This company practices misleading advertising promises. Many CS reps are outsourced and barely understandable. Management is no better. If you want to wait 3 days minimum for service, and another week for a part, this is the company for you. I only had to use them twice for relatively minor repairs, and this happened both times. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit in order to have my most recent premium returned to me.

We apologize for the issues you experienced when placing a request for service with ARW on your Ice maker and Dishwasher. We do our best to provide the fastest service possible to our customers, however there may be limited times our vendors do not have same or next day availability in the event of non-emergency claims. In addition, each vendor may not have specific parts stocked depending on the type of failure and brand of the appliance. In these instances, parts must be ordered and shipped second day air to the vendor. Our records do indicate these claims were completed and and your last premium refunded to your account.

We had the worst experience with ARW we wanted for one to get our refrigerator fixed. Believe it or not it was a simple fix but that didn’t happen until a different technician was assigned he actually came. The first technician never showed up at our house and ARW took his word over ours and paid him for a billed two trips ( he never I repeat never came to our home. After several calls to the company we finally talked to someone that showed some sympathy towards our problem. Her name is Denise may God bless you. However because of the way we were treated we will still be reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau

American home shield covers total cost. Will be switching back. It's work speaking to someone who doesn't speak good English for the quailty of service.

I have had coverage 2 years or more my first time making a claim I have been waiting almost a month for a part for my refrigerator in the mean time I have lost food. I was told it’s not their fault if my part is on back order. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I have made all the calls no one reached out to me. I am very dissatisfied!!!

The sales people are friendly Beware....they only take responsibility for a bad repair from a company they send out if they pay for the entire repair. I am now out $1900.00 because they only paid part of it. I am the one now having to fight with company they sent out to get the correct part for my heater.

Our washing machine broke. The ARW repair people sent someone out to fix it who charged $350 for a “repair” and then said it was unrepairable. So, instead of getting a check for $500 as we should have to get a new washer, we only got $150. If the washer could not have been fixed, time, money and parts never should have been ordered.
