The vendors Landmark uses are always punctual and the service they provide is quite satisfactory. Landmark has always been quick to respond. We tried to do a lot of research on other companies and costs before we renewed again with Landmark. (Kind a like comparing cell phone plans, so not the easiest to do ) Seems each company has its strength and weakness. Ultimately we had been satisfied enough with Landmark to decide to stay. Called to renew Cynthia F was very helpful in getting a good price and got our renewal done in record time. Super helpful and quick.

My experience with the Vendor response has been (one took over 3 days to contact me) underwhelming. I have unfortunately sat on the phone 45+ minutes on occasion trying to cancel a service call due to timing on Vendor availability (over 3 weeks). To date, have had to hire my own contractors for all work because of this. Overall my interaction with the initial staff who answers the phone and the renewal TEAM (specifically Cynthia F) has been outstanding. Cynthia assisted me above and beyond due to my prior experiences... I am extremely grateful for the extra time she took to assist me.

But so far everything has been very straightforward. Your customer service is very good. Fred F. helped me this time and was very accommodating.
