Have a microwave oven combo GE profile. Sears has tried to fix microwave continuously.Time wise was reasonable from Sears.Could not repair microwave so the replaced my whole combo unit with a 4200.00 GE profile built in. Plus delivery and installation.Awesome

Absolutely terrible! I waited from 7am to 5pm and they did a NO CALL NO SHOW! I called several times and they said the tech would be there! Then I received a text saying you can reschedule your appointment! They’re not coming at 5:30pm! Disappointed in the lack of respect for customers time!! I missed a baby shower sitting home waiting all day! Be lucky if they show up for you! I’m just reading reviews and seeing that this is a regular thing for them! Take your money but pull a no call no show is ridiculous

I’m so upset over 2 months ago I put in a ticket for my stove, refrigerator and microwave. It took forever for me to get my stove and refrigerator fixed and I’ve never received anything for my microwave. This is the worst to pay for services and get treated like this.
