My husband and I are older and he was so kind and explained all of our questions sometimes over and over again😊. His name is Carlos N. His customer skills are 5 star for sure and so are his work ethics. You don't find many like him out there anymore! I would like to see that he gets awarded for his hard work if your company provides these perks. He is a true gem in your company. Hopefully a promotion is in his future, he deserves one!

we had security through another company which was absorbed by brinks. no complaints on the old co., and so far no serious complaints for Brinks. they did reduce my payments by 25% when I called and asked, telling them I was going to switch to another co. that was going to cost 25% less. (thanks again brinks). The switch was about a year ago and so far so good. My only complaint was that they sent me an updated panel (at no charge) and it took between 1 and 1&1/2 hours on the phone with a techy to walk me through the switchover process. nothing you can do about that so after a year under brinks I have to say I'm satisfied with the system and other than the switchover have had no need to contact customer service which is about as good as it gets. no time on phone with CS or techs equals a satisfied customer. let's just hope it stays that way.

5 star review - I have previously rewieved PA negatively as they were not complying with reading our military orders in a location in which their services did not extend, causing us to pay for an unused service. However after my review, Protect America has contacted me privately and has cancelled my services. I am VERY pleased with my most recent customer service experience and would consider restarting services if in a location that is not military housing. I am an 11-year Protect America customer and never had a problem with the customer service or tech support. Of course, I've had sensors get old or devices needed replaced through warranty but Protect America has always been on my side. I just renewed for another 48 months. I don't have any issues with the company and I will always have an alarm system. One feature I like is that you can move anywhere anytime without being a hassle. Worth the money for that added protection for my family.

I have only had this system less than a month. Thus far I have had no problems. Having the customer install the sensors may be an issue for someone older and depending upon what type of windows are in the house. What I most like is the monthly cost and the fact that the system is wireless. If you move it goes with you no matter where you live for the term of the contract. I also like the control panel. It is simple to use and aksi acts as a camera if someone gets in your home. My experience with the 3 people I spoke with and helped me get the system on line was great. They were knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend Brinks Home Security to other people.

Great company,great prices and fast response time. On the other hand if you disconnect service for a couple months and you go back you have to start all over again with set up and they may or may not lower your rate. I went back got a lil lower rate but a day later got email from Brinks telling me to come back and service for $15. Well wish they would have offered that day prior. So seems as if not all departments communicate as far as billing and sales. Liked it a lil better when was live watch seemed smaller company and great people. Brinks coming on board made it more corporate but over all still great service.

This is the 2nd renewal of our contract (I wish there wouldn't be any contract coz in my opinion regardless there's a contract or no contract if the customer is satisfied with the service, they would stay longer.). Very good customer service, left with no questions; all was straight forward.. Took their time with me. Since my router and signal were top of the line and fiber optic slight hookup with camera and function of system. But, everything s working fine.. A little problem when you return from Returning back the alarm goes off as soon as you open the door. A little annoying😊. The. Camera line to the a/c is about 6 ft shy of being usfulliy. and not sure if the image could be used for a positive ID by authorities if needed. Satisfied over all with the performance esp compared to ADT price.

The sales representative was thorough, diligent in his explaining the processes, a point system and how the quantity and different peripheral devices affect pricing. Buy down options and honoring online equipment deals. The installation was a breeze, since we did not want a stranger in our home setting up our security, Tim instructed the entire process in phases. The faceplate is simple at best and mountings easily blend into the background of our walls. The notifications of zones is not harsh but pleasant and clean-up was quick. I can say I feel safe with the monitoring system.

The box of equipment came, it was tracked the whole way to our front door. I have a service tech scheduled for this Saturday to instruct me step by step on how to install each piece of equipment. So far, everything has gone seamlessly, from talking to the sales person, to ordering, to the installation. The only drawback I have had thus far is that I told the person I initially spoke with I was going to shop around and that I would definitely get back in touch with him either way to let him know my decision. Before I had a chance to call him back (the following day mind you) he called me approximately 3 times! But other than that, everything has been great!

