I was in metal braces in high school but over time teeth moved to the point I was no longer happy with my smile. I found Byte the same way all great products are found, in an Instagram ad. Jokes aside, I'm so happy that I came across Byte when I did. I had long given up on fixing up my smile since I had a rough experience with another really popular invisible aligner provider. They had a weird vibe, I didn't trust the product, and the treatment time was way too long for me. Given our new circumstances in the world, I loved that I could do everything from home. I messed up my impressions the first time, but I got it the second time around and it’s been so easy ever since. Byte is incredible in every department. Their customer support team has always made me feel like a valued customer. Their commitment to helping out their users shows and makes the experience way less scary. The technology in the HyperByte surprised me because of how effective it was. I experienced a fair bit of discomfort my first night with the aligners, but their support team recommended that I use the HyperByte a little longer. With some Advil, the pain went away after some extra use with the device.
I am currently nearing the end of my treatment and I am so, so happy that I committed to Byte. I love smiling again and I feel a lot more confident in my teeth. My teeth have already come so far and I still have a few weeks of straightening left. I recommend and use the night-time aligners and think the extra 200/300 bucks makes it more than worth it. I don’t think I’d like wearing them all day, but I think the daytime ones are designed better for long-term wear. Anyway, I can’t recommend Byte enough. I’m so relieved and surprised that I was able to go through this whole process without ever leaving the comfort of my home.

Honestly cannot rave more about this company, process, affordability, experience!!! Customer service with Byte is phenomenal. They are very flexible with communication from phone calls, to text messages and even email messages. With my job I am unfortunately extremely busy and they have made this experience wonderful. Was overly enthralled with the vast range of payment options. With me trying to work on raising credit score, there is even an option that does not pull an inquiry on my credit. I never had braces as a kid and always wanted them. I went through life being uncomfortable about my overbite. In addition to this smile self-consciousness, I was in a car accident right before going to college where the air bag knocked out my front bottom tooth. There were also a few other issues that I wanted to always have corrected and this is where Byte came in!
As of a month ago, my loving and wonderful husband finally got me my smile through Byte. I couldn't be more excited for this journey in correcting what has always made me hate my smile. It has been 4 weeks and I can already see a difference.
My personal feelings aside, the Byte team has been amazing in their customer service, punctuality in receiving the kit/responding to e-mails, and giving me a 3-D look at what the Byte aligners were going to correct. I could actually see what my smile was going to look like after the 13 weeks. They also have really rad marketing! I love the look of the box they send and I really feel like they care about helping me correct what I have been so negative about my whole life.
I love the BrightByte whitener they send with the kit. In just 2 weeks I saw a difference in how white my teeth were and it didn't make them sensitive at all! The HyperByte, a device that you use everyday for 5 mins, really helps my teeth not be so sore from moving them after 30 years of growing them in my head! LOL!

So far so good - I'm 2 weeks into my aligners. Here's what this has been like so far. I ordered my impression kit and was immediately connected to a representative who communicated frequently to help me get everything done correctly and sent back. The kit they sent made it very easy to do my own impressions, and even though I drooled all over myself doing them, it was WAY better than what I went through with my orthodontist. They worked with me until I made my order. That's to be expected though, right? Everyone is going to be nice up front to get business. And they were great! They helped me set up financing, helped me get a great deal, it was awesome. I finally got my aligners (they are 3D printed in Jordan, from what I can tell, so it took a few weeks). I'm 2 weeks in (out of 8 for me, I only have a slight adjustment necessary) and I have continued to receive great customer service. I've seen my dentist, who has been very supportive of my using Byte. So I'm also under their supervision. But any question I've had, has been answered by my Byte customer support person and also, I had some questions on their Facebook page which were answered very quickly. The product is easy to use, and WAY more comfortable than traditional braces and traditional retainers. The cleaner they send with it makes it really easy to take care of things. The Hyperbyte really helps ease the discomfort and I can feel that it's moving everything in place faster. I am really happy with how my teeth are looking and feeling. I can't wait to try the SNOW whitener. I've already recommended Byte to my sister.

