I needed to get my service transferred to a new address. I called and spoke with Elizabeth at Brinks. I cannot believe how nice and professional Elizabeth was. She answered all of my question, transferred my service, provided me new and upgraded equipment and even lowered my monthly payment. I am so glad Elizabeth was the one who answered my call. What a great experience! Super smooth and only took a couple of minutes. Thank you Elizabeth!

Door alarm does not chime or notify if not functional. 3 door alarms do not work. Garage door will not open with new alarm. Not working or alarm sound. Have spoken to several agents and none has returned to correct the problems. Brinks not working.

I like how reliable their security system is , gives me total control over the house. This company Vivint has provided me with advanced features which i absolutely needed like hd cameras , motion sensors that works execellently and also includes smart locks. They also provided detailed guides on how to operate and manage security system easily.

Canceling service from Vivint is a NIGHTMARE!! It took me over an hour to accomplish it. The first 3 calls no one answered. I then found a different phone number and finally got someone. I was asked a ton of questions then they transferred me to someone who asked the same questions and, believe it or not, I was transferred again!! And (no surprise) I was asked the same questions. I guess me saying “I want to cancel service” is too confusing for them. HORRIBLE SHADY COMPANY!
The Final Word
Brinks and Vivint are both good companies, but the overall best appears to be Vivint with more home automation and better features. That said, it's our pleasure to give you accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information and it's up to you to choose the company that best matches your situation and needs.
