Worse warranty I ever had they send out the service people you pay the $45 then 3 weeks to 4 weeks later they decline you , you have to pay for what needs repair and they will only give you so much of it so you don't need their warranty. Is not , Worth it.

I have an issue with my garage door. I called described what was happening. The claim was denied and no one has even been out to evaluate the problem. I have had this warranty for 2 years and this is my first time filing a claim. Just robbery, I will be canceling this policy.

Filed a claim for my fridge. It has been almost two weeks now and we are still without. They have assigned four different technicians, 3 who were unresponsive and never returned phone calls and one who missed two appointments and wanted cash only. Very poor customer service. I will not be renewing my policy.

Their warranty is worthless. They are giving lame excuses to not pay for the repair. I had a broken AC/Heating system. Their excuse was that the pump was rusted and had the short. Yes, the pump failed and had the short that it was why it needed to be replaced.

SCAM ALERT------SCAM ALERT------------ This company is a scam. I've never had a home warranty that did not cover Parts & Labor. Do not do business with them. In doing some research, they are a front for laundering money to other counties. The woman on the phone even admitted, they misrepresent their policies. This company must be taken down.

I'd call them the worst company I've ever dealt with. Dozens of calls and emails and although have repairs that they said they would pay for, after three months, they have not, and I cant waist any more time. MY guess is that all the bad reviews you see here are real and the others are ones they posted.

Over and Over again I keep having bad occurrences with this company. The Plumber came out gave them the Diagnosis , they then deny my claim telling me my pip was improperly installed. They are making this up because not once dose it say on the bill anything they are mentioning I'm BBB not because I refuse to let this go

Claim to cover appliances but seem to always find reasons for non-coverage. Also, this company does NOT repair or replace. They somehow arrive at low ball Dollar figure that can only be used AFTER customer repairs or replaces at their own expense. One must provide receipts as proof of purchase/repair before they disburse any funds.

Denied a claim saying that my Central AC unit had a defect in the wiring . the unit had worked for 18 years with no problem. They denied the claim because they didn't want to pay for a new unit that they were covering. I have contacted the BBB and the Consumer Agency to make complaints.

So far I have not much luck with them. Microwave replacement $175 and I have to pay for the labor. Garbage disposal replacement $75 and I have to buy and install. Recently they denied water heater claim as it was leaking. For all the cases they charged service charge for inspection. It is not worth to have the warranty from them

I would not recommend using this home warranty company as fact as they came me the run around about replacing my dishwasher and they only wanted to give $150 for a replacement costed at $600 for a new one. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They are crocks.

This company is a scam. They sent a service company to my house twice to fix my washing machine. I paid the service fee which they guaranteed would be the only fee. They sent the service company the wrong part to fix the washing machine and said they would no longer cover the washing machine.

I agree with all the negative reviews, absolutely the worst, deceiving warranty co. have nothing good to say, called in plumbing issue, before plumber even came to house I received an e-mail stating my problem was not covered, we didn,t even know the problem yet. issues just got worse, just got off the phone cancelling this warranty

I would read all fine print. We need a pool pump replaced. I submitted the claim before the mandatory 60 days for a replacement claim. Now they won't fix it. And never will, because it was submitted within their 60 day buffer. It cannot be resubmitted. They are useless and a racket - just like all other insurance companies.

They have several options, but everything covered under the plan has stipulations and exclusions that they don't mention when they make the sale. If it seems to good to be true, it most likely is not worth the purchase. You pay the service call, they pay nothing. just because they have good prices doesnt mean they are a good company at all.

When you talk to the supervisor he will say I DONT KNOW. Supervisor don’t know what the company is doing. Do not get the warranty from Select.

Terrible customer service. I have no maintenance records as I just moved in. They wanted me to send pictures of the unit after the technician had already come and sent pictures. I've been 2 weeks without heat because they were "processing my claim" only to send an email saying they need more pictures and maintenance records.

This is the worst company ever, do not waste your money. I had 2 issues and none of them were resolved by this company. I ended up paying for my air conditioner and my leaking faucet. No callback and every person they give as a tech has a cell phone and never returned one call. The reps even tried to call and no answers. Horrible service.

Everything said by the negative reviewers I agree with. We're freezing while waiting for Select to approve a heating strip on our AC/Heat. We had an appliance repaired needed a couple of days before Christmas and still haven't got it repaired despite hours on the phone with their agents.
