Hello Amos,

Our records indicate that your temperature and pressure relief valve and faucet were replaced on July 19, 2019. Please be advised, these items are covered under your home warranty contract which is why the repairs were authorized.

In regards to the master bathroom toilet, J & S Mechanical Contractors Incorporated (J & S)reported that the toilet needed to be replaced due to a foreign object lodged in the p-trap. Please be advised, stoppages caused by foreign objects are not covered per your home warranty contract under Plumbing Stoppages, Not Covered.

Lastly, J & S reported that your master bathtub show was broken in half inside of the drain. Please be advised, this failure is not considered normal wear and tear. First American's liability is limited to the repair cost of an item that fails due to normal wear and tear. You may refer to your home warranty contract under Limits of Liability, Number Three.

This claim is considered closed.
