Although equipment maybe covered, they don’t always send companies out who are certified to work on the equipment. We were having trouble with a drop side tub. There is only 1 company in Arkansas certified to work on these. Even after being given this information they insisted that they had to send a plumbing company out who was not certified to work on this. We cancelled the call and paid for the repairs ourselves.
