Pre-Existing Condition Coverage

Most companies don't offer warranty coverage for any type of pre-existing conditions. However, Elevate Home Warranty does not have these same coverage limits and will repair systems and appliances that have an undetectable pre-existing condition that couldn't have been detected through a simple visual inspection or mechanical test.

24/7 Service

Elevate Home Warranty is available 24/7, so you can always contact the company for emergency service. Service claims can also be made online, so you don't need to contact a service representative if you'd prefer to request service through Elevate's website.

Multiple Plan Options

Elevate Home Warranty offers three coverage plan options:

  • Basic Plan (starting at $400)

Online Convenience

Unlike many home warranty companies, you can order Elevate's services online. The company provides instant confirmation and an invoice for your chosen home warranty plan. You can also submit service claims online through Elevate's website, making the process quick and simple.

Low-Cost Service Fee

Elevate Home Warranty's service fee is only $65, which aligns with the industry average service fee. Some home warranty companies can charge upwards of $80 for each service visit. Having a cheaper service fee makes Elevate's services more affordable than many other options out there.

The Bad

  • State Availability
  • Elevate Home Warranty Reviews

State Availability

Elevate Home Warranty only offers its warranty coverage to Utah residents. If you're outside of the Utah service area, you'll be unable to use Elevate Home Warranty as your warranty service provider.

Elevate Home Warranty Reviews

Unfortunately, Elevate Home Warranty does not currently have many reviews. This makes it difficult to know what the consumer experience is like and if Elevate has a satisfied customer base. Customer reviews are a good way to determine the quality of a product, including customer service standards, repair times, and other details that provide peace of mind for consumers.

The Bottom Line

An exclusive home warranty company for Utah residents, Elevate Home Warranty is a service provider with flexible plans and pricing. Its warranty cost ranges from $400 to $600, depending on the type of coverage you're looking for, and the contract lasts for one year. The company also has a $65 service call fee, which is on the lower price scale when compared to other home warranty providers.

If you're not located in Utah, Elevate Home Warranty cannot service you, and we suggest looking into other top-rated companies that offer wider state coverage. Elevate Home Warranty also has limited customer reviews, so you may decide to go with a company with more positive reviews for peace of mind.

David Glauser West Jordan, UT

I have used elevate home warranty for my own home as well as recommended them to several of my clients. My first year in my new home I had a couple problems including the furnace. They replaced my furnace promptly.

Tanner Hales Pleasant Grove, UT

Have not had a need for my home warranty yet, but I have been very impressed with the customer service after the purchase of my home. They personally called me and asked if there was anything that I need and asked if there was any way they could help. Very personable and helpful.