Great representative, I don't think it's fair that you have to have good credit to have your security system, a lot of people of been through fraud going on for things so you shouldn't penalize them for that, plus you automatically take it out of my checking account each month so you're guaranteed payment so unfortunately I was not able to become a customer

I have had LiveWatch for about 18 months now. I do use an alternative security camera system. This past month, while I was on vacation, my alarm system went off. Within seconds of the alarm, everyone on my contact list had been emailed and sent a text notifying us of the alarm. A few seconds later a representative called me. As he and I spoke I checked my parameter and inside house cameras and determined it was a false alarm. The ASAPer system (LiveWatch’s notification system) works great! The professional, courteous and helpfulness of the rep was outstanding and greatly appreciated.

I have had no problems with this company at all and am very pleased with the alarm service. As a single person, it’s important to me that my home is secure when I’m home or not at home. While I’ve had a couple of false alarms when my cats careened off a window , they appear to have outgrown that wild behavior. In addition, the person who sold me this system was very professional and friendly , and I have no issues whatsoever with customer service and technical support. Almost every company one deals with is going to have customers that are satisfied and those who are unhappy. If you are looking for an alarm company , it behooves you to do your research and make an informed decision.

Moni Security is on top of their game when responding to alerts. They have talked us through resetting our system after alerts and were always very courteous. We feel safe in their care. We have had several false alarms with my husband's medic alert button and they call immediately and send the squad to help. Very prompt and helpful. Resets of the system with their help is easy. I have had the system for about two years and they are great. The installation was easy and they provided great support getting the system up & monitoring. They have very responsive customer service. Their system works well and if any component fails, they replace it no questions asked. BTW, no component has failed! The billing is through automatic deduction and is painless.

I am going to get rid of these guys. I have been using them for about 5 years and our monthly rate is now about double where we started. I got a promotional offer in the mail from a competitor that has great reviews on this site so I am going to switch over to them. Here's an update: ADT sent a mailer offering free equipment and a monthly rate that was much lower than my current provider. Of course, when they get in your house they immediately swap out your panel then start trying to upsell you on a bunch of equipment beyond what was free. They also DOUBLE the monthly rate when you want a wireless key pad versus connection to a land line. They never mentioned it on the telemarketing call to schedule the appointment and it was not in the fine print on the offer. I was going to grudgingly accept everything because it was still a little less per month. Then I called Monitronics to cancel and they offered additional equipment for free, and dropped the monthly rate dramatically as long as we signed on for four more years. We're not planning to move so that was fine with us. The only thing I'm still waiting for is two digital video cameras. I have to call them again to find out the status. I had called Monitronics yearly for the past couple years to get a rate reduction. They dropped it only slightly. It took the threat of moving to a new provider to get the rate significantly lowered. All of these security companies would be much better served to stop playing the rate games and just keep the monthly rates at a reasonable amount. They would have more satisfied customers and reduce the churn and the volume of calls each year asking for a rate reduction.

Before I start, regarding Brendon Nicols review of July 27-Live Watch has only been in business since 2002, so I'm not sure how he's been "locked" into a contract with them for 47 years, making me discount the rest of his review as well. As for us, we've been with them for 18 months and have no complaints. The set up and the customer support setting the system up and testing it made it very easy. The packaging the system came in was well packed and everything was clearly explained in the accompanying instructions. We have a cat and have had no false alarms. The remote arming/disarming feature works great. The website could be a little easier to navigate but all in all for the price I'd say it's a really good deal.

I wanted to update my complain. A representative from Monies Corporate Office contact our family and has decided to dismiss the debt owed by my Mother-in-law. The representative was very understanding and professional. My entire family is very appreciative of this decision. I am hoping that maybe new policies will come from this decision that may help others in the same situation. Thank you Monies. Original complaint: My family member paid for a year of monitoring service. After that year, to save money, signed a two year contract. Shortly after, this 80 year old women had a heart attack and had to move in with her daughter. We contacted the company to cancel service. They refused and hassled her continuously. They have now turned her over to collections, who are now hounding her over $450 for service they never provided. Shameful.

I have LiveWatch services in my house for the last 5 years and I would like to live not just good words about the service, security time no delays, no middle words, no hide fees, just perfect. I live in Florida and they are able to monitoring my house 24/7/365 from Kentucky. wireless and works on cell phone app also, I was in Brazil 6.000 miles way in April 2017 and was able to turn my alarm on and off, any time I need. My experience with LiveWatch has been amazing. My home was recently broken into and LiveWatch texted me immediately, then called my phone. You never think someone will break into your house but last month was a sigh of relief. Our siren scared away the thief and luckily nothing was stolen. Customer service is great and they will walk you through any problems you may have. Just recently they replaced the battery in my unit at no cost with next day shipping. For those saying the cost is too high, NEVER buy online. Call their sales department!!! My entire home (10+ sensors) was hooked up with a touchscreen panel for $99. Their sales department is eager to help. I do agree that their home camera monitoring plan is expensive. This should be included in the $39 plan. Great company, great system.

