We dispatched an independent contractor, Accord Appliance Service, Inc who reported the clothes dryer door was broken not due to normal wear and tear. Please be advised, First American's liability is limited to repair or replace an item that fails due to normal wear and tear. You may refer to your home warranty contract under Limits of Liability, Number Three. Please be advised, your claim is considered closed.

My faucet was loose and its bolt was stuck due to rust and they said it’s not covered and I paid for the faucet and labor to replace it. Cost me $400. It should have been covered. Not happy at all. I do not recommend this company.
