Service calls are terrible. The accounting department is horrible. The only person who has been helpful was Keva P in retention. She is the only reason I have not cancelled my policy. She was compassionate about my experience and genuinely seemed to address my issues. She offered to try to get to the bottom of my account issues and recognized that as a Landmark customer for 8 years I was valued. This woman deserves to be in charge. She’s the only one keeping me from canceling my warranty and leaving Landmark for good. GIVE HER A RAISE!

I have had a few Home warranty companies over the years with good success. Landmark Home Warranty is by far the worst company I have dealt with. They never completely cover your repair costs. Leave items out of cost like the refrigerant for a complete AC replacement (which I had to pay for). Very slow services time for repairs (weeks instead of days). Impossible to talk with the claims department. Beware of this company.
