The first time I had to use the warranty was when a condenser fan failed in the refrigerator. I submitted a ticket online that day. I think within two days someone was on site and replaced all the parts it took to work.

Recently I need to use the warranty because my refrigerator broke down, initially they sent out an electrician feeling it was electrical issue it was not, so a little over a week later an appliance repairman come out replace that part and it was determined that the refrigerator could not be repaired and I needed a new one, so now I'm coming up on two weeks without a refrigerator and the decision has been made to take the replacement. Its too slow, but the process was just to spot in the meantime I'm having to get take out and it's getting very costly.

Have submitted 2 claims. One went well. The other not. Needed to use outside vendor due to 2-10 service not being able to correct the situation for weeks. Was told what was needed to use an outside vendor and given authorization. So I thought. When I submitted the claim it was denied for not following a step. I've called requesting it to be reviewed. However no communication, feedback or results.

It is a bit expensive but I’ve had one bad experience when they went out a plumber and then they told me I needed an electrician. Both were our quickly. They were very friendly and courteous. They explained what they did. It was very nice and pleasant.

Back in August of 2021 I put in a claim for our HVAC system that wasn't working and finally got someone resolved although now we're finding that it is no broken again but it took what was it six months almost seven months for the work to be done because between the warranty company and the contractor no one would communicate with each other to update what was going on so it just kept going back and forth back and forth and I actually had to be the one to step in and do all the legwork of communicating back and forth back and forth and following up and I don't think that I should have to do that as the customer of the home warranty company I think that that should have been through the home warranty company and the contractors having a better communication process. You can never get through to talk to anyone the phone is always busy and I've been on hold for over an hour waiting on on trying to get a hold of somebody.

Yes well I used it a few times and basically they've been okay pretty good. Except for the last time I'm a little disappointed because there was a part of the refrigerator that they could not get within a timely manner they just and I don't know the legal stuff but instead of just replacing the unit itself because they're the ones who couldn't find a part or whatever they just offer me the three hundred dollars for a three thousand dollar refrigerator so I'm still disappointed by that.

Its very hard to talk to anybody if you actually have to talk to somebody about a problem. I had a big problem in my air condition broke and I cost me six thousand dollars and they pay six hundred dollars. They're contractually isolated and if there's anything gray you're gonna lose, but they do what they say in their contract thats nearly six hundred pages.

Very helpful. I've actually had to use warranty three times when I moved into this house. First time went really well with the plumbing issues the second time was the furnace going out and that when I had an issue with the tech not knowing what he wanted to do or how to do it and then he wanted me to pay and five hundred extra dollars to take a hot water heater out of the way because he didn't want the hot water heater there and I called and spoke to the two ten representative and her manager because the price is a mess on that. Probably about 2 and a half. I had to wait an hour on the phone with representative and then I had to talk to her manager because I had trouble with a tech that they sent out not knowing what they were doing.

I think overall that's a pretty good job. We had to have our conditioner looked at and that took a little bit longer but It was also at a time where It was hot out so, I know a lot of people have problems with that here. I would say overall we've had a good experience. They were quick to get back to assign someone to have that company and call.

Just about a month and a half ago my oven quit working and they dispatched me to a local appliance service but the parts was backordered so I went a month and a half without an oven and that sucked. It's impossible to get in touch with an operator, you have to stay on the line and press multiple numbers for anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes before you actually talked to somebody.

The service is fine, it's just sometimes really difficult to get a hold of the people at the offices to get the service accomplished. I had to used my warranty for two items. The furnace and it's been repaired and taking care of, my kitchen appliance stove is still in the process of being fix and that one is a little harder to take care of because they had no repairman that was in network so it's an out of network repair so I'm gonna have to get reimbursed after I've paid for it. It is very difficult to get them on the phone.

It's hard to get in touch with anyone and I've had issues with some of my calls in the past. My dishwasher just went out and it took over three months for me to get it fixed. Trying to contact with the contractor that wasn't responding and eventually found out it was on back order and then they were able to order the part instead of the contractor and then they got it fixed but it took too long to get it fixed.

Yes I had to used my warranty for my hot water heater and they sent someone out but the first people they sent out misdiagnosed it so I called 2-10 and asked them to send someone different and they did. It takes a long time on hold and such to get a hold of the representative.

I've been with 2-10 for two years and ultimately the price is going up. Some of the contractors are better than the others. Our kitchen faucet leaked and I have contacted 2-10 online. The contractor quickly contacted me within twenty four hours and came up the next day. I had to purchase the faucet and upon purchasing the faucet the contractor came out the following day to install it. The telephone is not good, long waits. The online is good it's quick and fast.

Some of the contractors who have been sent out have been excellent but others have not been as good and I ended up having to ask someone to come back for the same problem again. Not enough clarity in showing what's covered and what's excluded. Once we noticed the toilet running constantly and so contacted 2-10 they sent out a plumber and fixed the problem.

Yesterday I needed to use my warranty. I was at work my computer system was down so I couldn't go on to the portal or call it's been over an hour and a half trying to speak to somebody never did. I made an appointment online through the phone, but had to cancel it because it doesn't really give you options to make several complaints with the same system, so for example if you have a plumbing issue and that's something wrong with your thinking your call it you can report and pay a one time fee but this is only allow me to report one, so when I called the company schedule an appointment like we're not going to look at your sink because not on the ticket. So they have taken away the ability to speak the customer service rep and everything has to be done online which is you know very frustrating.

They don't have local providers or service contractors so you have to get your own provider but then when the provider gets it they have to call for prior approval and sometimes I have to hang on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour. I was told by one of the reps that I should call myself a half hour before the provider is expected. Every time I the warranty eventually they provide someone to come and fix what I need but it took us quite a bit of time and quite a bit and many phone calls.

Overall we are happy with 2-10. They have come in clutch. There have been times when it was difficult to get in touch with them because it was the weekend. They were able to get me all the parts to fix the ac within 2 days.

My pool pump wasn't working and I contacted two ten through their app and they sent out a pool company and a couple of days later it was fixed. I have been happy with their service. I reupped my contact for another year.

I do think they are the best warranty out there. Wait time for the calls is way too long. The contractor they sent for the washer repair was very good. The service was set up promptly but they had to reschedule so both me and my husband had to take half days off work.

All of it is online so I can never speak with anyone to help me figure stuff out. The one or two times I have called, they were good. Great people came out when my microwave quit working. They were polite and nice. They cleaned up after themselves. It is great dealing with them.

Too difficult to get in touch with someone in customer service when you have issues with the providers. I had my hot water leaking and the first person they sent was not showing up and not contacting me. I had to contact and they showed up and took my payment and didn't fix it. I had to send an email to 2-10 to request someone get in touch with me.

Good customer service. Usually the turn around is quick for a service call. I used it a couple of weeks ago because my air unit wasn't working. When I renewed my policy, it didn't end up being the same so make sure to read it when you renew.
