue the process with Byte and would definitely and have recommended friends to use Byte!

I originally intended to go with smile direct but after a consultation with them they were not going to be able to move all of my teeth the way I wanted, (they were going to leave my most crooked tooth in place) after that I had no hope that at home aligners were for me. I came across byte some months later and decided to go ahead and try to do an impression kit to see if they could move my teeth the way I wanted and what do you know, they could so I purchased the aligners and they got here relatively fast, towards the end of my treatment my crooked tooth still hadn't moved as much as I would have liked and I reached out to customer support and they got me a second treatment going asap. I had to redo the impression kit and everything but from the moment I reached out they were on it, they even noticed a slight flaw with my upper arch as well and got me a second round of aligners for no additional cost what so ever! Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend byte to anyone interested in at home aligners.

I had a protruding lower front tooth that was really bothering me in both appearance and the way it felt in my mouth. In reviewing different aligner companies for results and for pricing, I came across Byte and am very glad I did! It had excellent ratings and I definitely see why. I am in my 10th week of a 15 week program using the aligners (you apply new ones each week) and my lower tooth is protruding no longer and is almost perfectly aligned with my other front teeth! The aligners are easy to put on and take off each day and are comfortable to sleep in. They are nearly invisible, so wearing them while among other people is perfectly fine and they don't impede talking. I received terrific support from the staff at Byte, especially at the beginning when I was making the first impressions at home and sending then in and whenever I had any questions. Plus, the cleaner and whitener solution they provided really did whiten my teeth! I've gotten a lot of complements on both my teeth alignment and how white my teeth are and I haven't even finished my treatments yet. Plus, I've gotten the added bonus of the aligners straightening all of my teeth! I'm very happy with Byte and highly recommend this company to anyone who would like the simplest and cheapest method to straighten their teeth.

I had done some research on several different home alignment programs. Byte had the best reviews in all aspects. I took the dive hoping the reviews were truthful. I ordered the impression kit end of August and by the end of September I received my program and set of aligners. I was surprised it only had 8 weeks of aligners but what did I know. After the 8 weeks progress was nowhere near what the progression diagram displayed. I contacted Byte and was promptly advised on what to do and a few weeks later I received another series of aligners. Once completed, not satisfied, I was sent another impression kit followed by another series of aligners. Although I would have been extremely happy had the whole thing been completed in the initial estimated 8-week program I am very happy with the results. Personnel are great to work with. Any time I contacted Byte with problems or concerns (some aligners caused serious lisp or didn’t seem to fit right) I was completely satisfied with the rapid and courteous and professional response. They definitely backed up what the advertised and what the reviews were saying. I highly recommend Byte for aligners, price, quality and customer service.

BYTE is absolutely wonderful! I have struggled with my smile for a very long time and have grown to shift my picture taking to hide my teeth. Best company experience. I was at the end of my 15 weeks and my teeth weren't completely straight. Byte sent me a new impression kit and now just waiting on aligners in order to straighten things out. Fast. Efficient and very easy to work with. When I first order my impression kit it took 2 days to get to upstate NY from california. And 2 days sending it back with thier shipping label. Then I only waited 11 days for my aligners. On the website it says 4-6 weeks which I'm sure they're giving themselves some time just in case they're slammed. But 11 days to get mine. The company customer service is excellent. I get an answer to any question or problem in 24-48 hours. And they check in with u periodically to make sure you are happy. I love love the whitener and I truly support this company.

Having an awesome smile is such an awesome feeling. Looking in the mirror and WANTING to smile everytime I see myself gives me a new happiness and confidence. My favorite aspect of Byte is probably how helpful and polite customer service is and the fact that I could take this personal journey in the comfort of my own home. I was provided with all the tools for my success and it was up to ME to be consistent and responsible which helped me appreciate the journey even more. Definitely have reccomend this service product to a few friends already. The only thing I didn't like was the confusion of how long my program was going to be. There were so many people helping me and not everyone had the correct information. But in the end It worked out fine.

