I've always been very self-conscious about the crowding in my lower teeth and thus have explored braces and Invisalign as options for years but found that Invisalign was way too expensive and I hated the thought of having braces for a year or more. When I came across Byte, I kind of thought it was too good to be true...so I did lots of research, read tons of positive reviews and found that it was one of the most affordable options and I decided to go for it! I opted for the night version because I knew it would be a lot easier to keep up with. The impression kit took some getting used to but was actually pretty easy to do - my recommendation is to practice without the putty in first to make sure you can bite down comfortable. I had 15 weeks worth of aligners and by around week 6 or 7, I started to see a significant difference in my lower teeth. When I got to week 15, I noticed they weren't fully straight yet so I reached out to their customer service team who responded very quickly, provided some pictures of my lower teeth and they had to send me another impression kit (free of charge) and I have about another 10 aligners left (also free of charge) which I'm honestly not mad about at all because I'm confident I'll have the perfect smile after that! The vibrating device they provide is HEAVEN SENT on the days you change to a new week of aligners. I'll sometimes wear it for 20-30 minutes right before bed just for relief and can sleep the rest of the night with no discomfort. I really like the bottle of whitening solution they provide which doubles as cleaner for your aligners and I've seen a difference in how white my teeth are over the first 2-3 months of using it. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed with this company and my results so far and have recommended it to many friends.

I want to say that I am very happy that I chose Byte over Smiles Direct. They (Byte) have great customer service. When I had any kind of issue, they were on top of it. They were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. They sought to make sure I was happy. As for my teeth, I amazingly see the aligners working! My teeth were so crooked, I never thought a product like this could move them. I feel my teeth moving. When I take the aligners out, my teeth have shifted, I can feel the product working. I am 15 weeks into my 26 week treatment and I am seriously SO happy. The progress has been amazing and I feel so confident about my smile. My teeth feel cleaner and healthier than ever too! (I’ve been lying way more attention to proper dental hygiene thanks to the aligners!) I opted for the daytime ones and I think they’ve been great- super clear, thinner than other brands I’ve seen, and really discreet. The customer service team has been super responsive and helpful too. I highly recommend going with Byte if you are looking at different clear aligner options. They’ve made it really simple and the results are so worth it.

So far loving Byte! Prior to purchase, I did a bunch of research into the different invisible aligner options available & originally thought I was going to use Smile Direct Club (because I've used their teeth whitening before). I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger right away because I then came across Byte! It seemed like a no-brainer decision after reading up on both brands. I'm now a few weeks into my treatment plan & it's been such a seamless process. Instructions for the impression kit were super clear & easy to follow - I had no issues at all. Really loved that it was an HSA-eligible purchase & that everything is done at home! Best part is that people can't even tell I have my aligners in!! And they're comfortable to wear. I feel like the Hyper-Byte device truly helps & the BrightByte is AWESOME. I've already been recommending Byte to my family & friends. Can't wait to see my smile at the end of my treatment plan!! (I do want to disclose that my teeth weren't bad to begin with - they just needed some slight straightening due to not wearing my retainer as I should have after getting my braces off years ago!)

