They are horrible. They are a scam. We have had them for over 20 years and in the last couple years it has gotten horrendous. The vendors are very bad and you cannot even talk to anyone to get any help.

It is awful. The repair last just a couple of days. I called today to have someone else come up and was told I would have to pay another service charge. The initial call was on 7/14 and today is 8/14. This is ridiculous.
