10/10 customer service. Usually respond within 24 hours. 9/10 app. Initially had issues with checkins but that got resolved 10/10 product. Cheaper than braces and other aligners. No dentist required as they have one within the company and reviews the pictures. Aligners will hurt the first day each week but that’s normal. Swap them out every week. It’s recommended to use hyperbyte to shorten treatment and help with sensitivity. The whitening/cleaning solution that comes with it also works amazingly with no sensitivity. The only issue is you begin to run out of it within 2 months. Overall, 10/10 rating from me

I have been loving Byte!! I am a little halfway through the night aligner treatment and am always so surprised at how seamlessly the process is going and how helpful their staff has been. My favorite part of the experience is the packaging and instruction materials. It made going into the treatment really fun and I’m always excited to open my next pack of aligners! The only thing that was a little tricky was understanding my insurance and FSA information, but it is really great that they offer insurance and FSA payment and their insurance team was really helpful in understanding the process. Overall I’m really happy about how the treatment was going! I noticed right away my teeth shifting and already I feel more comfortable smiling and no longer have a “bad side” in photos!

I’m 10 weeks into my 14 week Byte at Night treatment—and I’m very impressed! My teeth are much straighter already—and so much easier to floss (beautiful and practical!). From unboxing to “installing”, the process has been quite easy and relatively painless! The worst part for me was the first week or so of removing the aligners—it was slightly painful and time-consuming—but after a little practice, I’m a pro! My dentist was not super excited to hear that I was trying a service she had never heard of—but I cannot wait to show her the work when complete. I’m not quite done yet—but for me, Byte is Best!

I have had nothing but a great experience working with Byte! I always wanted to fix my teeth as my smile always bothered me, but I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg to do it. Byte offers reasonable pricing and the convenience of sending everything right to your front door. Their customer service has always been very helpful for me. At the end of my first treatment I wasn’t 100% happy with how the teeth shifted (I had a couple stubborn teeth) so they sent me refinements for free! They truly do want you to love your smile and I can tell you my teeth are a night and day difference now!! Byte is by far my favorite company there is. From day one I have been having a surprisingly great experience with their products and their team. The Byte Advisor (Jason) I was given before I purchased was so amazing and personable. And the customer care rep I just got off the phone with was even better! About 5 years ago I tried this process with a competitor (cough cough SDC ) and it was a complete 180. Anytime I’d reach out with concerns or be waiting for my next aligners (they shipped only a few at a time back then ) it was a total nightmare. Not to mention I didn’t see my teeth making any progress. I chalked it up to being because you notice change on yourself last, but now having Byte I know that SDC just wasn’t working for me. With in the first few aligners I knew it was working, not only were they noticeably much thicker and better quality I could feel and see my teeth changing. Now being about half way through I’m excited to smile because I know soon I’ll have the smile of me dreams. Every step of their process is throughly well thought out and their support team is the most kind customer service I’ve work with ever, including the BytePay department. ( I have worked customer service my whole life and even in a call department it’s a tough job to keep that kindness ) I have 4 people already really close to using my referral code and starting their journey. I will forever tell everyone I meet to take this leap!

Well i havnt experienced the treatment yet, but the application, sign up, explanation of benefits and treatment, after the impressions came in under a week which was surprising i did them with in the hour i got them, took pictures of my teeth, mouth and smile finished the health evaluation and my profile. Less them a week later i get a call form a very nice representative i which was convinced to take the night treatment over the day in which i was going to choose, i am happy with the whole process and can’t wait for my aligners to come. I have lived shamefully with a snaggle tooth my whole life(age 40) im looking forward to being able to smile and have a confidence i never had before in-fact im ecstatic i cant explain this feeling of excitement! Thank you Byte for making it affordable, easy, and showing a light at the end of a dark tunnel. If your ever in Boston i owe you a night out on the town you know my number hmu!

The customer service is top notch. I’m only five weeks into a 29 week treatment (I’m doing the overnight aligners), but I’m already noticing a difference. It’s so exciting to change into the next week’s aligners- one week closer to my dream smile! They show you a 3D model of how your teeth will shift each week. I look at it basically everyday because it’s so exciting. Their aligner cleaner is also a teeth whitener, and it works really well. I’ve already gained a ton of confidence just after a month. My teeth are super crooked, but the aligners don’t really hurt- they’re just a little uncomfortable for the first couple of nights, but then it’s not so bad for the rest of the week- which is cool because that means your teeth are moving! I really didn’t think it’d be so painless and easy, so the ease of putting them in and taking them out was a big surprise for me. They include a filer in case the aligners don’t feel right, but I haven’t had to use it. So far I’ve had no problems at all. So excited and love this company!!!