I really have appreciated so far how quick and easy byte's process was to get started. They're very communicative and it didn't take too long from when I ordered my aligners to when I received them. I am currently on week 5/17, and things seem to be going well! I've had no major pain (which I was completely prepared for, but obviously everyone is different and your experience may differ from mine), and each new set fits as they should be expected to. If when I get to the end of my treatment plan, and everything has moved and completed as expected, this will end up being something I was happy to do! I've wanted to get invisible aligners for several years now, but was either scared into not doing the at home kind out of risk I could really mess my teeth up and then it would be totally my fault, or the cost of the name brand, dentist recommended kind was too cost prohibitive. My byte treatment plan came out to what I would have hoped I would have spent for the dentist recommended brand. My teeth misalignment is very minor compared to others, and it was hard to swallow the $6000 I was quoted for that brand, compared to the $2300 I've spent on my byte plan! The best part for me, and what also really made me lean into choosing byte over the other at home brands, is their Byte for Life guarantee. I am 9 weeks into my 18 week treatment and I love what is happening to my teeth! I have wanted to straighten my teeth since I was a child and, now as an adult, I am finally doing it. Better late than never. The best part of me waiting was that I am doing it with Byte. I will be finished in only a couple months and it is a fraction of the cost of braces or Invisiline. Over a decade after having my teeth straightened as a teen, my teeth have definitely shifted, so I did some research online and chose Byte based on the good reviews about customer service, price, and the lifetime guarantee. My treatment is not yet finished because I asked for further refinements after the first shipment of aligners, but so far Byte has certainly lived up to its good reputation. Customer service has been great and I am already much more confident in my smile. The BrightByte whitening foam has definitely whitened my teeth and the Hyperbyte has made the whole process less painful than I was expecting. I highly recommend if you qualify!

I ordered Byte nighttime aligners because I have always needed braces and have been self conscious about my teeth, but at 29 didn't want to get the metal ones or deal with having to pop them in and out all of the time.
The night time Byte aligners are comfortable and form fitting and the hyperbyte really helps with any discomfort. I noticed a huge difference after the first couple of weeks, and upon completing my 16 week treatment I was mostly satisfied, but noticed one of my lower teeth was still slightly crooked. I reached out to Byte support and because they guarantee your smile for life, they sent me new aligners to fix the problem at no extra cost. Overall very satisfied with my experience!

I started my relationship with Byte on October 22nd. Today is December 12th and I am wearing my third set of aligners. There are 15 of them in total. It may be too early to talk about the visible result, but so far everything is going according to the process described by Byte!
I got a good discount on the Impression Kit! Over the next 5 days, I sent impressions and photos! Byte sent me a Snow At-Home Whitening Kit as a gift and I again got a $ 100 discount on my payment.
It took less than 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver the finished aligners!
I didn't have to contact Byte support yet because the process is going exactly as described on the site. It is very important to read the instructions carefully and follow them! It's not difficult at all!
As for painful sensations, yes, there is some discomfort, especially when changing a set of aligners. I am using HyperByte and it helps! BrightByte works just as well!

I definitely recommend this product. It really does as they claim. Staff members are great. Very professional. Every once in awhile they check up on you. To see how everything is going with your smile. I have only been using for ten weeks and I can already see a major difference in my smile. Compared to many different companies that charge so much Byte has affordable prices. Which for me was a big thing since I do not have insurance. The Aligners are also great quality. I grind my teeth a lot in my sleep but with these Aligners they have not cracked once. Again I would highly recommend if you are a good candidate go for it. You won’t regret it.

