I'm being robbed by Brink's! BEWARE: BRINK'S DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I agreed to renew my contract with brink's for 24 months. I agreed responding to their email. I found out later, there was small print on the email stating I agree to 60 months renewal. This was not apparent to me in the email or I wouldn't sign as I plan on moving. I would never agree to 60 months. I don't feel protected by Brink's, I feel scammed by a deceitful company.

I like how reliable their security system is , gives me total control over the house. This company Vivint has provided me with advanced features which i absolutely needed like hd cameras , motion sensors that works execellently and also includes smart locks. They also provided detailed guides on how to operate and manage security system easily.

I am looking to replace my current alarm and camera system because they can be a bit flaky. I saw an ad for Vivint and starting poking around the site, filled out the form for an "instant" quote and the phone calls began. The outbound sales team is RUDE. If you say it's not a good time they hang up before you even get the last word out. Don't even ask if there is a better time to call. They call 3-4 times per day, all different sales people and all with the same hang up and move on attitude. I would never do business with a company that treats potential customers like a waste of time.
The Final Word
Brinks and Vivint are both good companies, but the overall best appears to be Vivint with more home automation and better features. That said, it's our pleasure to give you accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information and it's up to you to choose the company that best matches your situation and needs.
