From the start, the process is very simple just follow the easy steps. First, you will get the in-home kit which then you will send back with your samples. After shipping it back, you will receive your aligners within 3 weeks. Thru out the process the staff is very helpful they really define the term Customer Service. The aligners are on the point, I am on my week Sixth and never had any issues. They fit right in. I am totally satisfied. The pricing is phenomenal. You are basically getting 70% off compare to the traditional way. Hope you find this helpful in making your decision. All the best!