After having my aligners for just two weeks, I couldn't stop thinking that I wish I had done this years ago. One of the primary reasons I went with Byte is because of the customer service; while I was considering multiple companies, Byte not only has the best options for night-time aligners (no taking them in and out while you eat and wearing them all day), but the HyperByte system and willingness of my representative Jackson to work with me in terms of customizing my treatment plan and being happy and able to answer all of my questions was honestly what made the difference for me. I am about 1/3 of the way through my treatment and I must say that, so far, I could not be more pleased with Byte. I chose Byte for several reasons out of all the options available because 1) The positive reviews of those who had already enjoyed success with Byte. 2) The marketing of the company itself which was polished, professional, and extremely good humored. A good sense of humor tends to inspire confidence. 3) The company's track record in dealing with complaints as noted by the Better Business Bureau. Since taking the plunge, I was impressed in the very beginning with the discount they gave the impression kit. The kit itself arrived packaged every bit as slick and polished as you might find with the Apple Company when you unbox a new iPad or new iPhone. Top notch notch materials (high quality boxes and paper the literature was printed on). The impression kit itself had instructions that was very easy to follow and which duplicated the materials so that you could take a practice run. My first attempt was less than perfect (as expected), but the practice I got (coupled with crystal clear instructions), enabled me to take a flawless second set of impressions. So glad I did not have to pay any extra or wait an extra week to send more materials. What great foresight. The trays were received within the timeframe given and my customer service representative, Jason, was as friendly as he was responsive. Always returned inquiries on the same day and answered every question I had. The electronic mouthpiece they provide which helps tightly seat the alignment trays on your teeth works great. Although I have yet to finish the treatment, I can already see that my teeth are brighter and are already straighter. Everything about my experience is going in the right direction (as are my teeth!). Thanks Byte! I couldn't be more pleased with your program and am very confident in a good outcome. So far so good. Five star review for Byte aligners for sure! I am starting my fifth week of aligners tomorrow with zero complaints to this point. I looked into aligners to close the gap in my front teeth and straighten my bottom. The gap should be completely closed in 8 weeks...I am so excited about the short timeframe! At the beginning of the process from ordering the molding kit through receiving my aligners, the Byte support team stayed in close contact. They answered all my questions before I had to ask. When I accepted the treatment and paid, they told me it could take 4-6 weeks. However, I received my aligners in 2 weeks. I have had very little discomfort progressing each week. Anytime I felt even the slightest discomfort, I used the Hyperbyte and it was gone immediately. I have recommended ByteMe to anyone wanting to straighten their teeth.

My experience with Byte’s teeth straightening program and services so far has been very good. The information regarding their services and products was very useful. I had a smooth ordering process with them and the kit arrived right on time. They also had excellent customer service following up on the order and helping with answering any questions I had along the way. I also asked several questions about the process on and off and their customer service was exemplary in how detailed and prompt they were in getting to me with their answers. As many adults have probably encountered, a lack of wearing a retainer in your youth can result in a smile that's not quite where you want it to be. Luckily in todays current market you have a lot of options for correcting that issue. In this case I went with Byte, from the very start everyone I've had an interaction with in the company has been helpful and quick to respond to questions. And the customer side of their website is intuitive and easy to navigate around to find what you're looking for. As for the actual product itself, initially I did have some issues with the molding process for creating my treatment plan. But as I stated above the customer service team was right there and ready to help whenever I ran into a problem. And once my treatment plan was created and sent to me its been a fun process of seeing my smile getting better and better week after week!! I'd highly recommend the use of Byte to any friends or family looking for a more cost effective but equally efficient solution in turning that dream smile into a reality!

I couldn’t be happier with my treatment so far. I started this process in the beginning of January 2021. It takes a few weeks to get everything situated so I’m currently 3 weeks (out of 14) into my treatment and can’t believe how fast I’m seeing results. What they say about the customer service is absolutely true. I’ve sincerely enjoyed speaking with everyone who has helped me so far and my byte adviser is such a phenomenal person. I genuinely feel like this company has so much compassion for their patients. Everything is really straight forward and the instructions are so thorough and easy to understand. My only advice for those doing the day plan like me is to prepare to make adjustments in your routine as far as meal times/duration—as you will be wearing the aligners for 22 hours a day. Meal prepping helps a lot! Other than that I’ve had no issues with my treatment so far and I’m so excited for my results. I highly recommend byte to anyone who is thinking about doing at-home liners :)

I started looking into Byte in December after seeing an ad online and have been nothing but delighted ever since. The company's employees are all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They answered almost all of my questions online within a 24 hour turnaround time. I decided to start my Byte aligner treatment plan and am currently on Week 4. Both my top and bottom teeth are already noticeably straighter and whiter from using the BrightByte foam cleanser. The company definitely didn't skimp on product quality. The packaging alone is very impressive and extremely well-made. I feel very comfortable referring Byte to other people.

So far so good! I am about 11 weeks into my treatment and I am super happy so far! I shopped around all the major aligner companies and in the end decided on Byte bc of their reviews and quick responsiveness. Getting started was super easy and I received my aligners quickly. After about 3 weeks I could literally feel my teeth moving! I chose the night time aligner option bc it worked better for my lifestyle, and it has been very easy. I just wear them at night while I sleep! I've experienced very little sensitivity or pain, and I think the Hyperbyte technology really helps. Byte customer service team has been amazing! They check in often and are always available to answer questions and guide you through. I am really excited to see my final smile! Highly recommend Byte.