So my Byte Advisor asked me to send a couple of pictures of my teeth...some pics with and without my aligners so she could check my progress. My Advisor noticed some air gaps with the aligners and said that air gaps indicate an improper fit. It meant my teeth were needing more time to finish making adjustments before moving to the next week aligners. So she advised me to extend my days on that weeks aligners and increase the use of the hyper-byte. After following my Byte Advisor's instructions, my teeth have made the appropriate adjustments. and I'm ready to move on. I'm thankful that my advisor spotted the problem and promptly provided me with corrective action. I'm impressed.

I'm so glad I decided to go with byte to fix my teeth! I explored so many different companies and ultimately ended up cancelling my orthodontist appointment to go with them. I had a major overbite and gap between my top and bottom teeth and had braces, retainers, headgear, you name it when I was a kid. Ultimately as an adult all my problems came back and I was getting really self-conscious about my teeth. I was worried byte wouldn't be able to fix my overbite since I considered it extreme, but trust me, if they can fix mine, they can fix anyone's! The process was a bit overwhelming since it's done all at home (they send you the molds and all your equipment), but it worked and in the time of COVID I'm really glad their system is built that way. I'm on my fourth week now (out of 15) and it's going really well! It's a bit of a pain to always have to take the aligners out to eat and drink (other than water), but that's how it would be with any aligner you choose, regardless of the company. I also had a lot of pain in the first week and was worried that it would continue for the next 14, but it went away after like 3 days and using the hyperbyte they send! So glad I went with byte, I can't wait to see how my teeth look at the end of week 15!!!

The BYTE System has literally been a confidence booster. I struggled after having traditional braces and my teeth separating and my bite being off. I always longed for a straight beautiful smile and at 32, my dream came true. It makes me emotional to even think about because my teeth before BYTE made me extremely insecure. I feel like a new woman and all my friends and family have seen a huge change in my attitude and smile since having BYTE. I even had a Dental Assistant compliment my teeth!

I'm currently on week 4 of the Byte system. Here are my pros and cons so far!
Pros
- I chose Byte over some of the other systems because I like knowing my treatment plan is supervised by actual Orthodontists. The price was competitive as well.
- The system is very easy to use (as long as you're disciplined and stick to the instructions).
- I've had very little discomfort so far, much less than traditional braces. This might be because of the hyperbyte technology?
- I was impressed that I was seeing results already by week 2.
- The trays really are invisible. Even when I point them out to people, they still can't tell. No changes to my speech either because they're just so thin.
Cons
- The molding process was difficult. It was really hard to remove the molds from my mouth at the end of the time period.
- The trays are really difficult to remove. The include a small removal tool which helps but it gets slippery. The removal tool really needs to be designed so you can get a better grip with your fingers.
- The foaming cleanser works well but has a kinda unpleasant aftertaste. Flavoring of some sort would be an improvement.
Overall I'm really satisfied with Byte so far and I'm looking forward to my final results!

I am into the program for three weeks now. There was no issue with the molds and ai received the braces promptly. I had to contact customer support twice and the reply was quick. The contact wasn’t for an issue, it was for understanding. I haven’t had any issues wearing the braces. I haven’t had to file off a portion and so far no kind of pain or discomfort. I can tell my tech have moved slightly, but can’t wait to see a difference. I do use the Hyperbyte at least once a day and only remove the braces for eating. I’d say they are in about 22 hours 30 minutes a day. I have noticed some whitening by using the Brightbyte. The braces have caused my to not snack anymore. This is because I don’t want to take them out. All in all a great experience. I’ll know more in 12 weeks

