As a returning customer, the only complaint I had was the HVAC coverage, but it appears they have updated that policy. I had a few reasons to use Choice previously and it was money well saved. When I found Choice it was after an disastrous experience with another vendor, my returning to choice for a second year, and now on a multi year policy, is because they are pretty responsive and don't make excuses to avoid covering a repair. They are, to me, a reliable partner.

Over the years I have been very satisfied with your service. However, last year I was extremely frustrated when I believed the contractor was trying to charge me for items he could not explain. My frequent calls to Choice got me no where. I finally discontinued that claim and tried again later. This time the new contractor again told me I was to pay for unexplained items and again response from Choice was lacking. I reread my contract, which I should have done before. Choice should have explained to me with my first call just what was happening instead of saying "that's what the contractor told us. it was going to cost." Not why he was charging me so much over my contract fee.

I've worked with Cortina's and Sons before. They do great work and provide a good deal of explanation regarding what they're doing and why. They thoroughly explain what the costs (if there are additional costs) are for and what is covered under the standard call-out fee. They're an excellent partner.

Technician was fantastic resolved issue immediately. Technician arrived hours ahead of designated time. Issue: AC unit was not producing cool air when running. Live in Arizona at heat during issue was 100 degrees at time of issue. Choice Warranty had issue resolve under 36 hours when reported at 8pm Sunday night.

The person that came to repair the garage door was polite and knowledge. I am very satisfied with his services. My concern is that it took extremely long time to set the appointment. It was a kind of an emergency because my care was lock in the garage and I could not get out for a week.

Its a good value.. Out of 3 claims all were attended to in less than 3 days. One was for an HVAC condensation pump which was replaced on the first visit. The oven claim took 2 inspections and a month after they still haven't delivered the replacement oven. A sump pump claim was dismissed because they claim it was rain and not normal tear and wear which damaged the pump. When they sell or renew they don't explain that there is a $50 visit fee. Also, their definition of normal tear and wear is too subjective and biased to their advantage. I rate them a C++ or B--

The initial process for making a claim is very easy and accommodating effort from the responding representative. Unfortunately, the overall process once the claim had been made and the technician/service provider has been assigned is where the lag in service begins. After the service provider comes out to make an observation to access the need: if the repair is not perform upon first contact, at that point then the back and forth between CHW and the assigned provider causes a problem for the client who has requested the claim for service. A speedier process for keeping your clients happy and satisfied should be placed at fore front when decisions need to be made: Client getting a quick resolve to repair should be considered in order to preserve the Quality of Service with the Customer in Mind. I was pleasantly surprised with this claim: The technician came out at the assigned time ( one week after the initial claim), the technician fixed my dryer the part was replaced, the same day, which was unexpected. I did not have to wait another one or two week for a decision to be made for the best cost effective decision

They sent a serviceman out the same day as I called. Unfortunately, due to the lack of available parts it took a while for repairs which ultimately could not be completed as an important component was no longer available. I was disappointed that it took a couple of weeks for a decision to be made by Choice on how to handle it and then almost a month to receive what they offered towards a replacement appliance. Still I am told by friends using other companies that this seems to be home warranty system wide.

They came in and resolved the problem in record time and put me back on track to having average utility bills. I can't them and CHW enough; I appreciate it!!!

Fuse HVAC & appliance repair did a good job of trouble shooting both the washer and dryer. Their follow up with parts and scheduling for new parts to be installed was also good. We had a little trouble understanding Vladimir O english explaining the problem with both appliances and installation but were able to add enough of our thoughts of what he was trying to communicate and got the answer to our questions. He did a great and thorough job and we are very pleased.

The tech was prompt, courteous, respectful, and polite. The tech walked in, I told him what the problem was, and he entered the room where the dryer was and performed his observation. He took about 20 minutes, and he explained the problem. He said he had to make a phone call for approval. He explained which part he needs to finish the job. After another 20 minutes, he came back in with the part and proceed to complete the job. Within another 20 to 30 minutes the job was done.

I liked when Mr Henry O, came to my home that he was on time and ready to go to work. Henry requested information about the issue that I was facing. I gave him all of the information that he had requested to possibly get the job done. Henry was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He ordered the part, came back to home on February 5, 2024; completed the job and told me that there would not be a charge , because of me being a home Choice Warranty. Mr O made my day.
