You cant have a refrigerator loaded with food go out Thursday night. Then have someone call Friday afternoon to tell you he can come out Monday or Tuesday. I'm not sure what is happening with 2-10 but I will keep writing bad reviews with good reviews.

The worst company to ever work with. I turned in a claim 2 MONTHS AGO about my water heater. I just had surgery and it’s depressing not to have water to shower with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. RUN FAR AWAY!!

I have been waiting on a review to get my air-conditioning fixed for a month. They will not do a call back and it takes them over an hour to answer your call. They contractor has even tried and no answer or call back. It has been almost a month now. I don't understand why?

we requested services for our air-condition on 7/1/24 up until now nothing has been done and begged them that we had an elderly mother living with us. We paid 2-10 warranty for 5 years now, Im very disappointed. It just shows that they dont care at all for their customers and no compassion for our elderly folks.

Do not even attempt to do business with 2-10. They contract with high pressure contractors that insist on arriving to make repairs that are clearly (per the 2-10 representative) not covered. Realtors pressure sellers to buy this service because it makes the buyer feel secure with the purchase when nothing could be further from the truth!