I have been enjoying my experience with Byte so far. I didn’t expect to have fun on my teeth straightening journey but it has been exciting to switch my aligners every week. The customer service has been quick and educational every time I’ve needed assistance or had a question. I ended up needing further treatment and the process to do so has been managed efficiently by the Byte team. I contacted them with concerns and they created a new treatment plan very quickly to address my teeth straightening issues. The best part for me has been my results so far. I did not expect to be as happy as I am with my teeth and I’m not even finished yet with the straightening. I ordered the impression kit, made my impressions & sent them off, got my treatment plan and then I just froze for months! I was so worried about what if they didn’t fit, or what if I would see no difference despite the obvious changes set forth in my treatment plan! FINALLY I bit the bullet and ordered them on a whim and I’m SO glad I did! Each aligner set has fit like a perfect glove when I go into the next week! VERY minimal pain, in fact I would go so far as to say none on some weeks! In just 4 short weeks my smile is already straightening up and I couldn’t be happier! I am 5 weeks into my treatment plan with Byte and my experience has been awesome so far. I chose Byte because it was affordable, quick & addressed my crowding in the front corners of my bite. The customer service team is responsive, helpful & friendly. I experience some soreness when switching out braces to my new week (I swap out weekly on Saturday nights)- but this is normal, and a couple OTC pain pills do the trick! The BrightByte foam is awesome- you pump it into your aligners daily to clean the trays/ whiten your teeth- I already see an improvement in my teeth color. The HyperByte tool is a game changer and I often times do it twice a day to help with any discomfort as they suggest! :) Can't wait until Week 14 is over and my smile is perfect!

I'm on week one of wearing my aligners. I can already feel (and see) the aligners slowly starting to move my teeth into better position (when I take them out briefly to eat a meal, my mouth feels a bit sore, and I have a mild headache--signs that things are working, encouraging me to keep my eye on the prize; plus, the HyperByte device seems to increase my sense of comfort wearing the aligner). One of the most noticeable initial changes was how the BrightByte cleaning/whitening solution really seemed to noticeably whiten my teeth just after a day or two of use. I hadn't been expecting that. I felt a little self-conscious about my voice being slightly different to compensate for the device in my mouth, but that subsided after a few days. I've contacted customer support a few times with different questions (about insurance, retainers, cleaning suggestions) throughout the process, and they've been rather responsive (and friendly in all my interactions).

I am almost at the end of my treatment and I have loved Byte so far. The sign up was very simple, receiving (and doing) my impression kit was extremely fast and easy, the aligners have been a breeze, and the HyperByte is a super nice touch - that actually makes a huge improvement in comfort when putting on each new set of aligners. Throughout the whole process, everything you need is included - from gloves for the impression kit to a little file for smoothing (infrequent) rough edges on aligners! There's even a 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee, that they are true to! They are currently looking into sending me additional aligners for some tweaks that I requested. The only thing that was less than great was that I have talked to more employees (all in different roles) than I can count. They are always very responsive and positive, but it would be a nice personal touch if I had one employee that I knew, who could help me throughout my treatment. Kind of like your main orthodontist and nurse with traditional braces. Overall, I am extremely impressed and satisfied, and would recommend Byte to EVERYONE!!! :)

I was in metal braces in high school but over time teeth moved to the point I was no longer happy with my smile. I tried clear correct two years ago and while effective I personally dreaded the fact I had to wear them all day - along with the constant lisping, and they wert perpetually uncomfortable in my mouth. Lower teeth moved again. Outside of the initial discomfort that comes with changing my night-time only aligners each week, the byte retainers fit and feel great! I hardly notice that I'm wearing them --and no lisp! I'm excited to finish the treatment and have a retainer that will finally keep my smile looking great. There were a number of flexible payment options to choose from

I found Byte the same way all great products are found, in an Instagram ad. Jokes aside, I'm so happy that I came across Byte when I did. I had long given up on fixing up my smile since I had a rough experience with another really popular invisible aligner provider. They had a weird vibe, I didn't trust the product, and the treatment time was way too long for me. Given our new circumstances in the world, I loved that I could do everything from home. I messed up my impressions the first time, but I got it the second time around and it’s been so easy ever since. Byte is incredible in every department. Their customer support team has always made me feel like a valued customer. Their commitment to helping out their users shows and makes the experience way less scary. The technology in the HyperByte surprised me because of how effective it was. I experienced a fair bit of discomfort my first night with the aligners, but their support team recommended that I use the HyperByte a little longer. With some Advil, the pain went away after some extra use with the device. 