I found the Moni alarm system at a recent home show in the area. The Rep., Chris, was professional and delivered exactly what he said he would. I really like the phone app too - very simple to use and you and arm/disarm and check the status of the system from your phone. I also like the smoke/carbon monoxide detector that is also monitored. I would definitely recommend this system to others.

We have been pleased with our Live Watch service. It installed without much effort, and the customer service rep who assisted with the final setup was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. We had a service issue with a touch pad that had a problem with its speaker.. They quickly sent out a replacement and that resolved the problem. The app for the iPhone is great and enables easy monitoring and control of the system.

This is my first smart home security system and I have researched other systems as well. To me, it seems LiveWatch is more flexible and has a good value compare to competitors. Also, I like the main panel and that has a touchscreen and makes so easy to control too. I had a sensor problem so I called the technical support and got solved right away and that was a good experience too. Not like other systems, LiveWatch is using the cellular connection and that's plus for me with a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend LiveWatch to anyone who is looking for a smart home security system.

I had met Darrel J the owner of Envision thru my nephew, one phone call was all it took. While replacing the battery in my panel, I accidentally hit the panic button. I then received a call from my neighbor that the alarm company called her as my cell phones were turned off. As I was conversing with the alarm company, the first responders were at my house. I am grateful for the rapid response of Monitroics in reference to this incident. I had to cancel in 2021 after many attempts to contact the company to fix my system It was not working for few month and tried to schedule someone to come in with no success after that I asked to cancel the service after few month of my request finally I was able to cancel Now 2 years later I received a text from collection agancy claiming I own them money I do not owe anything they are trying now to send me to collection agency Stay away from this company Service is no good and customer service is horrible and they will scam you for more money and make it very difficult to discontinue the service

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Brinks Home Security, and I must say that my experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. While I understand that issues can arise with any security system, the way Brinks handles customer service and their cancellation policy has left me with a negative impression. First and foremost, I was shocked to learn that Brinks charges a steep $75 fee for a technician to come out and fix any camera issues. In today's competitive market, many companies offer complimentary or significantly reduced fees for troubleshooting or repairs. This approach seems outdated and unfair to customers who already invested in their security system. Furthermore, the assistance I received over the phone was far from helpful. The representatives I spoke with seemed poorly trained and unable to adequately address or resolve my concerns. Rather than providing me with useful troubleshooting steps or potential solutions, I was left feeling like I was being passed around without any real assistance. The final straw for me was when I decided to cancel my service with Brinks. To my astonishment, I discovered that they have an exorbitant cancellation policy that requires customers to pay the entire monthly fee for the remaining months of their contract, which in my case would be a staggering 20 months! This policy is not only unreasonable but also makes it incredibly difficult and expensive for customers to switch to a better security provider, should they choose to do so. Overall, my experience with Brinks Home Security has been disappointing. The exorbitant fee for technician visits, unhelpful phone support, and punitive cancellation policy have left me questioning the value of their service. The monitoring is very responsive and the company offers a multitude of services that not all monitoring companies offer. Involuntary monthly monitoring increases lost the star.

Attempted on three occasions to reboot my keypad with the ais of the online assistance and once with a scheduled home visit. Have still not been able to restore my keypad and no visit has been scheduled. I was farmed out to a third party for the inhome visit and their schedule was so bad that I would have to wait one month for the visit to occur. Totally unacceptable! I am going to make one last attempt and if I do not get the help I need, I will be reporting this situation to the State to see if they can help. If not I will be terminating the service and transferring to another company.

My system warded off a break in. My cameras saw the door open, but as soon as the alarm went off , the intruder ran away.

I have yet to use the systems because the last representative that assisted both my son and I wasn't patient in walking us through the hick-ups of our equipment. I then called and a gentleman answered and he did not come across friendly. No one has called to follow up knowing that my system isn't activated. But ensuring that I sign every document and the comment to a system that not completely operating is disappointing. And I haven't even mentioned the doorbell.
