I was pressured by one of your phone sales people to purchase this. A suggestion I have is to lower the monthly monitoring fee, 49.98 is way to high. The alarm went on and off for an unknown reason a couple of days ago.

I'm pretty disappointed, because I was told about a plan that was cheap, but it didn't end up being true. I had to pay a bunch of money for a system that doesn't do what I want it to do. Their equipment seems great, it's good quality, and it's easy to use. Their customer support has been helpful in solving problems that I've had.

They billed us the minute we agreed on a contract even though I still have not received all the equipment they promised me. It's been about 3 months since we've started the contract and we still haven't gotten enough equipment to even start and we're paying monthly bills. I've called many times to get them to send me what they promised and they keep responding saying they'll get me tracking numbers. The whole sales people and customer service is a bunch of liars.