 I am currently nearing the end of my treatment and I am so, so happy that I committed to Byte. I love smiling again and I feel a lot more confident in my teeth. My teeth have already come so far and I still have a few weeks of straightening left. I recommend and use the night-time aligners and think the extra 200/300 bucks makes it more than worth it. I don’t think I’d like wearing them all day, but I think the daytime ones are designed better for long-term wear. Anyway, I can’t recommend Byte enough. I’m so relieved and surprised that I was able to go through this whole process without ever leaving the comfort of my home.

Honestly cannot rave more about this company, process, affordability, experience!!! Customer service with Byte is phenomenal. They are very flexible with communication from phone calls, to text messages and even email messages. With my job I am unfortunately extremely busy and they have made this experience wonderful. Was overly enthralled with the vast range of payment options. With me trying to work on raising credit score, there is even an option that does not pull an inquiry on my credit. From inquiring on this process, sending my bite impressions, and now at the last few weeks left of my treatment.. I am very happy with choosing Byte! Highly recommend, you will not regret it!

I never had braces as a kid and always wanted them. I went through life being uncomfortable about my overbite. In addition to this smile self-consciousness, I was in a car accident right before going to college where the air bag knocked out my front bottom tooth. There were also a few other issues that I wanted to always have corrected and this is where Byte came in! As of a month ago, my loving and wonderful husband finally got me my smile through Byte. I couldn't be more excited for this journey in correcting what has always made me hate my smile. It has been 4 weeks and I can already see a difference. My personal feelings aside, the Byte team has been amazing in their customer service, punctuality in receiving the kit/responding to e-mails, and giving me a 3-D look at what the Byte aligners were going to correct. I could actually see what my smile was going to look like after the 13 weeks. They also have really rad marketing! I love the look of the box they send and I really feel like they care about helping me correct what I have been so negative about my whole life. I love the BrightByte whitener they send with the kit. In just 2 weeks I saw a difference in how white my teeth were and it didn't make them sensitive at all! The HyperByte, a device that you use everyday for 5 mins, really helps my teeth not be so sore from moving them after 30 years of growing them in my head! LOL! I would absolutely recommend BrightByte to anyone who needs it, and it is super affordable, too. Thanks BrightByte for helping me finally love my smile!

I am currently on Week 7 of my byte aligner treatment. Although I was feeling a bit nervous prior to taking my own impressions, byte made it very easy with clear instructions and reassurance. Once I got my aligners created and sent to me, I was so excited to start the journey to my new smile! The treatment itself is easy to follow, and the kit that comes with your aligners has everything you need to be successful. As an added bonus, my dentist mentioned that my last check up that my teeth look really clean! So, byte has also helped improve my overall dental hygiene by encouraging regular brushing and flossing between meals before I put my aligners back in. Their customer service is also great! So far so good - I'm 2 weeks into my aligners. Here's what this has been like so far. I ordered my impression kit and was immediately connected to a representative who communicated frequently to help me get everything done correctly and sent back. The kit they sent made it very easy to do my own impressions, and even though I drooled all over myself doing them, it was WAY better than what I went through with my orthodontist. They worked with me until I made my order. That's to be expected though, right? Everyone is going to be nice up front to get business. And they were great! They helped me set up financing, helped me get a great deal, it was awesome. I finally got my aligners (they are 3D printed in Jordan, from what I can tell, so it took a few weeks). I'm 2 weeks in (out of 8 for me, I only have a slight adjustment necessary) and I have continued to receive great customer service. I've seen my dentist, who has been very supportive of my using Byte. So I'm also under their supervision. But any question I've had, has been answered by my Byte customer support person and also, I had some questions on their Facebook page which were answered very quickly. The product is easy to use, and WAY more comfortable than traditional braces and traditional retainers. The cleaner they send with it makes it really easy to take care of things. The Hyperbyte really helps ease the discomfort and I can feel that it's moving everything in place faster. I am really happy with how my teeth are looking and feeling. I can't wait to try the SNOW whitener. I've already recommended Byte to my sister.

