Your contractor never even call so you advised me to get another Plumber so I did it was never explained to me to take pictures will in the house my Plumber said it was leaking so he replaced it if I would have taken pictures of the water heater after disinsemble where the leak was in the back of the water heater where I could not take a picture and call you you would have ok the new heater but instead I took pictures of my bad watetheater outside there for you have denied the claim what is wrong with this picture

I had a problem that I thought it was my heating, but it turned out to be my refrigerator leak, but then they came the first he said it was my heater, but I found the problem not them, then when he came the second time he did nothing and I had to pay him 30.00 dollars. I had a neighbor to fix it. I wasted $90..

AHS apparently solved the very serious problem in contacting a live person. On line, AHS now has a number (or email) for a phone call back. They promptly called and resolved my issue --- which was determining whether the repair was covered. It was covered, the service was great and very efficient.

I’ve cancelled my membership 3 times and they keep charging. Talked to multiple people from the company that said they would review the conversations where they claimed I agreed to something that I did not. No return phone calls. Customer service is trash.
The Final Word
Choice Home Warranty's repair costs are $60 for every service call. American Home Shield charges $75, $100, or $125 for its service fee. You can select which price you want, but it will make the overall price of your home warranty fluctuate. If you choose the cheaper $75 service fee, your home warranty plan will be $180 more expensive when compared to the $125 service fee option.
Even with the flexible service fee options that AHS has, CHW still has cheaper repair costs.
