Poor communication, no contract documentation other than their own statements, equipment defective for over two years and no one will fix it, the only way to get responses is to file a complaint with BBB. Worst company we have ever dealt with, - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS!!!

Their customer service is the worst ever! They do not answer their phones ... you can't get a tech out for weeks if you need service, and they are poorly trained. I had 4 service calls for one issue. This time, I have logged over 300 minutes waiting on hold to get my issue resolved. Simply the WORST customer service ANYWHERE, EVER!

Terrible service! We came to the end of our contract, cancelled service in writing and email. While Fluent has acknowledged our d/c…..they have continued to charge us 5 extra months!! NO ONE at customer service center knows how to stop this. I have called into the call center 7 times including today. DONT USE FLUENT!!!!

I've had the system for 5 month and it has not been working. Numerous techs to the house, countless gourmet on the phone and still not working properly. Equipment changed out lots of times, billing has been an issue, customer service has been terrible except for 1 person named Steven. Fluent is terrible and will never recommend to anyone

Moving and trying to cancel account and there is no way to do this, they put you on hold never phone back, very poor service, We have had equipment for 6 years so it is not that are equipment is not paid for. we have to resort to blocking are credit card to stop payment.

These people departed from AlarmTek and were not allowed to disclose the fact they departed. As a result many customers are no longer under Alarm Tek and are paying more money. A lawsuit is likely in the process. My rate went up without any communication. I cannot get hold of anyone - it is disgusting.

The security system did not work. Customer Service was horrible. I had to call repeatedly and the issues and set appointments were never document nor did they attend the meetings. Staff were condescending and my entire experience was horrible when I was looking for help in a serious issue.

ALL the good reviews are from inside the company. They're are over 2,000 complaints about this company at the Georgia Attorney Generals office. Justin G at wsbtv, channel 2 news has done several investigation about this company. He'll send you the videos if you contact him. This company has 1 tech for the state of Georgia. 1 tech guys.

Made a huge mistake signing up for this company ! You will be stuck in a contract even though it is over ,quality isnt good ,poor customer service when theres a problem, the man who hooked up the camereas lied and said they were fluents ( i have no idea who has been watching my house).

These sales people are persistent pests. pretty much have to threaten them to get out of the door way. Their equipment isn't worth their fees or contract, and trying to cancel with them is expensive. Around $3000. Don't listen to sales people, don't sign contracts. Do your home work and hopefully find a honest provider.

They are one of the most dishonest and lowest quality of customer service company, I have ever been in contact with. One of my biggest regret ever, is doing business with them. They do not return phone calls or respond to customer complaints, even through the Better Business Bureau. Please do your research before signing up with them.

After hours service is beyond disrespectful and rude. There is only one person answering and will not help you if the on call technician does not answer their phone and reiterates the exact same line "i am sorry i cannot help you" and "there is nothing i can do"

Fluent uses high pressure sales to get me to switch companies I am now paying $13 more per month. The system does not work well, I have a constant notification that they will only fix if I pay to have someone come out. Not well maintained, over priced and will not allow cancellation. Very unhappy with this company in every possible way

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Alarm system does not work. They want to trouble shoot over the phone. Not paying them to pull my system apart and fix it myself. They book appts to come to fix it and just don't show up. Would not rcommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company! Prices and contract not disclosed, I can tell you that you will be roped into a 5 year contract for equipment that never works. Doorbell sensor goes off 10 minutes after the person is in my house. Driveway cameras that never work. What a joke. Find another company!

I have had panels replaced 5 times. I haven't had service for 3 weeks. They don't return calls when they say they will. I even wrote to the president of Fluent and no response. I am so stressed out over this companies' lousy service I may have a stroke. I want out of my contact. I have contacted a lawyer. That's how aweful this company is!!!

1 year 6 months later finally got a tech. (Mandy P) to help and resolve our issues. Tech support was great today, but last 18 months not the greatest and still paying monthly fees for a system that did not work. Most time I can’t get a hold of tech support for days or weeks. Good luck getting a hold of a supervisor or management. I would not recommend company to anyone. Just want to say though Mandy P was the first person from Fluent that actually cared and fixed our issue in 18 months.