I really have appreciated so far how quick and easy byte's process was to get started. They're very communicative and it didn't take too long from when I ordered my aligners to when I received them. I am currently on week 5/17, and things seem to be going well! I've had no major pain (which I was completely prepared for, but obviously everyone is different and your experience may differ from mine), and each new set fits as they should be expected to. If when I get to the end of my treatment plan, and everything has moved and completed as expected, this will end up being something I was happy to do! I've wanted to get invisible aligners for several years now, but was either scared into not doing the at home kind out of risk I could really mess my teeth up and then it would be totally my fault, or the cost of the name brand, dentist recommended kind was too cost prohibitive. Over a decade after having my teeth straightened as a teen, my teeth have definitely shifted, so I did some research online and chose Byte based on the good reviews about customer service, price, and the lifetime guarantee. I ordered Byte nighttime aligners because I have always needed braces and have been self conscious about my teeth, but at 29 didn't want to get the metal ones or deal with having to pop them in and out all of the time. The night time Byte aligners are comfortable and form fitting and the hyperbyte really helps with any discomfort. I started my relationship with Byte on October 22nd. Today is December 12th and I am wearing my third set of aligners. There are 15 of them in total. It may be too early to talk about the visible result, but so far everything is going according to the process described by Byte! I got a good discount on the Impression Kit! I definitely recommend this product. It really does as they claim. Staff members are great. Very professional. Every once in awhile they check up on you. To see how everything is going with your smile. I have only been using for ten weeks and I can already see a major difference in my smile. So my Byte Advisor asked me to send a couple of pictures of my teeth...some pics with and without my aligners so she could check my progress. My Advisor noticed some air gaps with the aligners and said that air gaps indicate an improper fit. It meant my teeth were needing more time to finish making adjustments before moving to the next week aligners. So she advised me to extend my days on that weeks aligners and increase the use of the hyper-byte. After following my Byte Advisor's instructions, my teeth have made the appropriate adjustments. and I'm ready to move on. I'm thankful that my advisor spotted the problem and promptly provided me with corrective action. I'm impressed.

I'm so glad I decided to go with byte to fix my teeth! I explored so many different companies and ultimately ended up cancelling my orthodontist appointment to go with them. I had a major overbite and gap between my top and bottom teeth and had braces, retainers, headgear, you name it when I was a kid. Ultimately as an adult all my problems came back and I was getting really self-conscious about my teeth. I was worried byte wouldn't be able to fix my overbite since I considered it extreme, but trust me, if they can fix mine, they can fix anyone's! The process was a bit overwhelming since it's done all at home (they send you the molds and all your equipment), but it worked and in the time of COVID I'm really glad their system is built that way. I'm on my fourth week now (out of 15) and it's going really well! It's a bit of a pain to always have to take the aligners out to eat and drink (other than water), but that's how it would be with any aligner you choose, regardless of the company. I also had a lot of pain in the first week and was worried that it would continue for the next 14, but it went away after like 3 days and using the hyperbyte they send! So glad I went with byte, I can't wait to see how my teeth look at the end of week 15!!!

I'm currently on week 4 of the Byte system. Here are my pros and cons so far! Pros - I chose Byte over some of the other systems because I like knowing my treatment plan is supervised by actual Orthodontists. The price was competitive as well. - The system is very easy to use (as long as you're disciplined and stick to the instructions). - I've had very little discomfort so far, much less than traditional braces. This might be because of the hyperbyte technology? - I was impressed that I was seeing results already by week 2. - The trays really are invisible. Even when I point them out to people, they still can't tell. No changes to my speech either because they're just so thin. Cons - The molding process was difficult. It was really hard to remove the molds from my mouth at the end of the time period. - The trays are really difficult to remove. The include a small removal tool which helps but it gets slippery. The removal tool really needs to be designed so you can get a better grip with your fingers. - The foaming cleanser works well but has a kinda unpleasant aftertaste. Flavoring of some sort would be an improvement. Overall I'm really satisfied with Byte so far and I'm looking forward to my final results!