I have always been extremely self conscience of my teeth. I grew up being teased alot, but knew my parents did all they could with what we could. I was able to go to the dentist, but i was plagued with a lower jaw that was just too short (and a thumbsucking problem) that resulted in a 110% overbite. The only real solution was to break my jaw and have pieces of my rib removed to make my lower jaw longer. Not something my parents could ever financially afford. I learned to adjust my smile and hid most of my insecurities, which often meant learning to smile without showing teeth. Once I was older and had my own insurance and money I decided to give looking into braces a try. I was basically turned away from other aligner vendors and orthodontists with the "without surgery, there isnt much we can do and it isnt worth the money". I was defeated for many years, and continued to adjust my smile to ensure i had some confidence. This past year I decided to try again, i knew there were new aligner companies out there that might be a bit more understanding that I didnt want perfect teeth (unachievable without surgery) just straighter teeth and my front teeth pulled down. I looked into several and ended up choosing Byte because of the amazing customer service. From answering my questions and hesitations I had from the beginning, to walking me through the impressions process, to following up after to keep me up to date on when i would see a plan, to a 3-D look at how my smile and teeth would change, walking me through my payment options and keeping me posted (even with Covid-19) on when my aligners would eventually arrive. I just started week 9 and have had a couple followups just checking in to make sure i didnt have any issues or concerns so far in my treatment. I havent had one issue or concern. And so amazed at my results not even halfway so far. My friends and family are really starting to notice the change, not only in my actual teeth but in my confidence as well. i have adjusted pretty easily to wearing them, the little bit of un-comfort that comes with moving teeth and having to remove them to eat. I cannot wait to see even the halfway results and mostly the end results. I have told everyone so far about my experience and hope to encourage more people to take a chance on getting that confidence and smile you've always wanted!

I have always struggled with my teeth as crowding runs in my family and we couldn't afford braces when I was younger. Once I entered college and my teeth continued to move and bother me I struggled with not wanting to wear braces as an adult for image reasons. I gave up on having straight teeth once again. Then I discovered Byte soon after graduating and my life changed! I am 11 weeks into my program and my teeth are beautiful and I can confidently smile my heart out! Not only is the program affordable but I could also set up a payment plan that works for me and my income. The aligners are generally pretty comfortable to wear and easy to get on and off. Other people don't notice I'm wearing them either! The included Brightbyte whitening treatment has also significantly whitened my teeth, as well! The Hyperbyte is very comfortable and soothing as it helps the aligners sit better on your teeth. On top of all of this, the customer service is AMAZING! My initial advisor, Kim, was so SWEET and answered all my questions and never made me feel like a bother. She was very low pressure when setting up my payment plan and made me feel very relaxed throughout the process. My current advisor, Jimmy, checks in frequently and I am very pleased with his attentiveness. The experience so far has been simple and easy. Very hands-on customer service, they reached out within a couple of days of submitting info on the site, then kept with me through the purchase process without feeling pushy. The impressions were a little intimidating, because the guards seem really big and I was afraid I was going to mess them up, but the instructions were easy to follow and I didn't need to do them again. The communication is excellent. They have so many options from when/how to wear the braces to financial solutions. My advisor is also very professional with great communication. I am 7 weeks into my 22 week Byte aligner plan. I chose Byte because they offer the hyperbyte, which helps get results faster than most other aligner systems. But it also eases a lot of the discomfort that comes when changing into new aligners. Even after only 7 weeks, I can already see a difference. I like being able to compare my progress with the 3D model of my treatment plan. Plus the price is pretty great. I was able to get Byte treatments for myself and my daughter for about the same price as her traditional braces. Byte's guarantee can't be beat either. If you're wanting to fix your smile and considering byte (and even if you haven't yet considered byte) you absolutely should take the plunge! From the very beginning of going onto their website to get more info and going through FAQ answers my favorite thing was how honest the answers were and how byte gave me a very realistic expectation of what my treatment would be like and I love honesty! But they're also very reasonably priced and you have the option to either pay in one full payment or pay monthly and they even break it down for you so you know how much you'll be paying and why (I've had braces in the past and let me tell you, even with insurance it was no cheap feat for my family) and when I chose to go with byte I decided to make the one time full payment. Byte's cost and also their quality is unmatched in my eyes! I have a 5.5 month long treatment plan for straighter and whiter teeth and I am almost one month in with already a noticeable difference in my smile that my family, friends, coworkers, and even school advisors have noticed! This year for my 25th birthday (which isn't till the end of the year) I decided to give myself something I've always wanted, straight teeth and a beautiful smile, and now I'll finally have it thanks to byte and all who work there! I was debating between either Byte or smile direct. So I started to do some more research, of course I ended up with Byte. I picked them because I saw that they were offering the hyper byte which speeds up the process as well as soothe some of the pain you might have while wearing the aligners since your teeth are starting to move around where they are supposed to. (I saw a YouTube video of that) Also they have the whitening substance they send to you as well which is great, so you can whiten your teeth and also straighten them at the same time! So once I ordered the impression kit, Brandon was the one that reached out to me and assisted me. He was great, responded pretty quick and always offered assistance if it was needed. I think its a great company and I want to thank them for helping me make this decision a dream come true.

