I needed a septic pumping but that was a preexisting condition so they didn’t cover it bt they covered the rest of it and they covered my garage door opener when that broke. They had a technician come out and replace the whole thing. They took care of me.

Because of their price, it was less expensive for us to go with Choice Home Warranty. When I call them to submit a claim, they send someone out quickly. There have been several times in the last couple of months where I submitted claims and they either covered it partially or fully. The people they send are very professional and go out of their way to help you as much as they can. They come ready to fix whatever you need fixed in your home. I've been pretty satisfied with them overall, it's just the cost is a little expensive.

Customer support is easy to reach and work with. The last time we used them was to get our hot water heater fixed. There was a leak and they responded right away when I submitted a claim. It was fixed the very day I submitted the claim. They have fine print that is about 200 pages long and it talks about what claims they deny, so that's pretty ridiculous.

The house I bought already was covered under Choice Home Warranty. Every time I call them with a problem, they have a repair person at my house within a day. My thermostat and hot water heater needed replacing, and they came and did the job well. They send professional people to fix and replace things. I've been very pleased with them so far!

When my furnace went out, they had someone out here within 24 hours. They sent someone great to repair it. The person they sent was very helpful in fixing our problems. I did some research on a handful of different companies and I read some customer reviews and it seems like choice has the most consistent customer reviews. I also like the price. Those are the reasons I chose it. So far I’ve had two experiences with them. It’s been pretty good. Our garbage disposal stopped working two or three days after we moved in and they came the next day to fix it. We also had an issue with the cook top that they fixed.

The 2 times I’ve called them they were very responsive. one time was for a clogger drain and they were out and got it fixed and the other time it was for my garbage disposal, it was not connecter right, it was fixed within thirty minutes. They were there on time and worked diligently.

Less expensive than other companies. I’ve never had any problems. Just recently I needed to use my warranty to fix my furnace and the technician came out and in three weeks I needed them to come back and they did it in a timely manner. Some things are not covered that I thought should be.

Usually they are prompt in responding to your inquires. When I was having electrical problems, they let me know the schedule. The person came and did the work. I’ve never had any problems with any of the technicians. There was incident where it was hard to get someone to come out to do the work but normally it isn’t a problem.

When I first went with Choice, I saw they had great online reviews and the price was in a good range for me. I've always gotten my questions answered immediately if I call. They're a very friendly customer service oriented company. I had to get my stove top replaced and got an immediate response. It was fixed within a week and a half. I've never had problems with them and everything they've done has worked out for me.

I had an issue finding a contractor in the area, and their customer service team wasn't very helpful about that. Once I needed my air conditioner fixed and they couldn't find anyone and left it up to me to find someone to fix it. I had to replace my washer and they first offered me $250 to help cover the cost, which wouldn't cover it. Eventually they gave me a sufficient amount of money to buy one.

I like that it gives me peace of mind. I’ve called them twice and both times, they responded immediately. The first time was for the stove and dishwasher and the second time it was for the air conditioner. The guy for the ac didn’t return in a timely manner but when I called them he was came out within twenty four hours. I am happy with it though it is a lot of money if you don’t use it.

Excluding one vendor, I’ve been very satisfies with the people they’ve sent and developed a relationship with them over time. I’ve had good experiences with their customer service and two instances when I did not receive good customer support. One was this last summer when a vendor came to my house and there was an issue and I called to get another person sent out and they would not. It would be nice if it were clearer what was covered and not covered.

It's a good deal and they are very prompt to answer when I put in my claim. They select good people to do the work. A couple of months ago my dryer broke and the technician came out within two days. It took him a while to get the part but that wasn’t choice’s fault and I was still very happy that it was fixed.
