I honestly wish that I could leave 0 stars, but that still might be generous. Their service is truly horrible. Getting them to cover any claim is a battle, even the people they contract out hate working for them. I have wound up having multiple systems repairs and replacements for which they have covered $1,500 (they owe another $500 but wont pay). Keep in mind that the remainder of the costs that I paid is $15,000. That is a lot of money to to have to pay when you have "coverage".

I am not a fan of Choice Home Warranty. I've had the warranty for 1 1/2 years and have had 6 service calls; 4 resulting in problems. Technicians continually say broken part is not covered under warranty. Then when I get a 'non-warranty' repairman in to fix the issue, they say its a different part that's broken, which would have been covered under warranty! I cannot trust CHW warranty repairmen to tell truth.

HORRENDOUS customer service!!! Have filed 3 claims on major appliances. Each claim took multiple months to resolve. Each claim required lots of red tape, run around and headaches!! They required that we double pay the service call fee for a service that they could not provide on 2 of the claims! If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat!!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!

Horrible !! My dryer died and I was offered 299 to buy a new one. NOT POSSIBLE! so I was assigned a CM on 9/4... I called and emailed HASSAN every day... she never called me! 9/18 I said I was cancelling and someone in retention offered me 399. Now I get $399 to replace my $650 dryer in 30 DAYS! I was told many times no supervisor or manager was available but one would call me - never did! So no calls from this company and in 60 days I can get a new dryer :-/

Choice Home Warranty has been absolutely terrible. They do not deserve the one star that I was obligated to leave. I had 6 appointments - before a technician actually showed up to look at my sump pump. When I called to express my displeasure and to see what the issue was, the “supervisor” could careless that I had missed three days of work or actually solving the problem. I would not recommend this company at all

The company does not honor their warranty contract. They denied my service request, because Choice Home Warranty arbitrarily made a decision, that the AC issue was a pre-existing condition. There was no proof that they had to make such a decision. The service provider did not think it was a pre-existing condition. I appealed the determination and received a denial from the same individual that denied it the first time. There is no higher authority to appeal to.

My fridge stopped keeping things cold. The sensor reads 38 degrees for fridge and -2 for the freezer. A temperature probe reads 65 in both. We called choice over two weeks ago. They sent out one service guy in 3 days. The next service guy came out in an additional 4 days. Both had to report back to choice before they could repair the fridge. Well, it’s two weeks later. Not fixed! Not scheduled for actual repair. I was sold the policy based on how fast the repair was supposed to be! Choice is the worst I’ve ever encountered!

Home Choice Warranty Is not #1. They are scammers and have horrible customer service! They lie about their services. Stay away from this company! The company takes too long to take care of claims and they give you the run around to avoid taking care of their responsibilities as a company to warranty what is in the contract you paid for! This company needs to get it together and be more professional and take care of their customers. Probably lack of training within the company.

I have Ed AC repaired washer replaced no oven and stove. They have been fair and pretty easy to work with But if the room appliance needs to be replaced the replacement cost is always more than they allow.

CHOICE home warranty is a scam, but the company that was sent out to diagnose my AC issues were INCREDIBLE. I will NEVER recommend CHOICE, EVER, but Tyson Services Air Conditioning and Heating are lovely people who actually care about their customers, unlike CHOICE, who couldn’t care less about anyone but themselves and finding a way out of paying for any claims.

I am totally disappointed with Home Choice Warranty. First time buyer, AC went out and you couldn't find a technician to come out but it was ok for me to find one. Pay up front and then be reimbursed. But only if you follow the instructions. So while I am having the AC fixed, I won't be there to help follow the instructions and no doubt no reimbursement.

It took us almost 2 weeks to get a plumber out here to fix our shower leak. In the meantime, the shower leaked into the ceilings of our lower level, causing heavy damage which will probably range in the thousands of dollars. New ceilings, new flooring, new walls, and mold remediation. If you had been able to get a technician out here sooner, this would not have happened. We are not happy with your service!

This is the 2nd time we've had to use our warranty and we are not pleased! The first time, it took us a month before our issue was resolved with our washing machine. The 2nd time, we were told that our issue with our furnace blower wheel wasn't covered under normal wear and tear. The furnace is barely 2 years old! The technician had taken the cover off the furnace. He left stating that he would probably be back the next day and never returned. This is now day 2 without AC! We do NOT plan on renewing our contract and recommend that other stay away from Choice Home Warranty.

This company is horrible to work with. We filed an AC claim on June 30th and 60 days later our AC is still broken. They sent out repairmen that did not show up, then another that just put Freon in and it did nothing and left. They have done nothing but make excuses and not fixed out AC correctly. They are now denying our claim after 2 months of waiting for them to fix it. Run from this company!

Third class operation interested only in collecting your dollars. Will do anything to avoid paying a claim. Worst warranty company I have ever dealt with. They are being investigated for fraud by the Arizona Attorney General! I have reported them to the New Jersey Attorney General for misrepresentation of their warranties. They refuse to return calls or respond to online requests for info or status on claims.

These people are nothing but a bunch of liars, cheaters, swindlers! We purchased a policy almost 5 years ago I paid thousands of dollars in premium and now we finally file a claim because our refrigerator is broken and they want to give us $500 for our $3000 refrigerator. Even though they say they will replace an appliance they don’t actually do that they give you like 1/5 the amount that it cost to replace. We even have a recording from our salesman trying to explain how They replace the appliance with either the same appliance or one that is better. Nothing but a huge lie.!

Let me tell you beware! Before u purchase this insurance I had it for 9 months and I placed 2 claims 1) refrigerator 2) home Ac and both times my claim was denied!!! They give you so much Tun a around to do the repair!! If your appliances don’t break down a certain way (their way in fine print) I paid $80 on top of that to be told I’m DENIED!! Omg I’m sick of them don’t buy these I arrancar this one is no good!! They dont repair!!then the people who they send want to charge you more $$$$$ omg I’m done ✅ with this I insurance that covers nothing!!! Beware of the fine print!!

When I cancelled this month they now say they will not pay because I cancelled them. Why would I keep paying $41.00 per month for nothing. Lies and Crooks. They should be in jail for stealing from their customers.

We have used this company for two years. They have serviced our air conditioner three times. In the middle of the hottest month (115 degrees). Our ac dies. They say it can’t be fixed and refuse to pay for a new unit or new parts! What is the purpose of a warranty if they don’t fix your things?!?! And instead of calling us to say they declined it the sent and email. Do not use this company! It’s just a scam to get your money!

We filed a claim for dishwasher on 7/18, tech was supposed to come out on 7/21, no one showed up. Then we called again & finally as tech came a week later. We had to call the company to follow up and they said that they will only pay $180 to replace Kitchenaid dishwasher. We have tried to speak to manager/supervisor on multiple occasions without any success. Fed up with them!! I will never recommend Choice home warranty to anyone