The process of taking the impression was really easy and the directions that come with the kit are very simple and easy to follow. There's also helpful videos on their website that give an example of how to take the impressions. Communication with representatives was super friendly and helpful at first; after your impressions are taken you get moved to a different team of people and responses aren't as quick but they do get back to you in a timely manner. Took a couple weeks for my first set of aligners to arrive - it took about the estimated time they give. There's also a good tracking system so you can see where your order is in the process of being made. Unfortunately, my first set of aligners didn't fit!! I reached out to the team and they got back to me in about 4 business days. They had me send in pictures of the problems i had with my aligners, and then sent me another impression kit. It arrived in a few days and I sent out the new impressions. The second kit took about the same amount of time as the first to be processed, printed, and shipped. And this time....my aligners fit PERFECTLY! I'm on week 5 and I'm actually seeing a change in my teeth. I had a sizeable gap in between my top front teeth and my lower teeth are crooked. I'm already seeing them straighten out. The first 4-5 days my teeth would be a little sore when I took the aligners off and I couldn't eat tough foods. After the first week, I stopped having that problem. Occasionally, my teeth will be a little sensitive for a day after starting the next week's aligner, but that's bound to happen with any kind of braces/aligners. Overall, I've had a very good experience so far with my aligners and I'm excited to see my final smile!

I am 4 weeks into my 9-week Byte treatment. It's super interesting because Byte not only is getting me the smile I want, but I even feel like I've developed better oral hygiene habits (flossing twice a day instead of once) and have even developed better eating habits because of Byte. Let me start from the beginning: From the beginning: I ordered the impression kit and had a little trouble with that because apparently, my teeth take up more room than the average person. However, they quickly sent me a larger size of impression trays and we were good to go! I got my aligners within 3 weeks and was amazed at how just by putting the aligners on, they immediately closed my gap! That was cool. The pain however on the first 3 days was not cool. It honestly was so painful and uncomfortable, I wasn't sure I would make it through the process. However, after the first 3 days, I haven't felt ANY pain since, even when putting a new set of aligners on for the first time. I feel pressure when putting on a new set of aligners for the first time, but no pain. The HyperByte is super easy to use 5-minutes a day. I usually use it 15 minutes a day just because I know it helps settle your aligners and so I use it for 5 minutes every time I put my aligners back in after eating. However you only need to use it for 5 minutes a day for the daytime aligners, which is what I purchased. I don't go out to eat much so haven't found it a nuisance in that way. I definitely realize I snack a lot and so I did have to adjust my eating habits, which has been an inconvenience, but not that bothersome. I do realize I drink more water now, which is a plus, since it's the only thing I can consume while using Byte and I don't snack just because I'm bored so Byte also helped me in that surprising way. My teeth look exactly as they said it would look 4 weeks in which is great! I already feel a difference. My two front teeth don't stick out so much anymore. The only 2 Cons I would say is that I do think that the treatment plan should come with more than one bottle of the BrightByte. That was a surprise to me that I had to purchase more. I also know not all insurance accepts Byte. However, both of those factors are not enough for me to take away a star. I really do think this is a 5-star service! The aligner trays don't bother me at all. I only had to to file 1 tray (out of 4 so far) because it was jabbing at my cheek), but the kit comes with a filer for this reason and it was an easy fix! I can see myself getting closer and closer to smile, all while no one even realizes I'm wearing invisible aligners! I talked to someone with no mask on for 3 hours and they were surprised when I mentioned I was wearing my Byte aligners at that moment! Cost: I think it's worth it. It's much less costly than other invisible liners, even without insurance coverage. I do think it's worth the investment. 5 stars for Byte!

I settled with my overcrowded teeth for years and finally decided to make a change. I wasn’t sure if I’d be eligible, but Byte offered free impressions if I wasn’t approved, so I gave it a shot! Completely worth the investment. My confidence has skyrocketed with my new smile and I would 110% recommend partnering with Byte. Shipping was within the quoted time frame although it felt longer because i was so eager to start! After just a few weeks, the Bright Byte worked like magic—my teeth were several shades whiter. Definitely recommend purchasing extra bottles of this. I always felt as though the team cared about my progress and when they noticed a slight gap between my aligners and teeth, they proactively reached out to address the issue. They sent me a new batch of aligners to re-adjust the movement and the progress has been so smooth. There have only been two weeks in the process where I felt severe pain upon switching my aligners—over-the-counter pain reliever worked just fine to relieve it. The Hyper Byte helped soothe pain as well and helped to settle the aligners tighter on your teeth. I’m so thrilled to see the final results, which is only a couple months away!

