company was prompt with the sales guy and with the installation service. they worked well around my busy work schedule to do the install. they accomplished it all in a short amount of time and the quality of the equipment is great. there was a signal issue with the doorbell camera at first but the manager Matt came back the next day and fixed it free of service charge and have had no problems since. the company app is also easy to use and has tons of automation features if you desire. the monthly fees are way more affordable than ADT,BRINKS, ETC. and they offer a service warranty for only 7ish bucks a month that could potentially save you hundreds or even thousands depending on your system size. this is a great company and i would definitely recommend it to a friend especially since it gets you and your friend a free six months...

Lou G, was awesome !! He walked me through everything i needed to know and showed me each device to its full potential, he answered all my questions quickly and professionally. He had such great attitude, patience and all smiles! He did not leave my house until everything was perfect and i understood all that he did and how everything worked, considering my husband was working and wanted to make sure I also knew everything I needed to know! I will definitely recommend him and his business. Over all happy with my service and experience with him!

I switched over to Alamo Smart Home after using a big national company for years. I wish I had known about them sooner. They have incredible LOCAL customer service here in central Texas, and the pricing is about half what i was paying before. On top of that, I got all the latest equipment (cameras, smart home, etc) and didn't even have to sign a contract. I highly recommend Alamo!

Good price with no long term obligation - pretty sure only local company in San Antonio offering that. Not all items I contracted were available during install - I got a rain check for a secondary panel. Also, my house was pre-wired - no sensors had any problems. Post install of the new system, some sensors do not work any longer.

I would never go with this company again it has the worst owner he is very rude and will not help work with you, they told my son who is blind that it would be a year to year and when we called they said it was for five years…. How can a small business go for that long if you don’t know how your business will work out.
