Liked most: The repairman sent was very competent and helpful. Liked least: The amount for a "replacement" of the cooktop that couldn't be fixed was $371. A comparable replacement will cost over $2,000.

I would give zero stars if I could, because CHW is a ripoff. They say they will replace appliances with likeness of current appliance but what they really do is give you 30% of a new appliance cost!