I will start off by stating this is an excellent company. From their sales department to product quality to customer service, Byte really has met my expectations. I started the process after Black Friday 19' ($20 promotion for impression kit) and never took the time to complete the impressions. A customer service rep followed up without being invasive or pushy, after which I completed the impressions. Again after receiving the treatment plan, I held off on purchasing due to personal reasons and a rep reached out twice without being over done on the sales pitch. The second call was to ensure everything was okay and even encouraged me to take advantage of the current promotion ($100 off w/ free Snow Teeth Whitening). I appreciated they reached out with something to make the offer better versus pestering me to just buy their product. After making the purchase, it took about 6 weeks for the aligners to arrive. The first week was not painful at all and by the third week I decided to trying changing aligners before the 7 day recommendation (I felt no difference of changing on 7 days or 5 days). I reached out to the rep who contacted me regarding any questions or concerns I may have had, then requested for a dentist's opinion on the effects of switching aligners early. The response was done very quickly and the dentist even reached out to me personally (asked for new images of current teeth with and without aligners) to ensure my plan would not effect me negatively. The dentist approved switching every 5 days and no earlier than 4 days and confirmed that some individuals' teeth move faster and this plan would not be recommended for everybody. However, they agreed that no significant or permanent damage could occur and I turned my 21 week treatment to 14 weeks! Every interaction has been very pleasant and quick in response, both from the doctors and the customer service reps. A friend decided to get traditional braces (on the same timeline) and he will not get them off for over a year.. and cannot get adjustments due to COVID 19.. so it will be even longer! I am so glad I went with Byte, I have not even had a single person ask if I have aligners as no one in my office has even noticed! If you are an adult, do NOT go with the traditional way of braces. This process has been extremely easy to include the comfort of switching aligners, to keeping them clean with BrightByte (works super well), and working with customer service for any questions. If you're on the fence, just do it! You'll be glad you did

Thank you Byte for providing an easy at home system to help straighten my teeth! My treatment plan was 15 weeks, they send all of your aligners to you at one time, and you change them out every week, while there is sometimes a slight discomfort when changing aligners; it is so worth it!! You will be amazed at the transformation in such a short amount of time! Also I’m sure the discomfort level is way less than braces!! It is definitely more cost effective than braces to be sure! Customer service reps were always prompt with their responses if I ever had any questions, thank you Byte for making me even more confident with my smile!

