2-10 needs to be put out of business. They are not trustworthy. Three months ago I had a problem with my air conditioning and I am still waiting for them to replace it. I live in Texas. It is hot. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. They are taking people's money.

They say they have techs in my area yet scheduled a repair company 3 hours away that couldn't get out for 2 weeks when my unit broke. Wouldn't let me speak with a manager and were completely unhelpful. When the unit wasn't fixed correctly they insisted I had to wait again and use the same repair company because it's all they had.

I experienced A/C problems since June 2021. The problem persist and the process of reporting issues, inquiring about the status of a repair, or getting a contractor to make repairs in a timely manner, is absurd. This has been a horrible experince. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

One time it took me almost three months and having to threaten legal action to have my upstairs air conditioner repaired. Their goal is to give you an incredibly long wait time, give you the run around make it very very very difficult to use your benefit and I think that they bank on that. They bank on people giving up and paying out of pocket.

My roof was leaking and I used the warranty. They called the guy to come out and fix it and it's still leaking. Customer support is very difficult to maneuver, I made a claim and the work still not completed and I can't get it resolved.

Takes forever to get a representative on the phone and their online tool is garbage and confusing to use. Once you have a technician scheduled they close the ticket at resolved even when there's still an issue. They allow bids from companies too far away when local companies would be more convenient - further delaying resolution to your issue.

They are impossible to get on the phone, and have the website set up where you cant contact them by email. They also have a system set up where you get charged for parts without being given an invoice so you cannot file for reimbursement.

Horrible. They don't cover anything. My entire HVAC system went down and they said it wasn't covered because it was "pre-existing". Well, it passed the initial home Inspection and I didn't know about it. Plus, pre-existing is the whole reason for a home warranty. Lol, terrible.

Yep recently my hot water heater went out and it took me four weeks to get one hot water heater. They have bad customer service. I will be leaving the company. Extremely disappointed in the quality control of this company. I have been having hellacious issues with contractors. For example one time I had a problem with the HVAC and he told me that 2-10 didn’t cover it and I would have to pay out of pocket do some ductwork and I found out the job was approved and he just was dishonest.

I was paying twice for one single a service in terms of them coming out. I was told I was going to get my refund on within two to three weeks, and I have yet to get it and I have been in communication with them since the initial service agreement. I use my warranty to get my washer fixed. It took ten days. There was no follow up. They do not provide the full coverage I would expect from a home warranty.

It took so long for Home Buyers to okay the purchase of a hot water tank. It was two weeks and it is horrible to be without water that long. Then we had to pay an extra two hundred twenty five dollars.
