I am stuck in a contract for something I am not pleased with. I like the stand alone items like the doorknob and the garage door opener but don't need Vivint to use them. The door bell camera is not as good as Ring and I don't use the security option.

Bad customer service I didn't realise your sales person added a garage remote in the cost. I even told him I didn't need the garage because I was putting in dog doors. I want OUT of this contract and the garage never worked and now I am being told even if I return the equipment I still have to pay. Which I think is wrong

I have trouble since the start up of my service. Can't get a hold of original people who set it up. Hard talking to customer service. You get transfered multiple times and have to explain each time. Can't cancel cause you are stuck with the contract.

Horrible cancellation experience that took 3 months! No written notice after you cancel so you have to take their word that the contract truly has been cancelled. Had to keep calling them every other week for 3 months to get out of it and money refunded. The absolute worst customer service experience.

So far only 1 person has done what they said they would do.the amazing lady I spoke with on Thursday was fantastic and her and her team followed through with a promise that 6 other people made. These questions DO NOT reflect on her at all. I would give her perfect scores but definitely not vivint as a whole which is what your asking for.

Terrible customer service, they’re liars, they hang up on you and just tell you want you want to hear. It took me about 5 calls to just cancel my account all they try to do it sell the entire call, they took money from my account claimed I’d get a refund and it never happened. We have nothing but trouble with this junk,had to take the thermostat out and put my old one back in,Vivint one shut down my heater when it was -5 degrees,every night a camera in my back yard says there’s someone in your back yard over and over all long biggest mistake I made signing a contract for it