I’ve thought about how to start this review a million times and honestly, I think you just need to hear the facts. Byte is easy, efficient, has a quicker turn around and results than other options out there and is affordable whether you have an HSA or use one of their payment plans. If you’re looking for a straighter smile at an affordable price with little to no hassle LOOK NO MORE! Byte is your guy. If you want to know more about my experience so far, scroll down. If not, enjoy your straighter whiter teeth. I had been looking into teeth straightening options for a while but couldn’t decide on one that made total sense (factoring in time, money, effort etc). Until big brother through up a Byte add on my social media feed. Naturally, I clicked to check them out and I’m now so glad I did. Currently on my 4th out of 7-week 24/7 treatment plan. My process was as follows: - I filled out my information (60 seconds) for Byte to send me the impression kits. I then created a Byte account so I could upload pictures of my teeth/answer other pertinent health questions and communicate with a Byte team member. EASY. - Once I got the impression kits, I made the molds of my teeth and returned them to Byte. EASY. - I then uploaded pictures of my teeth onto my account profile so once they received my molds, they would have all the information to decipher if I was a candidate for Byte or not. EASY. - Once the decision was made that they were able to fix my jacked-up grill, a team member reached out to talk plan options. I have an HSA and was able to get started that way, but they have multiple options for every situation if you decide to BYTE. (I will say this was the least expensive option for me out there). EASY. - I received my aligners (Paid for my plan, 5 weeks later I received my aligners) and was super impressed by their packaging… not just because it was pretty/color coordinated but because it was efficient and EASY to learn and follow my plan. The instructions are to the point and very clear. - Each part of this process has been…yep, you guessed it, EASY. Including the actual treatment, my mouth hates me, but I know it’ll be worth it. Mainly because of the team behind Byte. They were there every step of the way, never pushy, always helpful. They’ve always responded in a timely matter. There is so much more I didn’t cover so go check them out! It will not be a waste of time. I would and have recommended Byte to family members and friends.

I began exploring byte on March 9th, and got all of the treatment tools on April 14th. Once I received the equipment, a byte advisor reached out to me to see if she could help. I did have a few questions and an advisor got back to me inside of two hours. I started treatment immediately and I felt a lot of pressure but no pain. By the next morning, my teeth began shifting. It wasn't terribly noticeable but to me. I'm on day four of the first week, and so far. I'm kinda enjoying the whole process. Of the two payments options, I used byte financing. My impression kit came really fast and they give you two chances to get it right. I didn't think I did good on my impressions but I was ecstatic to found out they were approved and getting looked over!! Shout-out to my advisor Lilly who has been so helpful. Love her personality. I've been searching everywhere for affordable aligners and the reviews for Smile Direct Club were not good, when I heard about Byte, I was still skeptical, but the customer service is crazy good and they are always on top of their game. They answered every question I had and if they didn't know the answer, they were honest but informed me that they would find the answer for me in less than twenty four hours. My byte advisor, Dan, was so helpful in everything in regards of insurance and making sure I was doing everything correctly. The impressions kit was so easy to do because the instructions were so thorough. I can't wait to see the end results of this!

First off let me start by saying I really appreciate byte for taking and my case and approving it as well...from sending the kit out with priority mail and video instructions on how apply the molding process...for those who financial situation are not up to par byte has several was to have you financed and it very helpful for those who seek these terms...a member kept in contact with me via text on arrival of the kit and with any questions I had...my case seemed severe to me in my eyes but with their orthodontic crew they've showed me that it was possible to be treated...I tried smiled direct a year ago did the visit and was told my case wasn't something they could handle I gave up on the aligners and was considering braces...doing my research helped me find byte...I'm currently waiting for aligners now so again thank you and the byte team LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN!!!

My experience with Byte has been great. I went with this company because they had so many positive reviews and also because of the Hyperbyte technology they offer. From day one of ordering the kid I felt supported by customer service. I got an email checking to make sure I received the kit and if I needed help. I have also received emails from my treatment specialist checking in on me. The aligners themselves have been issue free for me. The fit is great and I can use the hyperbyte for any discomfort. I also love the whitening foam that comes with them. I have repurchased because it is so helpful to keep my aligners clean. I am not done with treatment yet, but have seen noticeable results, and would recommend this to anyone on the fence about aligners! I really think this company is great!

