Simpler Claims and Booking Process

In-House Technicians

Early Cancellation Policy

If Fixd home warranty plans are canceled before the term is over, the homeowner is responsible for a 10 percent administrative fee.

Coverage Limits

With Fixd as your warranty company, there are coverage limits per repair and per year. Coverage limits for home warranties are not unique. You will encounter these within most, if not all policies.

On the plus side, Fixd's coverage limits for air conditioning, heating, and pool and spa are among some of the best in the industry. Additionally, the rest of its categorical limits are fairly high compared to most competitors.

#FIXD Home Warranty, part of the Angi Home Services monopoly has stolen from and lied to our family for 66+ days, sending countless people into our home and continuing to leave us without a hot water heater for 66 days!! A family of five and we boil water to wash dishes, have no hot water for laundry and are short a bathroom because of this. FIXD has done everything to censor us and has removed our reviews from their numerous platforms in a vagrant attempt to silence us. They are not listening and do not care. They are liars, frauds and thieves with no regard for harming paying customers. They know all about this and do not care. In fact, they said they would pay us to buy one on our own, but now they are telling us we must sign a document saying we must remain silent and delete any negative reviews before they cut the check. We won’t do this as they have lied from day one and they will not follow through on anything they say. In fact, they said they would also refund the remaining time left on our contact but today said that would amount to $0. We have reached out to everyone and are desperate for them to do the right thing. They have zero integrity and deserve a massive lawsuit. This was originally a good company. They serviced our home a few times on the heating and hot water heater. They eventually replace the hot water heater because they could not fix it. Then 2020 happened. They would not respond to calls, voicemails and emails. If they continue to charge us $48 a month. I had to cancel my credit card saying that it’s been lost or stolen to stop the charges because no one is fixd Answered the phone. Good luck getting in touch with them.