Within the first couple days of using Byte I started seeing a difference in my teeth. I wore braces for 5 years before using Byte. Its nice to see a difference within the first couple weeks than the 5 years I had braces for! I’m excited to see the finished product. They are available to answer any questions, are super personable, and the process was very easy from my impression kit to starting my treatment. I also think the hyperbyte is an added touch that is different from other companies and probably will help you if this is your first time wearing aligners. It helps with any discomfort. I highly recommend Byte! I researched many different aligner companies and decided on Byte due to the positive reviews, and Byte has certainly lived up to the hype. From the beginning of the process, the customer service team is highly attentive, response, and extremely helpful. A patient care advisor has been following my treatment each step of the way. Byte aligners are very easy to use and I like how the entire process is streamlined (the aligner cleanser also doubles as a teeth whitener). I'm currently halfway through my treatment and can't say enough about the entire Byte experience thus far! I am already seeing great results. I am on the second week into my Byte treatment. The first week was quite uncomfortable, especially with sore teeth and difficulty removing my aligners. But it does get better with time. Overall, the customer service Byte provides is top-notch. Response time is swift, and service is extremely accommodating. My advisor helped me navigate through the confusion of payment plans and immediately resolved all my problems and concerned. The quality of the product, packaging, and service is easily 5-stars, especially for a reasonable price tag. I would recommend Byte to anyone looking to straighten their teeth.

I'm close to halfway through my treatment and I'm very pleased. I had pretty bad crowding, especially with my upper teeth, and my self esteem suffered from elementary school into my 30's. I finally took the plunge with Byte after Candid Co. denied me as a candidate without an actual explanation as to why. The impression kit arrived quickly and then my results were emailed to me really quickly as well after shipping back the impression kit.
The first portion of my aligners (first 15 weeks) arrived about 3 weeks after I was approved as a candidate. I really like that a local orthodontist created my treatment plan and his name is listed on every individual pack of aligners. I googled his name to make sure he was legit and was pleasantly surprised to see that he has great reviews at his practice.
I initially had some issues with nerves twitching in my lower lip, tingling along my jawbone and sharp pain in a few teeth after a few weeks of starting treatment. At that time, I was switching aligners every 7 days and using the HyperByte once a day for 5 minutes. I emailed back and forth with the Byte Patient Care team and was advised to switch aligners every 2 weeks instead of 1 week and to use the HyperByte a few times a day. I also went to my dentist for x-rays to make sure there weren't any issues that I should be concerned about (there weren't).
After wearing each set of aligners for 2-3 weeks at a time and using HyperByte 1-3 times a day, I can report that there haven't been any more issues with sharp tooth pain, tingling or nerve twitching. I have noticed a tiny bit of gum recession but that can happen with any brand of dental aligners or even with metal braces. I think some of the people who have negative experiences with aligners aren't wearing them long enough to allow their teeth to move as much as they should. I've noticed that my teeth continue to move little by little with each set that I wear, even up to the 3-week mark. So if you're having pain or weird sensations that are concerning, do what I did and wear your aligners for longer than 1 week at a time. It's better to straighten your teeth slowly to avoid nerve damage, bone loss, gum recession and other potentially serious issues.
The HyperByte is fantastic and helps with pain and with tooth movement. However, don't use it more than once back to back. I did that a few times, meaning that I used it for 10-15 minutes straight, and it irritated a nerve in my lip. I usually use it in the morning and at night. The BrightByte initially tasted horrible but I got used to it and now I like it. I have only noticed a slight change in tooth color (almost unnoticeable) so it's more of a disinfectant than a tooth whitener.
Overall, I'm really pleased with my progress and I'm excited to see the end result. I definitely recommend as long as you're responsible with your treatment.

My crossbite has always affected my confidence. To improve my professional presence and boost my confidence, I recently decided to pursue a straighter smile. Byte was my first choice! I have been avoiding braces for over 20 years. I considered Invisalign 5 years ago and chickened out, convincing myself that I would never adjust to wearing them. I didn’t want the pain or the annoyance of compliance. Now that I have been wearing them for 4 weeks, I wish I had done this a very long time ago. It is so easy. No pain ever, no annoyance. I forget I am wearing them. I have the overnight, but would have no issues wearing them during the day. This is so easy. And I can feel my teeth moving because of my bite. I am always looking in the mirror, wondering if this is really possible for teeth to move this quickly. This is so easy I am laughing at myself for all the drama that led up to it. I could have had straight teeth decades ago. LOL.