I have just purchased my aligner treatment plan and I’m so excited! The whole process has been extremely easy thus far, with the added convenience of doing everything from home. I had some questions when my treatment plan first rolled out, and customer service was so prompt and helpful to make the needed changes in order for my plan to be corrected. I’ve been incredibly pleased with my customer service advisor and how quick the response time has been. My treatment plan is 18 weeks long, which is much shorter than I expected, and the price is excellent. So far I’m very happy that I chose Byte!

After paying off all my student debt, I decided to reward myself with something I'd been thinking about for a long time: fixing my post-teen-braces, slightly crooked teeth (yes, I know I should have worn my retainers...). I don't necessarily care about cosmetics since my smile is already pretty straight; I just wanted to straighten them out perfectly so it's easier to floss and keep my teeth clean. -- GETTING STARTED: After reading TONS of reviews on Byte, Candid, Smile Direct, and Invisalign, I decided to go with Byte because they actually focus on fixing your bite structure, instead of just straightening teeth. I went in with a lot of hesitation due to poor reviews on their customer service. But I figured I'm a pretty persistent individual and promised myself to not let things slide. I received my Byte impression kit quickly. The at-home impressions sucked, and it felt like ripping cement off of my teeth every time. Luckily they came out pretty well and I got my digital plan quickly. My rep (Lilly) was super communicative in the beginning, and walked me through the whole thing when I had questions. -- PURCHASING: When I signed up for the plan I was under the impression I would be wearing both top & bottom aligners, according to my digital plan. It took about 2 months to receive them in the mail. Initially, it looked like they had forgotten the top aligners since only the bottom aligners were in my order. I reached out by email to ask if this was a processing mistake. It took a few days for them to look into the issue, and then they informed me that my plan only required bottom aligners; my top teeth are apparently perfect which is very rare. They said my top teeth would naturally adjust since my bottom teeth really do not have a lot of moving to do (I'm mostly dealing with a few slightly overlapping teeth in the front). I do wish they had communicated that sooner, since I did technically sign up for something misleading. It wasn't a huge deal (it was actually good news in my mind), but basically they changed my plan without notifying me after I paid. Unfortunately you cannot get a discount for a treatment plan with only a half-set of aligners, so I still had to pay full price.... although they were super nice about it & upgraded me to BrightByte Pro for free, and offered to create/send me the top aligners even though they wouldn't change my teeth. They also sent me the a free set of the full (top and bottom) retainers for wearing at night after my treatment is complete, since only the bottom one arrived in the original shipment. -- TREATMENT: It has been about 5 weeks in so far, and I'm actually glad my plan only requires bottom aligners because they are a lot less noticeable than a full set. My bite still feels normal, and my top teeth still align with my bottom teeth well. I have not had any issues with sharp or misfitting aligners (yet), and they haven't been too uncomfortable. The vibrating Hyperbyte surprisingly helps with the pain, which I really only experience the first day when switching to the next aligner. -- CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service has been better than I thought (except for a few small hiccups in the beginning). In my experience, a phonecall is the best way to reach them/discuss issues since a few customer service emails I received were quite vague. Additionally, I went with the "split-it" credit card payment plan since I liked that there is no interest. It's been very easy and the payments have been correct every time, plus I get additional rewards on my credit card. -- OVERALL: I would give a 4.7/5 for customer service, and 5/5 for the ease of treatment. I would give a 3/5 for price though, since I still had to pay full price for only half a set of aligners. I would recommend using Byte for fixing small cosmetic/bite issues! -- BONUS: I just learned that Byte is the only aligner company with recycle-able aligners! You can save your used aligners, then mail them to their facility for recycling so they don't end up in a landfill. LOVE this eco-friendly mission of their brand!!

