Price is reasonable and the coverage is good. I needed to use my warranty for a broken circuit breaker in my fuse box. They sent a repairperson out and my issue was fixed. In most cases, I’ve had good service. Occasionally I have issues with a vendor but that is not usually the case.

Customer service is okay. It takes a long time to answer so that is a frustration. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of the service once they get someone out to you. It took two weeks for them to get to my AC. They do help with things that would be expensive. It is a good product.

I have several claims that I have made that were denied that were clearly within the scope and should have been awarded. I had a crack in the Freezer section of a refrigerator that was about three years old and I had a repairman come from two ten warranty and the repairman said it was not repairable and would need to be replaced and the two ten decision makers said that they would not cover it because it obviously came from mistreatment.

I'm not real good on the computer, I need to talk to a person and it was easier for them for me to do it on the computer. The baseboard heaters didn't work and they said that we had to get a electrician and there's just gonna take so long so we were able to get our own. It took a couple tries to get the problem fixed.

I took advantage of the home lock securing thing to change my lock. Only that I had no knowledge of how much would be reimbursed. I looked all over the website trying to find out when I made this claim what was the maximum amount for the locksmith in changing the locks, nowhere did they tell me what the maximum was so I only got a hundred dollars out of like three hundred dollars and I have no idea you know what what determined that amount because I had no idea upfront so I wish they would just be a little bit more forthright with what the claim amount is for that particular reimbursement.

You'd expect equipment replacements to be of equal or better funtionality. Our programmable thermostat was replaced with a cheaper non-programmable one, because, no surprise, the contracted company didn't have those. It makes sense that a home warranty company would send such a contractor because... they're trying to save or make money. It's not a good feeling every time we need to adjust the thermostat. Wonder if they're worth it when all is said and done. One bad experience is enough. Customer service rep seems okay in their job, but we have doubts about the warranty company. Trust.

It used to be better. I don’t like that I have to wait a long time when want to talk to someone on the phone. I don’t like having to do everything on the computer but calling can take up to two hours. Recently I had someone scheduled to come out but they cancelled and it was confusing because I had to redo the order. For the most part the service is fine. We have to wait for parts for things. The price keeps going up. We have considered cancelling. It used to be excellent but now it is average for the price.

They’ve done well with customer service. I’ve had some issues with getting my micro wave fixed but I don’t think that was there fault. It was the contractors they hired. Someone came out pretty quickly but they had to order a part. After a month and half of calling them, I finally got them to fix it.

They have an extremely long wait time, the website doesn't provide the answers one needs and they end up trying to call a live agent. My washer broke down they sent a company didn't fix it properly, and three other companies over a month and a half we're still trying to get it resolved so not very satisfactory. 2-10 customer service been responsive, but the subcontractors they've been using have not been very useful.

I have been with 2-10 for more than 10 years. Except for 1 or 2 cases, we can report an overall good experience with the level of service, and the quality of providers. Hoer 24 hours turnaround response can be tough when you have a broken heating system in the deep of winter. There should be priority for some types of critical breakdowns.

Recently, when I moved in last month, I found out that the water heater was turned off and when I tried to turn it back on, I was unsuccessful, so I filed a claim just to have somebody inspect it make sure that it was able to be turned back on or if it has to be replaced. They did send somebody over in a couple of days and he was able to get it on. But it was ultimately a very bad experience because apparently, the guy ended up turning it on at the lowest setting, giving me very lukewarm water results. They did not we make sure that the water is heated up correctly before payment and leave. It was easy to get in touch with Two Ten Home Buyers Warranty and they did get somebody over to turn on the water heater quickly at the end of the day when it when Two-Ten consider my claim to be completed they didn't fully complete the request. They sent a second specialist to look at the water heater afterwards because I was getting luke warm results, and he specified that the water heater needed to be replaced given that it is a seventeen almost eighteen year old unit but normally only lasts about fifteen years. Given that they recommended replacement but it was not covered and I'm still waiting to find out what to do about that. While filing everything online is definitely easy, when I called to inquire about the status of my claim and the status of completion I get the same answers over and over that didn't make sense to the situation, so ultimately the issue was not resolved. It was relatively easy to get in touch, you can file the claim do everything online but when dealing with a person over the phone it was very, very unnatural conversation they kept repeating the same questions and answer over and over without providing a proper explanation that made sense to the claim. It makes zero sense why any real estate agent would recommend that we get the warranty when you purchase the house, given that most homes are used and will have pre existing conditions (in the case of my water heater it is a seventeen year old unit) it is one hundred percent guaranteed to have pre existing conditions and if that's the reason why Two-Ten won't cover any replacement then I cant give them more than 2 stars because everything in a non-new construction home is preexisting

I had a hot water heater issue so I called two to ten and they had a plumber come out and take a look at it and repair it same day. The way they handle their cases and stuff is really on point.

It's pretty good. We've used it for appliances and other problems and we have used the interface with the computer and apply and fill that out for our problems and usually got a call from the service person. We've been pleased with the service we have received except for the very first time that we used it.

The heat didn't work and the tech came out and looked at it and figured out what's wrong with it and they're coming out for repair tomorrow. Very quick response and always knowledgeable about the necessary repair.

I used my home warranty because recently I had an issue with my toilet they got a contractor to me really quick. I had to have him come out again later for the same issue and I had to pay the $75 fee again. The service is pretty quick, they are pretty quick in turn around with contractors that came to perform the work.

It's quite inexpensive for what it covers, but the service isn't always as good as I'd like. My sink was leaky because it was not installed well. It lacked some support and so the pipes lost their connections. The contractor that came and helped replaced most all of those pipes indicating that they were also too short so the small change should not have caused the leaking but it did and he repaired that. Some of the things I reported have been handled quickly and others I had a hard time getting a response.

It was a part of the house when I bought it. I haven't had good experiences. My air conditioning unit went out and it took over three months to get it taken care of. It was pretty ridiculous. They need to have better communication. There was only one person that I spoke to who actually knew what was going on. Also there were times when I was on hold for an hour and a half. I am thankful my unit was replaced but I was upset it took so long. I swear I am paying more than I am supposed to.

Good job, excellent service. The last time that I used it was when my electric water heater was damaged and 2-10 guys replaced it. They act quickly as far as when I need something to get the repaired, whatever it is, whatever I needed in my house.

Most of the time when I call in they will give me a person that is not even in the network. Nobody checked to see whether they're in our network and then they give me the information. I have that every time I call. Probably about a month ago I call about my air conditioning they gave me a person the other day and service the area then I had to call back the next day to start the process again. The service personnel that have been out are not good at they are mediocre.