I am almost done with my treatment and I am so excited to finish in two weeks! This system was so easy, fast and affordable. I have had several people ask me about my teeth and say how straight and white they are getting. The process was very easy. I got the starter kit at a discounted price which I appreciated. The Byte advisor contacted me and kept me updated on everything, also offered his help if I needed it through the started kit process. I was able to text him questions/send pics on what I was doing incorrectly WHILE I was making my impressions which was AWESOME! I sent my impressions in and next thing I knew, I had a treatment plan in a week or 2 to look at online. I was very impressed by what so saw. I ended up purchasing and will be starting my 2nd week of aligners tonight. I know the first set was working because my teeth were hurting! I’ve had braces before so this part took me back 😭 but the convenience of not having to go into orthodontist appointments is amazing, especially with 2 kids. I foresee nothing but the progress I expect out of these aligners and I can’t wait to see what my smile looks like when I’m done!

So far, my experience with byte has been impeccable. What makes them outstanding is their superior customer service and responsiveness. Whether I call the customer service number for a question or clarification or issue, I get a human being within seconds! A friendly one at that. No menus, no buttons to push. I've always wanted to straighten my teeth and it was always unaffordable for me. At age 47, my teeth were so crowded that I needed multiple cleanings a year at the dentist to maintain healthy oral hygiene.

Australian customer - I had fairly straight teeth as a kid and wasn’t in the position to get braces until I was older and had my own money. I have slight crowding due to my wisdom teeth growing and pushing out my front teeth causing them to crowd. I am up to my 7th week in my 13 week plan and in just a few weeks I noticed a real difference. I am extremely happy about the price, customer service you receive and the results so far. After my mould was done, I enquired further with my only dentist and they were helpful to tell me if I could have my initial plan reviewed to include pushing out my narrow smile to a bigger smile - which was achievable and I already see the difference in my smile. Very happy thus far 😊

My experience with Byte has been great. At first I was a little skeptical as I didn't really know anything about the company, but after reading reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. From beginning to end, my experience has been exceptional. I am most impressed with their customer service. I was assigned my own personal rep who answered all of my questions and walked me through the process from beginning to purchase. 5 weeks into my treatment and I am receiving additional follow up to make sure I'm still pleased with my product - which I am! My teeth are noticeably whiter and I can visibly see the spacing in my teeth has changed. I still have 12 weeks to go and am super excited to see what my teeth will look like once finished if they already look this great! Financing was easy. My HRA completely covered everything. I was provided a receipt to submit and it was approved almost immediately. I highly would recommend Byte to anyone. I chose the nightByte as it was more convenient for me.

So far so good. I'm about 5 weeks into wearing my aligners and everything ahs pretty much went as expected.
Pros:
Quick and easy molding kit
Good communication
All the aligners are sent at one time so you don't have to wait for the next set when you are ready to switch
Much cheaper than other similar aligners but with quality results so far (I will weigh in on this again after I complete my 16 week treatment!)
Con:
One aligner broke. It was the last day that I was supposed to wear that set so it ended up not being a big deal but it made me worried that it may happen again. So far, so good. No others have broken but I am a little bit more careful in taking them in and out. This probably was not actually Byte's fault (I tend to be a little aggressive and not gentle with things, haha) so I am not taking a star away.
Overall, I am satisfied and already seeing a difference in my teeth, So hopefully I will be just as happy with Byte in 10 weeks when my treatment is finished!

This is the best investment I have ever made to my smile. I was so hesitate to go into this journey because I didn’t know if it was going to work or not. However, I decided to give it a try for many reasons. First of all, I have three kids and it’s really hard for me to attend to any kind of appointment, especially because all my family live far away. Secondly, I love that this treatment doesn’t take much time comparing to braces that can take years and I even was able to make monthly payments with no interest. And unlike braces, no one had notice that I’m wearing aligners. Also, I feel way more confident that I ever was before with my smile. So, over all, this treatment has been great for me because it had saved me time, is affordable, with invisible appearance, and the best part, it changed my smile from crowded teeth to beautiful straight teeth.