I’m just amazed by Byte’s technology. I think what gives them a step above the rest is the hyperbyte, a device that accelerates the aligning process simply by vibrating your teeth for 5 minutes a day. Having to wear braces/aligners for a long time was my biggest turn off, so when I found out about hyperbyte, I was all in because you get results quicker. On top of that, they make the process super convenient by giving you the choice of daytime aligners or nighttime aligners. And with nighttime aligners, I only have to wear them when I’m asleep, for 10+ hours. Byte is all about convenience.

So far I am absolutely loving this! Not only is everything done virtually (so no office visits), but before I committed to the treatment, they sent me a digital image of what the progress would look like! To my shock, the process is super short and convenient! I’m so excited to see the end result. Oh....and the Hyper Byte really helps with discomfort, which is minimal. And the aligners can’t be seen at all (i’m doing the all day treatment) and I had absolutely no issues with my speech from the very beginning! An added bonus is that the treatment includes retainers and a perfect smile for life!

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank your company for giving my husband and I an evening to remember. My husband is very self conscious about his teeth. So, I decided to do this so that we could do it together and he wouldn't feel so badly. The night we did our impressions was hilarious! My husband thought that he got the first mold stuck to his teeth. He was having a very difficult time removing the tray and I had my tray in as well so I couldn't tell him what to do to get it out. I was laughing hysterically just envisioning us going to the hospital to get that removed from his mouth. Then he was worried that a cap of his would come out with the mold and I was imagining that and cracking up as well. Then my husband being the intelligent man that he is, decided it would be a good idea to pet our cat with his rubber gloves on. I'm like "yeah, have fun rolling that molding putty together now, dude." Lmao it was amazing. Awesome customer service. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional and personable.

I've always been very self-conscious about the crowding in my lower teeth and thus have explored braces and Invisalign as options for years but found that Invisalign was way too expensive and I hated the thought of having braces for a year or more. When I came across Byte, I kind of thought it was too good to be true...so I did lots of research, read tons of positive reviews and found that it was one of the most affordable options and I decided to go for it! I opted for the night version because I knew it would be a lot easier to keep up with. The impression kit took some getting used to but was actually pretty easy to do - my recommendation is to practice without the putty in first to make sure you can bite down comfortable. I had 15 weeks worth of aligners and by around week 6 or 7, I started to see a significant difference in my lower teeth. When I got to week 15, I noticed they weren't fully straight yet so I reached out to their customer service team who responded very quickly, provided some pictures of my lower teeth and they had to send me another impression kit (free of charge) and I have about another 10 aligners left (also free of charge) which I'm honestly not mad about at all because I'm confident I'll have the perfect smile after that! The vibrating device they provide is HEAVEN SENT on the days you change to a new week of aligners. I'll sometimes wear it for 20-30 minutes right before bed just for relief and can sleep the rest of the night with no discomfort. I really like the bottle of whitening solution they provide which doubles as cleaner for your aligners and I've seen a difference in how white my teeth are over the first 2-3 months of using it. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed with this company and my results so far and have recommended it to many friends.

I want to say that I am very happy that I chose Byte over Smiles Direct. They (Byte) have great customer service. When I had any kind of issue, they were on top of it. I am 15 weeks into my 26 week treatment and I am seriously SO happy. The progress has been amazing and I feel so confident about my smile. My teeth feel cleaner and healthier than ever too! So far loving Byte! Prior to purchase, I did a bunch of research into the different invisible aligner options available & originally thought I was going to use Smile Direct Club (because I've used their teeth whitening before). I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger right away because I then came across Byte! It seemed like a no-brainer decision after reading up on both brands. I'm now a few weeks into my treatment plan & it's been such a seamless process. Instructions for the impression kit were super clear & easy to follow - I had no issues at all. Really loved that it was an HSA-eligible purchase & that everything is done at home! Best part is that people can't even tell I have my aligners in!! And they're comfortable to wear. I feel like the Hyper-Byte device truly helps & the BrightByte is AWESOME. I've already been recommending Byte to my family & friends. Can't wait to see my smile at the end of my treatment plan!! (I do want to disclose that my teeth weren't bad to begin with - they just needed some slight straightening due to not wearing my retainer as I should have after getting my braces off years ago!)

