Most companies don't offer warranty coverage for any type of pre-existing conditions. However, Elevate Home Warranty does not have these same coverage limits and will repair systems and appliances that have an undetectable pre-existing condition that couldn't have been detected through a simple visual inspection or mechanical test.

Elevate Home Warranty is available 24/7, so you can always contact the company for emergency service. Service claims can also be made online, so you don't need to contact a service representative if you'd prefer to request service through Elevate's website.

Elevate Home Warranty offers three coverage plan options:

• Elevated Plan (starting at $500)
• Totally Elevated Plan (starting at $600)

Upgrade Coverage Options

Elevate Home Warranty plans are customizable and allow homeowners to select individual systems or appliances they want to add to their plan. It is important to note that each upgrade option is priced individually and will be added to the cost of the plan you choose. The following upgrade coverage is available:

• Clothes washer/dryer ($100 — per set)
• Kitchen refrigerator ($75 — built-in or free-standing refrigerator)
• Additional refrigeration units ($60)
• Swimming pool and hot tub/spa equipment ($190)
• Salt water swimming pool and hot tub ($350)
• Orange upgrade coverage ($50 — coverage for code violations/upgrades, haul away, permits, mismatched system/improper installation, crane)
• Water softener ($75)
• Well pump ($100)
• Septic tank pumping ($35)
• Septic system ($75)
• Elevated pipe leak coverage ($100)
• Brand for brand appliance upgrade ($200)
• Sprinkler system and timer ($80)
• HVAC equipment incompatibility coverage ($150)

Unlike many home warranty companies, you can order Elevate's services online. The company provides instant confirmation and an invoice for your chosen home warranty plan. You can also submit service claims online through Elevate's website, making the process quick and simple.

Low-Cost Service Fee

Elevate Home Warranty's service fee is only $65, which aligns with the industry average service fee. Some home warranty companies can charge upwards of $80 for each service visit. Having a cheaper service fee makes Elevate's services more affordable than many other options out there.
