It takes several visits to get a problem corrected. If an appliance or kitchen or bathroom fixture needs to be replaced, they replace with the cheapest fixture.

The service I have receives has been terrible. I filed the claim for my AC unit on 5/11/22 as of today 6/7/2022 the part has not been order to repair my unit. I was told on 5/24/22 that the part was ordered on that day.