After having my aligners for just two weeks, I couldn't stop thinking that I wish I had done this years ago. One of the primary reasons I went with Byte is because of the customer service; while I was considering multiple companies, Byte not only has the best options for night-time aligners (no taking them in and out while you eat and wearing them all day), but the HyperByte system and willingness of my representative Jackson to work with me in terms of customizing my treatment plan and being happy and able to answer all of my questions was honestly what made the difference for me. Five weeks in and I couldn't be happier! Seriously, don't wait!

I am about 1/3 of the way through my treatment and I must say that, so far, I could not be more pleased with Byte. I chose Byte for several reasons out of all the options available because 1) The positive reviews of those who had already enjoyed success with Byte. 2) The marketing of the company itself which was polished, professional, and extremely good humored. A good sense of humor tends to inspire confidence. 3) The company's track record in dealing with complaints as noted by the Better Business Bureau. Since taking the plunge, I was impressed in the very beginning with the discount they gave the impression kit. The kit itself arrived packaged every bit as slick and polished as you might find with the Apple Company when you unbox a new iPad or new iPhone. Top notch notch materials (high quality boxes and paper the literature was printed on). The impression kit itself had instructions that was very easy to follow and which duplicated the materials so that you could take a practice run. My first attempt was less than perfect (as expected), but the practice I got (coupled with crystal clear instructions), enabled me to take a flawless second set of impressions. So glad I did not have to pay any extra or wait an extra week to send more materials. What great foresight. The trays were received within the timeframe given and my customer service representative, Jason, was as friendly as he was responsive. Always returned inquiries on the same day and answered every question I had. The electronic mouthpiece they provide which helps tightly seat the alignment trays on your teeth works great. Although I have yet to finish the treatment, I can already see that my teeth are brighter and are already straighter. Everything about my experience is going in the right direction (as are my teeth!). Thanks Byte! I couldn't be more pleased with your program and am very confident in a good outcome. So far so good. Five star review for Byte aligners for sure! I am starting my fifth week of aligners tomorrow with zero complaints to this point. I looked into aligners to close the gap in my front teeth and straighten my bottom. The gap should be completely closed in 8 weeks...I am so excited about the short timeframe! At the beginning of the process from ordering the molding kit through receiving my aligners, the Byte support team stayed in close contact. They answered all my questions before I had to ask. When I accepted the treatment and paid, they told me it could take 4-6 weeks. However, I received my aligners in 2 weeks. I have had very little discomfort progressing each week. Anytime I felt even the slightest discomfort, I used the Hyperbyte and it was gone immediately. I have recommended ByteMe to anyone wanting to straighten their teeth.

My experience with Byte’s teeth straightening program and services so far has been very good. The information regarding their services and products was very useful. I had a smooth ordering process with them and the kit arrived right on time. They also had excellent customer service following up on the order and helping with answering any questions I had along the way. I also asked several questions about the process on and off and their customer service was exemplary in how detailed and prompt they were in getting to me with their answers. I would definitely recommend to a friend as I enjoyed the hassle free process. I am also starting to see benefits of using Byte. They have included free gifts such as the teeth brightening kit which is a bonus. I look forward to the association and hopefully will get the results that I seek from Completing the program with them.

As many adults have probably encountered, a lack of wearing a retainer in your youth can result in a smile that's not quite where you want it to be. Luckily in todays current market you have a lot of options for correcting that issue. In this case I went with Byte, from the very start everyone I've had an interaction with in the company has been helpful and quick to respond to questions. And the customer side of their website is intuitive and easy to navigate around to find what you're looking for. As for the actual product itself, initially I did have some issues with the molding process for creating my treatment plan. But as I stated above the customer service team was right there and ready to help whenever I ran into a problem. And once my treatment plan was created and sent to me its been a fun process of seeing my smile getting better and better week after week!! I'd highly recommend the use of Byte to any friends or family looking for a more cost effective but equally efficient solution in turning that dream smile into a reality!

I couldn’t be happier with my treatment so far. I started this process in the beginning of January 2021. It takes a few weeks to get everything situated so I’m currently 3 weeks (out of 14) into my treatment and can’t believe how fast I’m seeing results. What they say about the customer service is absolutely true. I’ve sincerely enjoyed speaking with everyone who has helped me so far and my byte adviser is such a phenomenal person. I genuinely feel like this company has so much compassion for their patients. Everything is really straight forward and the instructions are so thorough and easy to understand. My only advice for those doing the day plan like me is to prepare to make adjustments in your routine as far as meal times/duration—as you will be wearing the aligners for 22 hours a day. Meal prepping helps a lot! Other than that I’ve had no issues with my treatment so far and I’m so excited for my results. I highly recommend byte to anyone who is thinking about doing at-home liners :)

I started looking into Byte in December after seeing an ad online and have been nothing but delighted ever since. The company's employees are all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They answered almost all of my questions online within a 24 hour turnaround time. I decided to start my Byte aligner treatment plan and am currently on Week 4. Both my top and bottom teeth are already noticeably straighter and whiter from using the BrightByte foam cleanser. The company definitely didn't skimp on product quality. The packaging alone is very impressive and extremely well-made. I feel very comfortable referring Byte to other people.