I am into the program for three weeks now. There was no issue with the molds and ai received the braces promptly. I had to contact customer support twice and the reply was quick. The contact wasn’t for an issue, it was for understanding. I haven’t had any issues wearing the braces. I haven’t had to file off a portion and so far no kind of pain or discomfort. I can tell my tech have moved slightly, but can’t wait to see a difference. I do use the Hyperbyte at least once a day and only remove the braces for eating. I’d say they are in about 22 hours 30 minutes a day. I have noticed some whitening by using the Brightbyte. The braces have caused my to not snack anymore. This is because I don’t want to take them out. All in all a great experience. I’ll know more in 12 weeks

Within the first couple days of using Byte I started seeing a difference in my teeth. I wore braces for 5 years before using Byte. Its nice to see a difference within the first couple weeks than the 5 years I had braces for! I’m excited to see the finished product. I'm close to halfway through my treatment and I'm very pleased. I had pretty bad crowding, especially with my upper teeth, and my self esteem suffered from elementary school into my 30's. I finally took the plunge with Byte after Candid Co. denied me as a candidate without an actual explanation as to why. The impression kit arrived quickly and then my results were emailed to me really quickly as well after shipping back the impression kit. The first portion of my aligners (first 15 weeks) arrived about 3 weeks after I was approved as a candidate. I really like that a local orthodontist created my treatment plan and his name is listed on every individual pack of aligners. I googled his name to make sure he was legit and was pleasantly surprised to see that he has great reviews at his practice. I initially had some issues with nerves twitching in my lower lip, tingling along my jawbone and sharp pain in a few teeth after a few weeks of starting treatment. At that time, I was switching aligners every 7 days and using the HyperByte once a day for 5 minutes. I emailed back and forth with the Byte Patient Care team and was advised to switch aligners every 2 weeks instead of 1 week and to use the HyperByte a few times a day. I also went to my dentist for x-rays to make sure there weren't any issues that I should be concerned about (there weren't). After wearing each set of aligners for 2-3 weeks at a time and using HyperByte 1-3 times a day, I can report that there haven't been any more issues with sharp tooth pain, tingling or nerve twitching. I have noticed a tiny bit of gum recession but that can happen with any brand of dental aligners or even with metal braces. I think some of the people who have negative experiences with aligners aren't wearing them long enough to allow their teeth to move as much as they should. I've noticed that my teeth continue to move little by little with each set that I wear, even up to the 3-week mark. So if you're having pain or weird sensations that are concerning, do what I did and wear your aligners for longer than 1 week at a time. It's better to straighten your teeth slowly to avoid nerve damage, bone loss, gum recession and other potentially serious issues. The HyperByte is fantastic and helps with pain and with tooth movement. However, don't use it more than once back to back. I did that a few times, meaning that I used it for 10-15 minutes straight, and it irritated a nerve in my lip. I usually use it in the morning and at night. The BrightByte initially tasted horrible but I got used to it and now I like it. I have only noticed a slight change in tooth color (almost unnoticeable) so it's more of a disinfectant than a tooth whitener. Overall, I'm really pleased with my progress and I'm excited to see the end result. I definitely recommend as long as you're responsible with your treatment.

I have been avoiding braces for over 20 years. I considered Invisalign 5 years ago and chickened out, convincing myself that I would never adjust to wearing them. I didn’t want the pain or the annoyance of compliance. Now that I have been wearing them for 4 weeks, I wish I had done this a very long time ago. It is so easy. No pain ever, no annoyance. The process was very easy. I got the starter kit at a discounted price which I appreciated. The Byte advisor contacted me and kept me updated on everything, also offered his help if I needed it through the started kit process. I was able to text him questions/send pics on what I was doing incorrectly WHILE I was making my impressions which was AWESOME! I sent my impressions in and next thing I knew, I had a treatment plan in a week or 2 to look at online. I was very impressed by what so saw. I ended up purchasing and will be starting my 2nd week of aligners tonight. I know the first set was working because my teeth were hurting! Australian customer - I had fairly straight teeth as a kid and wasn’t in the position to get braces until I was older and had my own money. I have slight crowding due to my wisdom teeth growing and pushing out my front teeth causing them to crowd. From beginning to end, my experience has been exceptional. I am most impressed with their customer service. I was assigned my own personal rep who answered all of my questions and walked me through the process from beginning to purchase. 5 weeks into my treatment and I am receiving additional follow up to make sure I'm still pleased with my product - which I am!
