Once I got through the AI process when I called, I was placed on hold to talk directly with a customer agent. Trevor was great to work with. After discussing the notification that the FBR Firefighter Device low battery warning was present, he arranged for a Brinks technician to come to my home to fix the problem. He was courteous and professional and helpful.

The representative was prefect!She went above and beyond. I am dissatisfied that "Brinks" isn't considerate enough to offer weekend appointments to the customers who is keeping your company open. Customers work to pay their bills but when a service call is needed we should not have to take off work. Weekend appointments should be an option.

I like how reliable their security system is , gives me total control over the house. This company Vivint has provided me with advanced features which i absolutely needed like hd cameras , motion sensors that works execellently and also includes smart locks. They also provided detailed guides on how to operate and manage security system easily.

Canceling service from Vivint is a NIGHTMARE!! It took me over an hour to accomplish it. The first 3 calls no one answered. I then found a different phone number and finally got someone. I was asked a ton of questions then they transferred me to someone who asked the same questions and, believe it or not, I was transferred again!! And (no surprise) I was asked the same questions. I guess me saying “I want to cancel service” is too confusing for them. HORRIBLE SHADY COMPANY!
The Final Word
Brinks and Vivint are both good companies, but the overall best appears to be Vivint with more home automation and better features. That said, it's our pleasure to give you accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information and it's up to you to choose the company that best matches your situation and needs.
