We were scammed and lied to! We were told we had 30 day free trial. That was a lie. Messed up our accounts. And when we tried to call in to have them come get their equipment, the wouldn't answer the phone. When we finally got through, they said we were too late! They are LIARS AND CHEATS!

I do not like the cancellation process. Just because I don’t qualify under the extenuating circumstances I have to pay an outrageous amount to cancel my membership. I believe that there needs to be an exception for a pandemic like COVID-19 and financial hardships that one deals with.
