Every time I have an issues, I call up and they have it resolved. I have had issues with camera going off line and some equipment beeping at me and they've helped me.

They are very easy to deal with, however we had quite a few glitches in the first 4-6 months. Getting a larger sensor on one door seemed to take care of the problem. It took too long to come to that solution, though.

The keypad at the door doesn't work very well even with new batteries. Also the app on newer iPhones definitely don't seem to be very good. It says it's disarmed and is armed and or takes a few times to get it to come up. When it works it works that's A good point

The people that I've worked with have been very helpful. I've had a couple of issues with the equipment itself being on a cell phone service because no one told me that I could get wireless. I've had a couple of issues where I couldn't get access to the panel on my cell phone.

They're a pretty chauvinistic company. They called me when my husband was not available and even though I was knowledgeable on the problem, they refuses to talk to me and said they would call my husband back. We have had sever experiences with the product going bad, the last time during a hurricane, the alarm kept going off, and we still haven't heard back from them though t has been 3 or 4 weeks. We had to replace the front door sensors and the living room sensors are currently offline. Their equipment seems to be failing quite quickly.

The customer service is there to respond, although sometimes not helpful. Some of the sensors do not stay linked to their home network. I don't find them a very good company. They like your call number to your cell so if your alarm goes off when you're not at home, they ask you what's wrong but if you're unable to answer the question because you're not at home, then they don't know what to do so it's really not very productive.

They didn't even send all of the sensors we paid for and they numbered 10 of them wrong. The door sensors were going off in the middle of the night and we had NOT even placed them yet because they were numbered wrong and the cops came out, etc. Huge and scary problem. Plus, most of the motion sensors have fallen off of the wall. We spent a couple of hours on the phone with technical support and asked if there was a human they could send out to help with this awful mess and they said that does not exist. We are constantly getting emails from Frontpoint, saying that different zones are "off line" or it's just gotten "back on line" ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS...THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST, MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER!!! I have been very sick for the past 6 months and this had made everything worse. Legal counsel will be helping us with this case!!!

I have heard the alarm go off inside the house, but there is no noise outside. I don't know if the motion detectors work or if the glass breaker alarms work or if the motion detectors work. What I have seen I like. Its just hard to give a best rating when you don't know what really happens when the place is robbed.

It's OK for the price. However, there have been bugs and there is not 24/7 support except for emergencies. I'm not "unhappy" but do not plan to renew. I would recommend to someone wanting an OK Security System at a good price.

I've had a lot of uses with Frontpoint. There have been billing issues with charging my card and it takes forever to get things credited back to my account for several reasons. The coverage does not cover the whole house that I bought for the unit. I've already had to replace the three of the sensors so I'm not happy with the system. There's constantly something that always an error.

Our experience has not been a good one. For starters, the cheap plastic thing that was supposed to stick to the wall next to one of the doors kept falling down and screwing up the system. We also found the hassle of messing with the keypad every time we went in and out to be a huge hassle. So we contacted Frontpoint to cancel the service and they would not allow it!!! Now we are being robbed each month by the company that is supposed to protect people from theft. So you'd better be sure you like it before you even get a chance to try it or you will be wasting a ton of money! Also, wait time on the phone is too long.

When I purchased the service (one for me & one for my daughter). I explained that I did not need to pay for service for my daughter bc she lives in a condo bldg.

It hasn't been a good experience at all with this system! The security system and app are both faulty. Customer service manager was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. As soon as my contract is up, I will be going with another company as soon as possible. The app constantly reads false and says my alarm is disarmed when I'm fact, I armed it. The cameras are always going in and out of service... I do not like this system, period!

My husband passed away and I made the decision to sign up to quickly after his passing. They are eight dollars a month more than a competitive company that has the same equipment. I tried to get them to reduce it to a competitive price but I already signed a contract. I don't have much contact with them. It misfires in the middle of the night and it is uncomfortable to get up and then there is no indication someone has opened or closed the door. I would not recommend them.