I found Byte the same way all great products are found, in an Instagram ad. Jokes aside, I'm so happy that I came across Byte when I did. I had long given up on fixing up my smile since I had a rough experience with another really popular invisible aligner provider. They had a weird vibe, I didn't trust the product, and the treatment time was way too long for me. Given our new circumstances in the world, I loved that I could do everything from home. I messed up my impressions the first time, but I got it the second time around and it’s been so easy ever since.
Byte is incredible in every department. Their customer support team has always made me feel like a valued customer. Their commitment to helping out their users shows and makes the experience way less scary. The technology in the HyperByte surprised me because of how effective it was. I experienced a fair bit of discomfort my first night with the aligners, but their support team recommended that I use the HyperByte a little longer. With some Advil, the pain went away after some extra use with the device.
I am currently two weeks into my treatment and I can already see the difference in how I hold my teeth. I have a bit of an underbite, but my teeth are already connecting better and straightening out. I use the night-time aligners and think the extra 200/300 bucks makes it well worth it. I don’t think I’d like wearing them all day, but I think the daytime ones are made for long-term wear. Anyway, I can’t recommend Byte enough. I’m so happy I’m able to go through this whole process without ever leaving home.

While I was looking into invisible braces, I realized just how many options there were. I did a TON of research to ensure I was getting the best possible braces. I chose Byte, and I was not disappointed! Not only are my teeth more beautiful than ever (and I'm not even completely finished with my treatment), but these braces were truly affordable. The customer service that their team provides is also outstanding. They always get back to you within a reasonable time and answer any and all questions you could ever have. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Byte team. They even provide you with a "personal byte advisor", who you are able to easily reach out to at any time via text. I began the process with another company that offers a similar service at the beginning of the year. I was so disappointed in the customer service and the process that I gave up and lost out on $120. I wore braces when I was younger but never wore my retainer, 30 years later, my teeth moved back crooked and my bite was off. My teeth didn't even touch. I researched a lot of different aligner companies and I chose Byte. They were reasonably priced and their customer service is just outstanding! From the day I ordered, someone from the company texted or emailed me daily. I'm 9 weeks in and super happy with my results. I can't wait to see what happens in the next 6 weeks. My treatment time was 15 weeks, I saw a change within the first week. They might not be the cheapest but I'll pay extra for EXCELLENT customer service. Highly recommend.

I am on my second week of my aligners and I am already starting to see/feel the difference. But let’s start from the beginning shall we?
I ordered the impression kit and luckily I managed to get 2 out of the 4 impressions right. I like that byte is aware that doing impressions at home for the first time has some room for mistakes and that I was able to get the whole impression for top and bottom down by my third and fourth try.
Receiving my 3D treatment plan online was super exciting to see how my teeth would eventually look and I looked into all my financial options and decided to go for it and purchased my aligners.
Shipping was 4 weeks as promised and the customer support from the start to now has been fantastic. I was able to text with support on any questions I had and everything went really smooth.
I definitely can feel the aligners working their magic, the pain is minimal and by the end of the week, I can feel the aligners loosened up and ready for the next week. The hyperbyte is really amazing at alleviating any discomfort and as long as you follow the directions on when to switch Aligners (at nighttime before bed) and take a couple Tylenol or ibuprofen, it’s really bearable.
I will say the biggest adjustment, and perhaps a few positive things I wasn’t expecting to come out of using my aligners is that I am taking better care of brushing my teeth after every time I eat, it’s helped me develop a healthy habit of that, as well as drinking more water (it’s a pain to keep taking them in and out to drink anything other than water) and I also have stopped biting my nails!! (It’s impossible to bite them with the aligners in)
I already feel a sense of confidence wearing my aligners and I’m starting to smile a lot more with them in as they already make my teeth look better just by wearing them! I knew making this purchase would be the best investment I ever made and I am absolutely thrilled to see how my teeth look at the end of my treatment. 5 star rating all around. Thank you byte!!!

