I used it today. For some reason my heating utin went out and I got a quick reply, very courteous, and it works for me. Customer service is great, very professional and caring. The guy who came out to service me was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what was going on within five or ten minutes and he took care of it immediately.

There are multiple ways to schedule appointments and phone or email confirmations are good, they work really well. I had a leaking refrigerator that the water would not work and they sent out a technician. It took him a couple of visits but he got it fixed for me and it's working fine now.

The first one was when the garbage disposal stopped working and I called and they sent somebody out the next day and they fixed it real fast. We had a little trouble with the first electric company they sent out but eventually they got the right people and got the job done and everything works perfect so they were good about sending someone else when the first service people didn't work out.

WE've had really good luck with this. As soon as we call, someone takes care of us and they send one out in a reasonable length of time. One time our microwave quit working and it was the latch on the door. The gentleman came and fixed it in like five meniutes.

They've always gotten back to me. As far actually covering things, it doesn't always do that. My latest claim was on a microwave built-in and the digital display was going out and they did send someone out. They said they couldn't replace it. The cost is going to be more than the microwave. They made me an offer that I already knew I couldn't replace the microwave for so I denied that. I did work with someone who was able to get me a little more, still not as much as I think it's going to cost to replace the microwave but I'mjust waiting for that check. It would have been nice if the check could come faster, I haven't seen it yet.

Ten days back I saw this brownish kind of water coming out of my water heater and I called and Choice Home Warranty was good enough to arrange for somebody to come call me withing three days. It was timely and the technician who came knew what he was doing which was good to see.

We signed up for Choice Home Warranty when my father-in-law lived with us. We had such a great experience, I renewed for another five years. Whenever I placed a service request, Choice Warranty was responsive that very day getting it scheduled for service. If they could not fix, a replacement offer was made.

They're not always super fast at responding but most of the time they are. Once when I used it, my double oven wouldn't work. What happened was that the part is no longer available and they chose to replace the item but instead of giving me enough money to replace it, they gave me just a partial amount of money so I had to take a lesser item than what I originally had.

They've gotten the job done in a pretty good length of time. The gentleman that came over and did the work was great. The only problem I had was that the garage door didn't work. He came over and did what he could and laughed and the garage door messed up again. I had to call back over here so it took me two or three times with him to get my garage door fixed.

I've had them for many years now. Most of the time they give you fast service and work with you. When you put a claim in they usually respond right away. I needed it for my air conditioning so they sent the guy here and he got back to choice and told them what I needed. Choice approved it and they had to order the part which took about a week to get here. They were very courteous and did an excellent job.

I've had them since 2011. I think they are a good company. They do a good job with selecting people to do the maintenance. I've only had one time I haven't been happy with a company and they corrected it immediately. Everybody follows through. Choice Home Warranty has always taken care of us. They let me renue with the same rate and copay.

I had some bad experiences with other companies so a friend recommended Choice. Compared with other companies I've been so far I have a much more better experience. Usually when I contact them they receive the call immediately and they try to help me out as quickly as possible. Overall the experience is good. They have been flexible with me if I've needed to change an appointment.

The only problem I have with choice is that if you have an emergency or something happens on a holiday or a weekend nobody can come out until a business day. A couple of weeks ago I used them for my heat. I had to keep calling them to get someone to come out sooner. The guy did come out on a Sunday and it only took the guy a few minutes to get it started.

I've attempted to use my warranty and found out on at least two occasions that the problem was not covered by the policy. On other occasions I have had excellent service in a timely manner. I don't believe that everyone they contract with is necessary the best in their business. I am very satisfied with the ease of contacting an agent when I have a new claim.

My furnace stopped working. They contractor came over and diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day with a new part and everything started working fine and it's been working since. I've only had problems with one contractor who told me he couldn't make it after I had waited a day. Choice gave me a new contractor who came the next day.

I've never had a problem. I've always gotten service within a day or so they've even replaced a couple things for me. They always assigned somebody right away. I did once have someone I didn't like but I request not to assign that person again. Their prices have been consistent. For the amount of times I've used them I think it's pretty good.

They have very good customer service, it's 24 hours and they set up appointments quickly and have good online support. The copay is low and when my furnace broke, they were here the next morning to fix it and they had to get parts approved and they were approved right away.

The price is very good. I like the keep the prices the same after all the years of service. All the other companies increase the copay every year and I keep paying the 45 dollars with choice. We didn't like the other warranty company that charged us more in a deductible and tried to fix things that didn't need to be fixed so we switched to switch and the company itself is trustworthy but the workers are not. About two weeks ago my refrigerator was making a sound and they sent a repairman, who charged me a hundred dollars instead of the deductible because he said choice was not going to pay the claim on the refrigerator and he said if anyone asked he changed the condenser, when all he did was use my vacuum sweeper to clean this little place in the back and he put in a claim with choice for the new parts.

I shopped around and found choice was one of the best warranty companies. They are expensive but it's reasonable, you get what you are paying for. They've always responsive and it's seamless. It's very helpful for minor repairs in the house.