So far so good! I am about 11 weeks into my treatment and I am super happy so far! I shopped around all the major aligner companies and in the end decided on Byte bc of their reviews and quick responsiveness. Getting started was super easy and I received my aligners quickly. After about 3 weeks I could literally feel my teeth moving! I chose the night time aligner option bc it worked better for my lifestyle, and it has been very easy. I just wear them at night while I sleep! I've experienced very little sensitivity or pain, and I think the Hyperbyte technology really helps. Byte customer service team has been amazing! They check in often and are always available to answer questions and guide you through. I am really excited to see my final smile! Highly recommend Byte.

I have been enjoying my experience with Byte so far. I didn’t expect to have fun on my teeth straightening journey but it has been exciting to switch my aligners every week. The customer service has been quick and educational every time I’ve needed assistance or had a question. I ended up needing further treatment and the process to do so has been managed efficiently by the Byte team. I contacted them with concerns and they created a new treatment plan very quickly to address my teeth straightening issues. The best part for me has been my results so far. I did not expect to be as happy as I am with my teeth and I’m not even finished yet with the straightening. My mouth and teeth already look so much more attractive and I am feeling more confident in my looks. I absolutely cannot wait to see the end results. The aligners are comfortable and easy to use and clean. The customer service is what you’d hope for from any product or service. I ordered the impression kit, made my impressions & sent them off, got my treatment plan and then I just froze for months! I was so worried about what if they didn’t fit, or what if I would see no difference despite the obvious changes set forth in my treatment plan! FINALLY I bit the bullet and ordered them on a whim and I’m SO glad I did! Each aligner set has fit like a perfect glove when I go into the next week! VERY minimal pain, in fact I would go so far as to say none on some weeks! In just 4 short weeks my smile is already straightening up and I couldn’t be happier! Byte also has a “secret” not so secret weapon - BrightByte - which helps keep my aligners clean and also whitens my teeth all in one!

I am 5 weeks into my treatment plan with Byte and my experience has been awesome so far. I chose Byte because it was affordable, quick & addressed my crowding in the front corners of my bite. The customer service team is responsive, helpful & friendly. I experience some soreness when switching out braces to my new week (I swap out weekly on Saturday nights)- but this is normal, and a couple OTC pain pills do the trick! The BrightByte foam is awesome- you pump it into your aligners daily to clean the trays/ whiten your teeth- I already see an improvement in my teeth color. The HyperByte tool is a game changer and I often times do it twice a day to help with any discomfort as they suggest! :) Can't wait until Week 14 is over and my smile is perfect!

I'm on week one of wearing my aligners. I can already feel (and see) the aligners slowly starting to move my teeth into better position (when I take them out briefly to eat a meal, my mouth feels a bit sore, and I have a mild headache--signs that things are working, encouraging me to keep my eye on the prize; plus, the HyperByte device seems to increase my sense of comfort wearing the aligner). One of the most noticeable initial changes was how the BrightByte cleaning/whitening solution really seemed to noticeably whiten my teeth just after a day or two of use. I hadn't been expecting that. I felt a little self-conscious about my voice being slightly different to compensate for the device in my mouth, but that subsided after a few days. I've contacted customer support a few times with different questions (about insurance, retainers, cleaning suggestions) throughout the process, and they've been rather responsive (and friendly in all my interactions).

I am almost at the end of my treatment and I have loved Byte so far. The sign up was very simple, receiving (and doing) my impression kit was extremely fast and easy, the aligners have been a breeze, and the HyperByte is a super nice touch - that actually makes a huge improvement in comfort when putting on each new set of aligners. Throughout the whole process, everything you need is included - from gloves for the impression kit to a little file for smoothing (infrequent) rough edges on aligners! There's even a 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee, that they are true to! They are currently looking into sending me additional aligners for some tweaks that I requested. The only thing that was less than great was that I have talked to more employees (all in different roles) than I can count. They are always very responsive and positive, but it would be a nice personal touch if I had one employee that I knew, who could help me throughout my treatment. Kind of like your main orthodontist and nurse with traditional braces. Overall, I am extremely impressed and satisfied, and would recommend Byte to EVERYONE!!! :)