This was so easy compared to other alignment brands. I didn’t have to travel to some store to get a scan of my teeth, and I didn’t have to wait a month for someone to get back to me. They sent the impressions kit, I did my impression, I sent them back, and within a week I had my personalized treatment plan. They use super affordable financing options, which I appreciate as a college student. And my representative Kaylie was amazing! So polite and helpful, and it was so convenient to be able to communicate with her via text. All around, a super great company I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I have been super impressed with the customer service and turn around times with Byte. From the time I inquired about aligners the customer service team was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My impression kit arrived within a few days of ordering. I did have an issue with the trays being too big for my mouth, but as soon as I contacted customer service they sent a smaller set out which I also received within a couple of days. Once I took my impressions (which was pretty simple with the clear and easy instructions given) and stuck them in the mail, the rest of the process went quick! I had my aligners just two and a half weeks after Byte received my impressions. Was super happy given the expectation of 4-6 weeks! The aligners are easy to use, with minimum discomfort. I am doing the byte at night which I do think is probably much easier than trying to wear them all day. I’m ok with results taking a little longer just wearing them for 10-12 hours at night. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to change their smile!! You can beat the price and customer service.

I have always been self conscious of my smile. As a youngster I had braces to correct my crooked teeth but the experience was fraught with food getting caught in my braces yielding infection and discomfort. The braces were removed prematurely and my teeth were not corrected. Once again at age twenty I had braces to correct my upper teeth and that worked well. The bottom teeth were also crooked but less critical to me and because I dreaded the thought of wearing “tinsel teeth” any more or any longer, I decided to live with this imperfection. Over the years and most recently in my later years my teeth have been shifting and they are returning to their original position and once again I am very self conscious.
When I learned of the “clear aligner” technology my hope returned. Could I really get a new smile that I could be proud of without the embarrassment of wearing metal braces? Well the answer is YES with Byte.
When I first learned of clear aligners, I began to research online. Among the many companies offering these aligners, I chose Byte based on the online reviews. When I spoke with my dentist they discouraged me from going with an online service and offered their in-office services for three times the price of Byte and for twice as long. I did not like their uppity attitude, so I pursued Byte.
My main concern would be that once they got my money their support would be non-existent, especially with the complications of the COVID pandemic. Well, once again I was delighted to find that Byte was very responsive. I purchased the molds which I received promptly within a week. Even though I started the ball rolling I was still tentative. The support team communicated with me by email and encouraged me to complete my molds.
With their encouragement, I completed my molds and returned them but I still was reticent to pay the full fee and order my aligners. All that changed when I spoke to my Personal Byte Advisor, Jessica. She contacted me and we spoke by phone and she was a charm. She set my concerns to rest as she shared her story. Jessica was not just a company rep selling a product but she was wearing Byte aligners too. After our discussion, I completed my order and received my kit promptly within three weeks. In only five months my new smile was predicted to be complete… much faster that the braces that my dentist/orthodontist had planned.
I am now in my fourth week of wearing my Byte aligners and my teeth are shifting. My new smile is becoming a reality. I went with the “night time” plan and it is a breeze. The work is done while I sleep; no embarrassing explanations required; and nobody even knows other than my wife. We are thrilled! I anticipate the remaining experience will be equally rewarding. Four weeks down and only sixteen to go!

