Have been happy with the system except the cost is a little higher than other systems. We began having issues with some of the equipment after four years of having the service and were told that we would have to pay to replace it. We talked with another company and were told we can have a lifetime warranty on the same equipment and the monthly cost is less. I have felt good about Frontpoint and hate to let it go....but money in the pocket is good for the same security.

I've had Frontpoint since September 2017 and literally have had zero issues. The one hiccup was the system wasn't recognizing one of the window sensors when I installed it. A quick 5 minute phone call and all was working perfectly.

I have called them several times. They are absolutely better than any customer service I have experienced with any other kind of product. I have not had any difficulty with the equipment. I'm very pleased with the service they provide. Everything they've said or told me to do to this point has worked or has come true.

We have been a Frontpoint customer for over 2 years. Their customer service is exceptional but I’m currently concerned about the company’s viability. Recently we had 2 equipment issues. The first the Icontrol digital panel went bad. They didn’t have any in stock and said they were on “backorder”. They sent us the lower cost push button replacement and said we would be notified when they are back in stock. It’s been 6 weeks and I checked a few days ago and stil on backorder. The camera doorbell went bad and it too is on “backorder” and has been for 3 weeks yet our local home depot has dozens on that doorbell in stock. are they in financial trouble and that’s why they have no replacement equipment?

Just recently called for prices so I could compare. The gentleman I spoke to was great. However I don't like the pressure they try to put on you to get their system. It's a 3 year commitment, when I told them I wanted to discuss with my husband as well as compare their system with other systems, I'm told that the only way to get the prices we discussed was to commit now during the 1st call. Hello??? It's like a threat. Not wanting people to make a good choice that suits there budget or to be able to compare what other companies offer. But to make a quick decision. If the company truly stood behind how great they were they wouldn't fear you shopping around before commiting to a 3 year commitment. If so choose this company and call back and I am not honored the prices we 1st discussed, I'll be back and re-rate this company and go with another company. If they do honor it, Ill come back and re-rate as well. Just left the same review for another company who said the same thing.

locking you into a 36 months contract you have to pay 80% to leave is awful. They promised me i could add on panels to the touchscreen unit but found out that was a lie. The app and hardware is not created by them so there is not a lot they can do when its lacking functionality, but they have worked with alarm.com to make it better the support is awful. only 24hour chat support is acceptable...they don't have chat support...takes days to reply to an email, and instead of replying to your email, they will call every number on your account, at night after dinner. $50 a month seems like a lot the accessories they carry except for the lack of secondary panels, are pretty good

I've had Front point for several months now. I am very happy with the customer service and the simplicity of setting up the system plus the biggest selling factor for me was the smash-and-grab protection preventing anyone from destroying the base station and deactivating the system. Very satisfied!

I have had Frontpoint for two years and customer service has been very good. Police showed up on a false alarm in 10 minutes. The equipment is GE and Camera's are Alarm.com. Most companies use both. A dead back up battery has been my only issue.. Good control module and sensors. Easy to install and tech support has talked thru set ups and issues quickly.

I picked Frontpoint because of their combination of alarm and home automation features. I've got a number of technical issues with most aspects of my system. However, their customer support has been good. They are effectively a reseller of GE and Alarm.com services, and I think that really holds them back. However, they also continuously fix issues and the system does get better and better over time. Software is really their Achilles heel, and because most of it is created by other companies, I think they have little power over it. But, they do try, have fair pricing, and really care when things are going wrong. I appreciate all that, and plan on sticking with them.

Love our Frontpoint system. It was easy to install, instructions that came with the system were very clear, and it works great. We love having the app that lets us monitor the system and turn it on and off from our phones. When someone is staying in our house, we can see that they've activated the system when they leave (and if they haven't, we can), and if they forget their code, we can turn the system off for them.

After installation, I had confidence leaving our property with ease of mind knowing that the system worked to protect my property. There are no phone lines to be compromised, and Frontpoint's encrypted technology also protects our property against the most sophisticated burglary attempts. Included for our convenience was mobile apps that notifies you immediately and you can monitor the property by live video footage with 2way audio anywhere, also saving time and anxiety with automated controls like lights, door locks, and thermostat adjustments. My personal experience with Frontpoint was stress free and the information, installation process was more than I expected especially considering the affordability. Absolutely amazing cost savings services!

Too inconvenient for me to install myself. And Frontpoint has no problem turning off my recording rules when I have exceeded my monthly limit but can't seem to let me know or turn it back on at the beginning of the month.