It has been a seamless process from the start. I can see my plan, view all the information that's broken into steps, and update anything as needed. Plus, the FabFitFun discount was a great perk! All communication with every team member at Byte has been excellent. Even the directions, reminders, and follow-up emails. I am feeling much more relaxed about this type of orthodontic process than I ever was as a kid -- braces, pallet expander, retainers -- the worst. It's affordable and you never need to go do in-person meet and greets. Virtually connecting is the best bet, especially with a pandemic. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough about this entire process! From taking the impressions, setting up an easy payment schedule to the quick change in my smile! I’m on week 11 and I feel so much better about my smile already. My bite wasn’t lined up and I had a big gap between my front teeth and on the bottom teeth too. In 4 weeks my top teeth will be complete and my self confidence will change. My bottom teeth need more work, but it won’t be long. If I knew this was how easy and amazing this process was going to be, I would have done it so much earlier! The only thing I had to get used to was sleeping with them in, which didn’t last long and in the big picture not a big deal. If you have been thinking about trying this, don’t hesitate anymore!

I had Invisalign in the past but it didn't take. I knew how much of a hassle it was to get my impressions and all the orthodontists appointments I had to go through for Invisalign. So I was a little skeptical of a company offering a do it yourself no appointments kit. I have to say that I am glad I chose Byte. The kit came within 2 days. Plenty of instructions and videos to make sure your impressions come out right. Sent my kit back and within 3 weeks of purchasing the aligners, I had a full set of 17 weeks of aligners sent to my house. Super easy to use. I am 7 weeks in and I can already see such a difference. Also it only cost 1/3rd of Invisalign. If you are on the fence, I would take the jump and give Byte a try. Great company and amazing customer service.

The whole intake process was professional, well-guided and easy. The products and directions are beautifully packaged and instructions are very clear. The “transformation” video gave me a good idea of what the progression of change would look like as treatment went on, so I knew what to expect. My particular aligners needed some trimming and filing each week in order for them to fit without rubbing in spots- but I got the hang of that after a while and they became pretty comfortable. Now with just 3 weeks remaining in my treatment, my teeth are where I had hoped they would be and I’m impressed that it has happened so fast and without the endless trips to an orthodontist. Very pleased.

My experience is still in the beginning stages. I am on the second week with my treatment program. I can certainly tell my teeth are going through a transformation. It is not painful. In fact each week I am looking forward to advancing into increasingly progressive adjustments made by the aligners. What starts out as a tight fit at the beginning of the week is a pretty comfortable one at the end. It is motivational to see the progress on the Treatment Viewer provided for my specific program. My wife and I chose Byte over other competitors based upon customers' reviews. To date, I can confirm their services are very customer oriented, friendly and helpful. They stand ever ready to make it a positive experience. The other most compelling feature of their offering is the HyperByte device. It helps relieve some of the tightness of your teeth as they slowly move toward the desired alignment. And best of all, they shorten the time to get the completed result! The company warranty to maintain our alignment is also better than the competition. So far, very good!

After shuffling through a few different companies, Byte seemed to be one of only a handful that actually used licensed orthodontists to prescribe the treatment plans - which was important to me. So thankful I decided to go with them! I was really skeptical of this whole thing at first, but they reassured me that I was in good hands and seem to really care unlike other companies. I noticed a gap in my teeth in the 3D mock up of the treatment plan they sent. I asked my advisor about it, and she had it corrected within an hour. This added a couple weeks onto my treatment, but that's the price you pay. The aligners themselves took a good month for me to get used to, but now it's just another part of my daily routine. I'm on week 8 of 24 and loving the results already! Highly Recommend!

My journey started off with wanting an at-home solution to straighten and whiten my teeth. This process is very emotional for me because I am in the first year of grieving the loss of my dad. I will be publishing a book in May 2020 that is based on true deep thoughts and actions during my life story. Starting from when I was born and the struggles I have faced while battling mental illnesses for almost 20 years. Soon after publishing, I will start my book tour which is the reason I NEEDED a new smile. Also, I have a 15-month-old, which does not leave me much time to take care of my teeth and go to an office.