I loved my Byte experience; they were so nice and fun to interact with. I can’t wait to finish my treatment plan. My advisor Jess was amazing and super responsive. They are fast and affordable. They have so many options and can work with almost anyone! You don’t have to be in Hollywood to have a smile that you feel confident with. That is what really set Byte apart. Jess really encouraged me to make sure I didn’t settle when I 1st got my treatment plan. I liked the plan that I got but Jess wanted me to LOVE it and she actually had the team make some changes and they re did my plan is less than 24 hours. I woke up the next morning with a revised plan that was absolutely perfect. Perfectly everything I was looking for. We don’t have to have “perfect” teeth, we are all human and perfectly different. The Byte team and Jess were very honest and realistic in what their aligners can do to change your teeth. They will tell you realistically what can and can’t be corrected. I personally have a cross bite and a few spaces, “gaps” between teeth but my cross bite is what I mainly wanted to correct. I asked about moving a few teeth closer and they explained that trying to move certain teeth would cause issues with my jaw. I loved that my main concern could be corrected and I was so happy with the outcome the minor spacing doesn’t even bother me anymore. I respect honesty and when customer care is placed above making a sale, selling a dream or telling people what they want to hear. I’m happy, feel safe, trusting, and confident in my Byte team!

My teeth have been my biggest insecurity my whole life. My parents weren’t able to afford braces for 3 kids so I went into my adulthood hating my teeth and never smiling fully in pictures. The thing that pushed me over the edge was when my teeth started crowding painfully on my bottom row. I decided to look into at home options for not only the pain but to hopefully get me feeling more confident. I looked at several options but Byte had such great reviews and great results so I decided to go for it. I was still skeptical but I decided to try. After only like 3 weeks, I started noticing a difference and the pain was GONE. I literally cried tears of joy over it. I am on week 8 out of 15 now and the results have been incredible to witness. Byte has exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the process so far! Requesting and receiving the impression kit was quick and easy. I was immediately contacted by a representative from Byte to help me through the impression process. The kit itself arrived quicker than the quoted time, and once I sent in the kit, my plan came back in less than a week. Again, I was in constant contact with a representative to help with any questions and walk me through my next steps. My decision to purchase the treatment plan was influenced as much by the expected results as it was by the excellent customer service I've had so far with the Byte team. I am now waiting for my aligners to come in, and I'm excited to start my journey with Byte!

I'm currently on the step 3/14 of my aligners, but I have loved the costumer service, since the beginning they were really helpful and even applied a discount to my purchase. Also they kept me informed at every step of the process from receiving my impression kit until I got my aligners. Both packages were really beautiful and came with a bunch of instructions and references to videos explaining how to proceed in each step. Talking about the actual aligners the first set was a bit painful, but once that you get use to it, the other sets sit comfortably. I can see and feel how my teeth are moving and I'm really excited to check my new smile

I had braces as a kid for years, and wore a retainer for many years after that, but over the years my teeth have shifted a ton. These aligners were the best solution to get my teeth back in line without having to see a dentist or go through the traditional braces process again. The aligners are very easy to deal with and usually very comfortable. I have had a few that have had rough areas that cut my tongue, but they're very easy to trim or file smooth as needed. I had some aches and tenderness the first week, but that goes away quickly and get easier and quicker to adjust to as the weeks go on. I'm already seeing progress 4 weeks in, so it just motivates me to keep going. I start getting excited for the next set a few days before my week is over.

Byte has been fairly easy! The impressions gave me a hard time the first round but they sent me a second set of impressions For free and they worked the second time. Customer service is good. My byte advisor answered all my questions pretty quick. The virtual smile is really cool Because you can see your smile after your treatment is done. Byte pay is really convenient but your required to pay for the insurance, and you can’t apply any discounts if you use byte pay.bsi you’re paying a lot more with byte pay. But if you have bad credit they approve 100% of people. So far the whole thing has been pretty simple. Hopefully my aligners come fast!

I have been wanting to straighten my teeth for years now and have done tons of research to find the right fit for me. After looking side by side to Byte's competitors many factors made me choice them. I was impressed with their customer service, and speedy response time. The impression process was easy and stress free knowing that my advisor was a quick phone call away. I cant wait for my aligners to come so I could start seeing the results. Another thing that made me choose Byte was the BrightByte and the HyperByte came free making sure that my teeth are not only straight but whiter as well. I was so impressed I convinced my sister in-law to get Byte as well.
